Abstract

The demands of an increasingly modern era make the needs move very quickly to affect income and employment. There are some Indonesians who choose to work abroad to meet their needs and help their families. This legal counseling aims to provide understanding to students, parents, teachers, the elderly, candidates for employment with disabilities and all other levels of society who may be vulnerable to crime in prospective workers abroad so as to gain a legal understanding of working abroad legally and safely. It is hoped that the community can participate in developing and maintaining what is good and realize that goodness in daily life wholeheartedly, becoming a habit that is continuously practiced and carried out every day. Ease of legal understanding of working abroad legally and safely.

Abstract

This community service is carried out with the aim of providing understanding for parents and teachers regarding literacy, interest in reading for students at Merkarsari Early Childhood. This is done to build awareness among parents and teachers of the importance of literacy culture for early childhood. Training is carried out by providing education. about the importance of stimulating literacy in early childhood. The resulting output is to build the development of literacy culture in early childhood as one of the efforts to create educational institutions and other related institutions so that they can optimize early childhood development.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic had a significant impact on the decline in the national and global economy. The third quarter of 2020 is an important and challenging momentum to restore the national economy. This legal counseling aims to provide understanding to students, parents, teachers, the elderly, people with disabilities and all other levels of society who act as implementers of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Alian District, Kebumen Regency, so as to gain an understanding of strengthening Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as a driver of economic recovery. It is hoped that the community can participate in developing and maintaining what is good and realize that goodness in daily life wholeheartedly, becoming a habit that is continuously practiced and carried out every day. Hopefully people can get ease of understanding Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises implementers in Alian District, Kebumen Regency.

Abstract

Poverty reduction programs are part of the overall target of development programs. Various priority issues mandated include poverty alleviation and stunting reduction. It is the duty of stakeholders in villages and regions to carry out innovations with the aim of the success of the national program. The purpose of writing this service article is to provide a reference to stakeholders to produce a community empowerment program to reduce poverty and stunting rates in Banyumas Regency. The method was carried out using focus group discussion techniques. The results show that community empowerment in the context of poverty alleviation and handling stunting in Banyumas Regency is important. The importance of implementing poverty alleviation in villages is very large. Village Funds are used for basic infrastructure development and village community empowerment, which is an important step in reducing poverty in rural areas. Poverty alleviation strategies through community empowerment programs are also considered important, because they can increase the income and quality of life of village communities. In addition, efforts to eradicate village poverty are considered a priority to create a just and prosperous society. Studies also show that the effectiveness of Village Funds contributes to poverty alleviation and improving development performance in rural areas. Therefore, implementing poverty alleviation in villages has a significant impact in improving the welfare of rural communities. Regularly evaluating poverty alleviation programs is important to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.

Abstract

Fulfilling children's rights is a focus for children with disabilities and special needs, who often receive negative stigma and unfair treatment from the social and educational environment. This happens without exception in rural areas. It is necessary to provide assistance to inclusive schools and door-to-door assistance directly to the community. The community service activity entitled Creating a disability-friendly village and children with special needs through inclusive classroom assistance and door-to-door assistance in Muncung Village aims to fulfill the rights of children, especially those with disabilities and special needs. The method used is through mentoring and socialization. The targets of this activity are children with disabilities and special needs, parents, and teachers at school. The result of this activity is that children with disabilities and children with special needs show good development after receiving assistance both at school and at home through a door-to-door system. Teachers also get knowledge and input regarding modifications to learning methods that are adapted to children's conditions. Parents get consultation space and knowledge for handling children with disabilities and special needs.

Abstract

A name is a term used to address someone and as personal identification on citizen documents. The recording of names on citizen documents needs to be regulated as a guideline for residents and officials authorized to carry out records to facilitate public services. The government issued Permendagri number 73 of 2022 as guidelines for recording names, guidelines for writing names on citizen documents, and increasing legal certainty on citizen documents. Apart from that, it is also to facilitate public administration services, legal protection, fulfillment of constitutional rights and realize orderly public administration.

