Abstract

This research produces teaching materials assisted by Augmented Reality in Informatics subject of Phase D Computer System Elements in Maros regency which are valid, practical, and effective in improving learning outcomes. This type of research is R&D using the 4D development model, which includes: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The research subjects were grade VII students at UPTD SMPN 6 Moncongloe, UPTD SMPN 5 Mandai, and UPTD SMPN 16 Mandai. The subjects needed were 4 people for one to one trial and 12 people for small scale trial at UPTD SMPN 6 Moncongloe, 22 people for field trial at UPTD SMPN 16 Mandai, and validating testing of 55 people at UPTD SMPN 5 Mandai. The results of the research reveal that (1) the teaching materials are valid to be used based on the score from media expert which is 88.46 in Valid category and the material expert’s score is 90.05 in Valid category as well; (2) the teaching materials are practical to be used based on the score from teachers, which is 87.53 in Practical category, the score from students is 86.66 in Practical category, and the score from observer is 88.19 in Practical category, and (3) the N-Gain score from pre- test and post-test is 0.71 with High category, so it can be stated that this teaching material is effective in improving learning outcomes in Informatics subject of Phase D Computer System Elements.

Abstract

This correlation study aims to determine: (1) description of learning achievement in the subject of Motor (Engine), Automotive Electrical and Power Train Systems as well as description of the ability to diagnose damage to motorcycles of students of the Automotive Engineering Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Makassar State University; (2) the relationship between learning achievement in the Motor (Engine) course and the ability to diagnose damage to motorbikes of PTO FT UNM students, (3) the relationship between learning achievement in the Automotive Electrical subject and the ability to diagnose damage to motorbikes of PTO FT UNM students, (4) the relationship between learning achievement in the Power Train Systems course and the ability to diagnose damage to motorbikes of PTO FT UNM students, (5) the joint relationship between the Motor (Engine) courses, Automotive Electrical and Power Train Systems with the ability to diagnose damage to motorcycle PTO FT UNM students. A sample of 110 people was drawn by proportional random sampling from a population of 152 people. The results showed (1) the learning achievement of students majoring in PTO FT UNM in the subject of Motor, Automotive Electrical and Power Train Systems was classified as "high" while the ability to diagnose damage to motorcycles was "quite high" (2) there was a positive and very strong relationship between learning achievement in the Motor (Engine) course and the ability to diagnose damage to motorcycles for students of the PTO FT UNM Study Program, (3) there is a positive and "quite strong" relationship between learning achievement in the Electrical subject Automotive with the ability to diagnose damage to motorcycles of students of the PTO FT UNM Study Program, (4) there is a positive but relatively “low” relationship between learning achievement in the Power Train Systems course and the ability to diagnose damage to motorcycles of Study Program students PTO FT UNM, (5) there is a jointly positive and "very strong" relationship between learning achievement in the subjects Motor (Engine), Automotive Electrical and Power Train Systems with the ability to diagnose damage to motorcycles for students of the PTO FT UNM Study Program

Abstract

This research is a quasi-experimental research (as if experimental) by design Control Group Design Pre Test & Post Test which aims to determine the effect of learning video-based audio-visual media on improving student learning outcomes. The population in the research class XI TKR with a total of 56 students consisting of 28 experimental class students and 28 control class. The sample in the study was carried out using the technique (Simple Random Sampling) because the taking of sample members from the population is done randomly. Each student will randomly choose a roll of paper that says the experimental class and the control class. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis research to obtain an overview of the increase in student learning outcomes in the experimental class obtained an average value pre test 46.25 and post test 85.36 while the control group obtained an average value pre test 49.64 and post test 67.50 after being given the highest value treatment results post test the experimental class is higher than the control class. The results of the hypothesis test to obtain the effect of audio-visual media based on video learning based on the calculation of the hypothesis test (independent sample t test) shows a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05 H0 rejected and Ha accepted. The value of t is also obtained tcount of 6,578 and ttable of 2,048. because tcount = 6.578 > ttable= 2.048 points H0 rejected and Ha accepted, which means there is an influence on the use of learning video-based audio-visual media. Index calculation resultsgain to obtain the effectiveness of the use of audio-visual media based on video learning experimental class obtained valuegain of 0.728 in the high category while the control class obtained a valuegain of 0.355 medium category. This shows the effectiveness of using audio-visual media based on video learning to improve student learning outcomes compared to conventional methods.

