Abstract

Pantai Empurancak atau yang biasanya sering dikenal dengan sebutan Pantai Purancak merupakan salah satu objek wisata yang berada di Jepara, tepatnya di Desa Karanggondang Rt 05 Rw 08, Kecamatan Mlonggo. Selain keindahan pasir dan air laut yang memanjakan mata, disekitar pantai yang dikelola secara swadaya oleh masyarakat sekitar, pantai ini juga menyajikan berbagai macam olahan ikan bakar dan seafood yang tidak kalah lezat. Salah satu rumah makan yang menyajikan olahan tersebut adalah rumah makan Mbak Maya. Permasalahan yang muncul pada rumah makan Mbak Maya yaitu ada pada bidang penjualan dan pemasaran. Pada bidang penjualan, rumah makan Mbak Maya ini mengalami penurunan penjualan selama ada pandemi covid 19 dan juga rumah makan Mbak Maya ini terkesan hanya menyediakan makanan berat saja. Berbeda dengan yang ada di pantai lain, mereka juga menyediakan makanan ringan dengan suasana tempat yang menarik, sehingga hal ini bisa menarik pengunjung khususnya dari kalangan anak muda. Permasalahan yang lain adalah rumah makan Mbak Maya mengalami permasalahan di bidang pemasaran. Pemasaran hanya dari mulut ke mulut sehingga kurang efektif dan tidak bisa menjangkau pelanggan yang jauh lebih banyak. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi masalah mitra ini yaitu sosialisasi kegiatan, digital marketing, pendampingan dan evaluasi kegiatan.

Abstract

A business certainly must have a strong branding strategy in order to realize the vision and mission of a business. In the midst of an increasingly massive market growth and development, of course this has an impact on the increasing number and development of various businesses in the community, including the coffee business. The coffee business is growing well from upstream to downstream. More and more similar businesses make the competition tougher and of course a good branding strategy is needed. The strengthening of brand value and brand image in terms of can strengthen the purchase intention by consumers. This community service program is expected to be able to provide assistance to the coffee business of CV Mandiri Kopi so that it can strengthen the brand and is expected to increase coffee sales. Abstract

The development and progression in the business field in Indonesia also impacted the people of Medan, resulting in their interest in the growth of local brands, especially fashion local brands. This increased interest is one of the reasons that motivates La Roux Craft as one of the local brands located in Medan to produce handmade designed products. In order to survive, La Roux Craft needs a good branding strategy so it can have a competitive advantage in this era of creative and digital competition. However, La Roux Craft does not yet have a strong branding identity and a sufficient amount of knowledge of digital marketing to navigate its own brand. Based on the situation and the problem that faced by La Roux Craft, this study intends to design a set of brand visual guidelines and do a socialization regarding digital marketing strategy related knowledge to prepare this brand to become a better competitive brand in today’s era. Abstract

Since the entry of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia people's mobility has been restricted. Activities in the world of education and the economy are no longer face-to-face but are changing online. This situation made many businesses and entertainment venues closed and the direct result was layoffs for employees. This situation has spurred Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to proliferate during the pandemic. This situation made the Lecturer Team from the Accounting Study Program want to create a Community Service Activity by providing income statement training to Artie Tasty SMEs who are members of the Pamulang Estate SMEs. Artie Tasty is an MSME that sells snacks, the main products marketed are self-produced risoles, rogut and potato donuts. With this community service activity from the Lecturer Team of the Pamulang University Accounting Study Program, it is hoped that it can be a solution for Artie Tasty in organizing their profit.

Abstract

Bandar Klippa Village is one of the villages in Percut Sei Tuan sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province with an area of ​​1,828.4 Ha. In the village of Bandar Klippa, most of the agricultural land out of a total of 575 hectares is planted with corn with an average yield per hectare of 20 tons if there is sufficient rainfall. Generally, corn farmers immediately sell their crops to the factory after they have been harvested. The price of corn if it is sold directly to the factory is around 2800/kg, namely whole corn and the corn cob because the farmers do not yet have a corn sheller. If shelling is done, the price of corn increases to IDR 4,200/kg or almost 2 times that. This service is intended to help corn farmers get added value to their corn yields by providing a corn sheller machine designed by the proposing team and providing training in the use and maintenance of the sheller machine so that it can be used for a long time. After being crushed, the corncobs can also be sold to cattle breeders at a price of around Rp. 1000 to Rp. 2000 for each kilogram. The sheller machine can shell 350 kg of corn every hour

Abstract

Dusun I Timur Karang Anyar Village Karang Anyar District Beringin Deli Serdang is one of the hamlets where goat breeders still use conventional methods in processing their feed. To provide feed for their goats, farmers have to grind elephant grass, cassava leaves and other forages that grow around the farm site or sometimes from nearby villages. This is quite energy and time consuming for the farmer. If the feed can be stocked for a long period of time, the effectiveness of the farmer's work will be higher. The purpose of this program is to apply appropriate technology to goat farmer groups in processing feed sources by mechanically processing through modernization of livestock with multipurpose animal feed chopping machines, increasing efficiency in the use of goat feed and time effectiveness for raising livestock. This service method is by making a chopping machine for goats that is tailored to the needs of partners and training partners on how to operate and maintain the chopper. With this activity, it is hoped that the efficiency of the use of animal feed and the effectiveness of maintenance time can be increased.

Abstract

The Denai Lama tourist village is the first tourism village in Deli Serdang Regency, at the initiative of the Head of the Department of Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism of Deli Serdang Regency, H. Faisal Arif Nasution, M.Si, this tourist village was formed by involving the local village government and stakeholders to build a new tourism image in Deli Serdang Regency. This research discusses a problem that is currently rife, namely law enforcement against perpetrators of online gambling crimes on social media. Where, based on data published in online media, it is clear that in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, gambling is rife in Deli Serdang Regency. This is what prompted the service team to be interested in doing this PKM. By providing socialization or legal counseling to the community, the local community can understand what the legal consequences are and how to enforce the law against perpetrators of online gambling crimes on social media. So that it is hoped that the local community will not fall prey to online gambling crimes. During a visit to the Lama Pantai Labu Village, North Sumatra, it was found that the community still did not understand the law, especially regarding law enforcement against perpetrators of online gambling crimes on social media and their role and participation and the community in dealing with online gambling. So that the Implementation Team provided legal counseling to the local community regarding law enforcement against perpetrators of online gambling crimes on social media. What can the public do to prevent or overcome online gambling which is increasingly widespread. Thus, the public is aware of its role in reducing gambling crimes.
