Abstract

Public policy issues in the form of regulations or government legal actions that cause problems in the community certainly require advocacy. PC IPNU IPPNU Banyumas Regency is one of the community organizations that has an important role in the sustainability of various public policies in Banyumas Regency. Weak understanding of policy problems and public policy advocacy strategies. Many public/government policies, both in the form of regulations, decisions, or government actions that violate or harm the public/community. Many cases occur, so that the ability to analyze these cases is needed. This service is carried out with the aim of assisting the Main Cadres of PC IPNU IPPNU Banyumas Regency. This activity was carried out from March to June 2024. The main target of this activity is the Main Cadres of PC IPNU IPPNU Banyumas Regency. This activity is carried out through several stages, starting from surveys and field studies, then activity planning is carried out which includes administrative preparation, preparation of activity budget plans and updating of socialization materials. After the implementation of this community service, PC IPNU IPPNU Banyumas Regency and all its members, especially its main cadres understand the importance of public policy advocacy, types of policies and steps in formulating public policies. The community enthusiastically welcomed the material presented, then spread understanding and knowledge related to public policy advocacy especially for the Main Cadres of PC IPNU IPPNU Banyumas Regency.

Abstract

Stunting is a nutritional problem that can interfere with the growth and development of children. Stunting cases are still occurring in Indonesia, including in Banjarsari District, Lebak Regency. One of the factors that causes stunting is the lack of public knowledge about nutritional fulfilment. In addition, not all villages have also implemented the Stunting Kitchen Program (DASHAT), which can be a community-based stunting prevention measure. Thus, education through counseling related to a balanced nutrition meal through the DASHAT program is important to prevent stunting. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase education on planning a balanced nutrition meal to prevent stunting in Leuwiipuh Village, because this village does not have stunting cases in Banjarsari District. Education was carried out to further strengthen efforts to prevent stunting as well as educate the public about the public about the importance of the formation of DASHAT. The result of this community service activity is that before education and material delivery, the knowledge of the target of the activity was still low, especially regarding local food sources, nutritional adequacy, food processing, and food safety aspects. After this educational activity, the knowledge of the target of the activity has increased to optimize the planning of healthy nutrition meal to prevent stunting.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian daerah dan nasional, termasuk di Kabupaten Banyumas. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan modal, akses pasar, serta rendahnya adopsi teknologi masih menjadi hambatan utama dalam pengembangannya. Program sosialisasi dan pendampingan kolaboratif menjadi salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM melalui pemahaman strategi bisnis, pemasaran digital, dan penguatan jaringan kemitraan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini mencakup sosialisasi dalam forum diskusi dan pendampingan berbasis kebutuhan spesifik usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah daerah merespons positif rekomendasi pengembangan UMKM dengan kebijakan yang mendukung, akses pembiayaan yang lebih fleksibel, serta pelatihan dan digitalisasi UMKM. Kolaborasi antara pemerintah, akademisi, sektor swasta, dan komunitas UMKM terbukti menjadi faktor kunci dalam mempercepat pertumbuhan UMKM secara berkelanjutan. Dengan adanya sinergi yang erat, UMKM di Kabupaten Banyumas dapat lebih kompetitif dan berkontribusi lebih besar dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat.