Abstract

One of the functions of the DPRD is the legislative function, which includes the preparation and stipulation of Regional Regulations (Raperda) for the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). In order to increase the capacity of DPRD members in the legislative function, the Cilacap Regency DPRD held training which was packaged in the form of an Academic Study of the 2024 Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) Draft Regional Regulations (Raperda). The training used 2 learning methods, namely varied lectures and hypothetical situation techniques. , one of which discusses the material "Consistency or Conformity Between Planning Documents and Between Planning Documents and Budgeting". This material is discussed from a theoretical perspective and relevant laws and regulations. At the end of the material presentation, it ended by discussing the suitability of the development focus of Permendagri No. 15 of 2023 with RKPD 2024 and KUA 2024 as well as the suitability of the development focus of Permendagri No. 15 of 2023 with RKPD 2024 and KUA 2024. The discussion process is assisted by work tables which will make it easier for training participants to discuss the theme of suitability of aspects in regional planning and budgeting.

Abstract

Penjalin, Tuk Sirah reservoirs, and other tourist attractions have encouraging prospects. It is proven by its potential in village economic development, environmental awareness and harmonious and active community in developing villages.  However, the process of developing nature-based tourism villages does not yet have adequate best practices to be developed. Therefore, assistance activities are needed in community service activities in Winduaji Village, Paguyangan District, Brebes Regency. The purpose of this Community Service is to assist and ensure the process of developing tourist villages, in terms of concepts, problems, and methods of solving problems directionally. The method of this activity is through mentoring and empowering the community in a participatory bottom-up manner with the active involvement of the local community. This effort is to focus on the development of nature schools and the development of Small Micro and Medium Effort in the local community. It is hoped that Tuk Sirah will become a village tourist destination based on ecological protection. In its implementation, the Nature school is oriented towards collaboration and integration of tourism development by potential through education with curriculum development in the process of raising livestock, fisheries, handicrafts, protecting forest plants, and equestrian sports. In this case, the development of nature schools continues with various forms of training, especially with the development of a nature school curriculum that synergizes with the management of Tuk Sirah nature tourism.

Abstract

One of the duties of DPRD members is to prepare and stipulate Regional Regulations (Perda) on the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). In accordance with the laws and regulations that govern it, the preparation of the APBD is based on performance so that the preparation process must use the Standard Spending Analysis (ASB) as one of its instruments. In order for DPRD members to understand the concept of ASB and its function in preparing the budget, the material "Standard Spending Analysis (ASB) as an Instrument for Preparing a Performance-Based Budget" was discussed in the training which was packaged in the form of an Academic Study of the Draft Regional Regulation (Raperda) for the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) of Cilacap Regency in 2024. The training used 2 learning methods, namely varied lectures and hypothetical situation techniques. Discussion of materials and discussions related to the problems of regional financial management in the era of regional autonomy and their relationship to the concept of performance-based budgeting and ASB, understanding ASB, legal basis for ASB, benefits and objectives of determining ASB, techniques for preparing ASB, examples of the results of preparing ASB for a district and its use when preparing an activity. and ASB adjustment techniques for the following year.

Abstract

Children of migrant workers often face barriers in accessing quality education, which can negatively impact their development and future. This international community service aims to raise the awareness of migrant workers' parents about the importance of education for their children through counseling conducted at Sentul Commmunity Learning Service, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The activity involved 20 parents of Guidance Studio students. The counseling used a participatory and inclusive approach, taking into account the participants' cultural and linguistic backgrounds. The results of this activity showed positive changes in parents' perceptions and attitudes towards education, with increased awareness of the role of education in breaking the cycle of poverty and social marginalization. Nonetheless, achieving sustainable change requires a collaborative and holistic effort involving various stakeholders, including the government, schools, civil society organizations and academics. This community service contributes to the literature on the education of migrant workers' children and emphasizes the importance of involving parents as active partners in expanding access to education for this marginalized group.
