Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Path Goal terhadap Kinerja melalui Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PDAM Tirta Jeneberang Kabupaten Gowa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 123 karyawan pada kantor pusat PDAM Tirta Jeneberang Kabupaten Gowa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 karyawan melalui perhitungan rumus slovin. Tekhnik analisis data menggunakan software Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan Path Goal berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) Gaya Kepemimpinan Path Goal berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (3) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan (4) Gaya Kepemimpinan Path Goal berpengaruh tehadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik penerapan gaya kepemimpinan Path Goal akan meningkatkan kinerja dan juga kepuasan kerja karyawan PDAM Tirta Jeneberang Kabupaten Gowa. Abstract

Problematika pembelajaran sering terjadi baik dari lembaga sekolah, pengajar dan siswa. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis problematika pembelajaran bahasa Arab di kelas VI Madrasah Ibtidaiyah YKUI Maskumambang Gresik Putra tahun ajaran 2022/2023; serta solusi untuk mengatasi kendala yang muncul pada pembelajaran bahasa Arab di kelas tersebut. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis desktriptif. Penelitian menggunakan teknik; (1) Observasi (2) Wawancara terarah (guided interview). Objek penelitian adalah murid kelas VI semester I berjumlah 20 siswa. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah pengajar bahasa Arab di kelas tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1. Problematika bahasa Arab, meliputi: a. Problem Lembaga (kurangnya komunikasi antara lembaga dan pengajar terkait target pembelajaran), b. Problem Pengajar (pengajar menyamaratakan penggunaan metode ajar kepada semua siswa yang memiliki gaya belajar berbeda), c. Problem Siswa (ditemukan beberapa siswa yang lambat dalam daya tangkap pelajaran (slow learner) dari siswa lain); 2. Solusi (problem solving) problematika bahasa Arab, meliputi: a. Problem Lembaga (lembaga harus mengomunikasikan dengan pengajar terkait target capaian lembaga kepada siswa sesuai kurikulum yang ditetapkan), b. Problem Pengajar (pengajar harus memahami karakteristik setiap siswa agar bisa menyesuaikan metode ajar yang cocok), c. Problem siswa (perlu adanya pendekatan khusus bagi individu siswa yang lambat dalam daya tangkap baik pendekatan dalam maupun di luar kelas).

Abstract

Busana casual bagian dari aksen yang memancarkan gaya dan kesan modis dengan sentuhan eksplorasi menyatukan estetika tradisional dengan sentuhan modern mencerminkan identitas seseorang dalam menunjukkan ekspresi diri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen rekayasa yang bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan teknik makrame dan pita satin dalam busana casual untuk mengekspresi diri di bidang fashion. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian perancangan, pengembangan, focus groupd discucion (fgd), dokumentasi dan angket dengan jumlah panelis 20 orang. Teknik analisis data dengan presentasi dan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa eksporasi teknik makrame dengan menggunakan pita satin pada busana casual mulai proses pembuatan sampai hasil jadi sebuah busana casual dapat memenuhi pendapat panelis dengan menunjukkan bahwa hasil presentasi dan skala likert berada pada kategori baik dan sangat baik mulai dari pengaplikasian teknik makrame dengan menggunakan pita satin. Berdasarkan pemilihan desain busana casual dengan teknik makrame berada pada kategori 91.25 %, keserasian warna pada desain busana kasual dengan teknik makrame, kategori 90% perpaduan bahan dengan teknik makrame berada pada 83,75 %, penempatan teknik makrame, 93.75% pemilihan motif makrame berada di 90%, penerapan teknik makrame dan pita satin 85 %, penyelesaian secara keseluruhan/ total look 85%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa tanggapan responden secara keseluruhan terletak pada kategori sangat baik sehingga disimpulkan bahwa hasil integrasi teknik makrame dengan pita satin dapat menjadi produk fashion yang estetis dan fungsional untuk memenuhi keinginan akan terciptanya feminitas.sehingga makrame pada busana kasual, pakaian tidak hanya sekadar fungsional, tetapi juga mencerminkan kepribadian dan gaya individu yang mengenakannya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the village government in improving the welfare of fishing communities in Corawali Village, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. A qualitative descriptive method was employed to provide an in-depth understanding of the government’s contribution to local fishermen’s economic and social well-being. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the economic conditions of fishermen in Corawali Village remain modest, with most relying on traditional fishing methods and limited access to capital and technology. The village government, in collaboration with the Barru Regency Fisheries and Marine Office, has implemented several empowerment initiatives, such as training programs, capital assistance, and boat repair support. Although these efforts have positively influenced fishermen’s income and self-reliance, the outcomes have not been optimal due to challenges like fluctuating weather, low education levels, and inadequate infrastructure. The study concludes that strengthening village government capacity, improving transparency in program implementation, and fostering partnerships with external institutions are crucial to achieving sustainable welfare among fishing communities.