Abstract

The forward reverse circuit is an electric motor control circuit whose function is to provide current to the electric motor or elmot. So that the electric motor can rotate to move forward and backward to move a machine.. The aim of this research is to determine the design, working methods and test results on a 3 phase electric motor forward reverse circuit.The data collection method for this research is observation, namely collecting information from observations or proving the truth of a research design being carried out, the literature study method looking for theoretical references that are relevant to the problem in accordance with the writing of the final assignment, the experimental method is carrying out an experiment to observe the process and The results can then be drawn to conclusions and the waterfall method is a design development model where each stage is carried out sequentially from top to bottom.The results of this study obtained a design by selecting tools and materials for the forward reverse circuit on a 3 phase electric motor. Electric current, obtained from the forward system circuit in the R phase 05.65 A, S phase 06.28 A and T phase 06.09 A and the voltage obtained in the R to S phase 396.5 V, S to T phase 400.3 V and the T to R phase is 387.5 V and the power produced is 811.1278 watts and the speed produced by a 3 phase electric motor using a forward system circuit is 1284 rpm. Electric current, obtained from the reverse system circuit in the R phase 06.07 A, S phase 05.85 A and T phase 06.02 A and voltage, obtained in the R to S phase 400.5 V, S to T phase 398.8 V and the T to R phase is 389.5 V and the power produced is 815.2452 watts and the speed is produced by a 3 phase electric motor using a reverse system circuit of 1278 rpm.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Literacy and the utilization of ICT as a learning resource in high schools in Pasangkayu Regency.where in Pasangkayu district there is are 12 high school and Additionally, it seeks to examine the influence of ICT literacy on the utilization of ICT as a learning resource. The research employs an ex-post facto research method. The total population is 4027 individuals, and a sample of 220 participants is drawn through Probability Sampling. The instruments used include tests and questionnaires. Prerequisite tests involve assessing normality and linearity. Hypothesis testing employs a simple linear regression test. The research findings indicate that: (1) ICT Literacy is categorized as "moderate." (2) The utilization of ICT is categorized as "moderate." (3) There is an influence of ICT Literacy on the utilization of ICT as a learning resource. The test results show that the significance value is 0.000 < 0.050, with a contribution of 18.70%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of teachers’ education, teachers’ training experience, teachers’ teaching motivation, and teaching attitudes on teachers’ performance both independently and collectively at SMKN (public vcational schools) in Wajo regency. This study employed an ex-post facto research method in teacher performance variable. The total population were 85 people and the research samples were 68 people who were obtained by employing Proportional Random Sampling. Data collection employed documentation and questionnaires. The prerequisite tests employed normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. The hypothesis tests employed simple linear regression test and multiple linear regression. The results of the study reveal that: (1) there is an influence of teacher education level on teachers’ performance at SMKN in Wajo regency. The test result shows that the sig. of 0.000 < 0.05 with a contribution of 68.6%, (2) there is an influence of teachers’ training experience on teachers’ performance at SMKN in Wajo Regency. The result indicates that the sig. 0.000 < 0.05 with a contribution of 86.4%, (3) there is an influence of teachers’ teaching motivation on teachers’ performance at SMKN in Wajo regency. The result indicates that sig. 0.000 < 0.05 with a contribution of 64.9%, (4) there is an influence of teachers’ teaching attitudes on teachers’ performance at SMKN in Wajo regency. The result indicates that sig. 0.000 < 0.05 with a contribution of 67.9%, and (5) there is an influence of education level, training experience, teaching motivation, and teaching attitudes of teachers collectively on the teachers’ performance at SMKN in Wajo regency. These results show the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05 with a contribution of 91.5%, so the research hypothesis is accepted

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of interest in using digital wallets on the use of digital wallets among students at Makassar State University; (2) the effect of digital technology literacy on the use of digital wallets among students at Makassar State University; (3) the effect of interest and digital technology literacy on the use of digital wallets among students at Makassar State University. The type of research used is quantitative using the survey method. The sample in this study were 400 students at Makassar State University. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation techniques. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, prerequisite analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that; (1) there is an influence of interest on the use of digital wallets in students at Makassar State University; (2) there is an influence of technological literacy on the use of digital wallets in students at Makassar State University; (3) there is an influence of interest and technological literacy together on the use of digital wallets in students at Makassar State University