Abstract

This research aims to; (1) find out the results of developing interactive e-module teaching materials based on Flip PDF Corporate Edition in women's fashion construction courses to improve student learning outcomes in the PKK FT UNM Department; (2) produce e-module teaching materials based on Flip PDF Corporate Edition which are valid to be used as teaching materials in women's fashion construction courses in the PKK FT UNM Department; (3) produce e-module teaching materials based on Flip PDF Corporate Edition which are practically used as teaching materials in women's fashion construction courses in the PKK FT UNM Department; (4) produce e-module teaching materials based on Flip PDF Corporate Edition that effectively improve learning outcomes in women's clothing construction courses in the PKK FT UNM Department. This research method is research and development (Research and Development) with the ADDIE development model. The research subjects were 30 students and 1 lecturer of the PKK FT UNM Department. Data collection through interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires were analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistical techniques. The results showed that: (1) The results of developing interactive e-module teaching materials based on Flip PDF Corporate Edition in women's fashion construction courses to improve student learning outcomes in the PKK FT UNM Department through the stages of Analysis, Design, Development (Development), Implementation (Implementation) and Evaluation (Evaluation). (2) Valid e-modules are used based on the value of media experts of 89.58 in the Very Valid category and material experts of 88.65 in the Very Valid category; (3) The practical e-module is used with a value from the lecturer of 95 in the Very Practical category, students of 94.31 in the Very Practical category, and observers of 94.44 in the Very Practical category, and (4) The N-Gain value of Pre -test and post-test were 0.80 in the High category so that it can be said that corporate flip pdf-based e-modules are effective in improving student learning outcomes in the course of women's clothing construction in the PKK FT UNM major.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the stages of development of the Fashion Photography Learning Module learning module, find out the Fashion Photography Learning Module is valid according to the validation results of material and media experts, find out the Fashion Photography learning module is practical to apply and find out the Fashion Photography learning module is effective for students in the Fashion Design Study Program. Department of Family Welfare Education, Faculty of Engineering, Makassar State University. This research is development research (Research and Development), which uses the ADDIE development model. The research subjects in this study were students of the Fashion Design Study Program, Family Welfare Education Department, Faculty of Engineering, Makassar State University who had programmed the Fashion Photography course. Data collection instruments were carried out through validation test sheets, practicality questionnaires and effectiveness questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The research results show that the Fashion Photography learning module has a validity percentage value with 2 experts validating the media and material with material validation results of 92.17% in the very valid category, while media expert validation results are 92%. The results of one-on-one trials with 5 research subjects were 98%, the results of small group trials with 15 research subjects were 88% with the Very Practical category. At the large group trial stage to measure the effectiveness of the Fashion Photography learning module, there were 30 research subjects with results of 90.31% in the Very Good category. The conclusion from the results of the validation research, practicality and effectiveness is that the Fashion Photography Learning Module is very suitable for use by D3 students of the PKK FT UNM Study Program in the Fashion Photography course.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; (1) mengetahui hasil pengembangan bahan ajar E-Modul berbasis AnyFlip pada mata pelajaran dasar pola program keahlian tata busana di SMK Negeri 1 Sinjai; (2) menghasilkan E-Modul berbasis AnyFlip yang valid digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pada mata pelajaran dasar pola program keahlian tata busana di SMK Negeri 1 Sinjai; (3) menghasilkan E-Modul berbasis AnyFlip yang praktis digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pada mata pelajaran dasar pola program keahlian tata busana di SMK Negeri 1 Sinjai; (4) menghasilkan E-Modul berbasis AnyFlip yang efektif meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran dasar pola program keahlian tata busana di SMK Negeri 1 Sinjai; (5) menghasilkan E-Modul berbasis AnyFlip yang efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran dasar pola program keahlian tata busana di SMK Negeri 1 Sinjai. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 42 orang siswa tata busana SMK Negeri 1 Sinjai. Pengumpulan data melalui metode observasi, angket dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis dengan teknik statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa: (1) Hasil pengembangan bahan ajar E-Modul berbasis AnyFlip pada mata pelajaran dasar pola melalui tahapan Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. (2) E-Modul dasar pola dinyatakan sangat valid oleh validator ahli media dan ahli materi (3) Kepraktisan E-modul dasar pola berdasarkan respon siswa, respon observer dengan kriteria sangat praktis. (4) Efektifitas E-Modul dinyatakan berdasarkan angket kemandirian belajar memperoleh nilia N Gain hasil pretest dan postest 66,01% berada pada kategori sedang dengan kriteria efektif sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa E-Modul berbasis AnyFlip efektif meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran dasar pola. (5) Efektifitas E-Modul dinyatakan berdasarkan tes hasil belajar siswa memperoleh nilia N Gain hasil pretest dan postest 83,44% berada pada kategori tinggi dengan kriteria sangat efektif sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa E-Modul berbasis AnyFlip efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran dasar pola.

Abstract

Effective instruction in dressmaking requires digital learning media capable of presenting procedural information with clarity, precision, and interactivity. This study aims to develop and evaluate an interactive Canva-based e-module for the Dressmaking course in vocational higher education. A Research and Development (R&D) design employing the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) was implemented with 40 undergraduate students. Product validity was assessed by material and media experts, while practicality and effectiveness were examined through student response questionnaires and pre–post learning achievement tests. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, N-Gain, paired sample t-test, and effect size. The results indicate a validity score of 91.25%, a practicality score of 90.0%, and an improvement in learning outcomes with an N-Gain of 0.68, along with a significant difference between pre- and post-test scores (t = 8.24; p < 0.001) and a large effect size (Cohen’s d = 1.30). These findings demonstrate that the Canva-based e-module effectively enhances students’ conceptual and procedural mastery in dressmaking. The study underscores the module’s potential for integration into multimedia-based vocational instruction and hybrid or LMS-supported learning environments.