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara teknis dan ekonomis perancangan PLTS Rooftop di Gedung Rektorat STIBA Makassar. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari segi aspek teknis yang dilakukan secara manual dan dengan menggunakan software PV Syst untuk energi harian sebesar 91,93 kWh/hari, jumlah modul surya sebanyak 100 buah kapasitas 300 Wp, luas area efektif modul sebesar 136 m2, jumlah inverter sebanyak 10 buah dengan kapasitas 3 kWp dan performance rasio sebesar 80,55% yang menunjukkan kinerja PLTS dalam kategori baik sedangkan untuk aspek ekonomi biaya pendirian PLTS di Gedung Rektorat STIBA Makassar sebesar Rp.529.575.000,-. Adapun pengaruh terhadap lingkungan adalah dapat mengurangi karbondioksida sebesar 2575 Kg CO2/bulan, dan berdasarkan analisis kalkulator surya hub solar, PLTS Rooftop ini dapat menghemat biaya bulanan sebesar Rp.1.584.786,-. Berdasarkan analisis kelayakan investasi dihasilkan NPV (Net Present Value) bernilai negative sebesar - RP. 236.378.000 dan Discounted Payback Period (DPP) berlangsung selama 27 tahun. Dengan kedua teknik analisis tersebut, menunjukkan bahwa investasi PLTS Rooftop di Gedung Rektorat STIBA Makassar dikategorikan tidak layak investasi.

Abstract

This study aims to: a) find out the results of the steps for developing an offline-based internet simulator in junior high schools in the Selayar Islands Regency, and b) find out whether the development of an offline-based internet simulator is valid, practical and effective for use in junior high schools in the Selayar Islands Regency. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D). The development stages used refer to the waterfall development model which consists of five steps, namely:a) requirements analysis and definition, b) system and software design, c) implementation and unit testing, d) system integration and testing, and e) operations and maintenance. The results of the study: a) At the stage of needs analysis and definition, needs analysis and curriculum analysis were carried out. Needs analysis is done by means of observation and interviews with subject teachers, and curriculum analysis is done by analyzing the applicable curriculum. b) At the system and software design stage, it is determined the content that will be provided on the product to be developed, and the product design is made in the form of a diagram. c) At the stage of implementation and unit testing, the software is made based on the software design that has been made previously. At this stage, testing the functions contained in the software by expert validators is also carried out. d) At the stage of integration and system testing, limited testing is carried out and improvements are made to the software in accordance with the results of the limited trial. e) At the operation and maintenance stage, field testing is carried out and improvements are made based on the results of field trials. The results of validity testing conducted by 2 expert validators indicate that the software developed is included in the very valid category. The results of small group trials indicate the level of practicality of the software developed is included in the practical category, while the level of effectiveness of the software developed is included in the effective category. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) produce a web-based system for borrowing goods and laboratory equipment for Vocational High Schools, (2) Determine the level of feasibility of the system for borrowing goods and equipment in the web-based SMK Negeri 1 Papalang laboratory, (3) Find out user responses about the lending system. goods and equipment in the web-based laboratory of SMK Negeri 1 Papalang. The type of research used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) development model. The subjects in this study were the Deputy Head of Facilities and Infrastructure, the head of competence, and teachers from SMK Negeri 1 Papalang, totaling 32 people. Data was collected through documentation and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the ISO/IEC 9126 software testing method which includes aspects of functionality, portability, efficiency, reliability, maintainability, and usability. In the functionality aspect using test cases by two system experts, the portability aspect using various types of operating systems and web browsers, the efficiency aspect using GTMetrix for web page load testing, the reliability aspect using the WAPT application for system performance testing, maintainability aspects for maintenance testing and usability aspects. using a questionnaire. The result of this research is the development of a web-based system for borrowing goods and equipment in the laboratory of SMK Negeri 1 Papalang. The results of the system functionality test are considered good because X is close to 1, the portability aspect has no errors in various types of operating systems and web browsers, the efficiency aspect gets a page load time of 788ms with an average score based on 100% Performance, the reliability aspect gets 100% for durability, maintainability has met all three metrics and usability aspects are carried out by giving questionnaires to research subjects, the assessment given by research subjects gets a score of 84.5 in the "very good" category and is feasible to use. So it can be concluded that the level of feasibility of the software already meets the software quality criteria
