Abstract

The research was conducted to analyze the utilization of Whatsapp social media as a medium for learning Al-Qur'an Tahsin in the Betta Qur'an program. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The data collection technique is through observation/direct observation of the BETTA Qur'an program. The conclusion of the study found that the use of WhatsApp social media in the BETTA Qur'an program as a medium for conveying material reached 50% of the 20 respondents, apart from that WhatsApp could also be used as a medium for talaqqi and evaluation of members' reading of the Qur'an whose percentage reached 5%. up to 45%, with the help of WhatsApp's free features such as images, audio recordings, videos, and sending documents.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the divine, moral and economic values contained in the Al-Qur'an. This research uses an extensive literature study approach from journals, books, Qur'an commentary, and online references that are in accordance with the theme of this research. The research findings state that Islamic economics has its own uniqueness and privileges compared to all economic systems that exist in the world today such as the capitalist economy and the socialist economic system. Among these special values include divine and human values as well as morals. With these three values, Islamic economics overcomes all the problems that exist in society and provides solutions for the welfare of human life and their prosperity in this world and in the hereafter. While the capitalist economy teaches its adherents to get as much profit as possible regardless of how to achieve it and also does not pay attention to human and moral values so that socio-economic inequality occurs in society as a result of practicing capitalist economic theory

Abstract

The This research is motivated by the fact that Dapoer Kudil uses social media to promote its products and has been proven to increase sales turnover of its products every year. Meanwhile, theoretically, the marketing communication strategy is an effort to introduce products to consumers which is very important because it relates to the success that will be obtained by sellers both through online and offline marketing. Therefore, this research formulates the problem and objectives, the communication process carried out by Dapoer Kudil in marketing its products through social media. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach, namely analyzing the marketing communication strategy carried out by Dapoer Kudil social media. Researchers get the data from the results of interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study conclude that, the communication process carried out by the Dapoer Kudil social media account is a directed communication strategy, and includes a communication component. The influence of the use of social media on the marketing of Dapoer Kudil products is proven by the increase in sales turnover every year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to unravel the meaning of latent in da'wah lyrics of Pintu Taubat song sung by the band Zivilia. This research is included in a critical paradigm, using a semiotic blade of Sander Pierce analysis. The conclusion of the research is the lyrics of the song Pintu Taubat has three apsek meaning that is aqidah, syariah, and worship. The meaning of the aspect of aqidah includes faith in Allah SWT and all its properties. The meaning of the moral aspect of the consciousness of error and sin, consciousness as a weak creature, a deep remorse of the sins ever committed, consciousness as a weak and despicable creature, consciousness will need for God's forgiveness and fear and anxiety if the remaining age is not enough to remove the sins and mistakes ever done. Meaning in the aspect of worship includes, prostrating as a sign of asking God's forgiveness, praying that sin is forgiven and istighfar in an attempt to get the forgiveness.

Abstract

This short paper aims to find a form of ethnographic research design. The focus of the discussion is on types of research, research subjects, types of data, data sources, data collection techniques, and data analysis techniques. The method used in this study is library research. So that all research data is only based on library data, for example journals, books, research results, and relevant websites. The conclusion of this study is that ethnography as a qualitative research method has experienced developments, for example the emergence of audience ethnography, digital ethnography, visual ethnography and others. With this development, ethnographic research designs can be formed and developed according to the research context that will be made by a researcher. Ethnography is research that can be used in various scientific disciplines such as economics, education, politics, communication, etc

Abstract

The book Interfaith Fiqh: Building an Inclusive-Pluralist Society is one of the books published by The Paramadina Foundation in collaboration with The Asia Foundation. This research aims to show any irregularities or irregularities in the interpretation of the Koran by the authors, especially sensitive matters and principles in Islamic Sharia. This research method uses a critical comparative study method of the authors' interpretations in explaining Religious Pluralism. The authors use a new interpretive approach, according to them, which is known as the Hermeneutic Method, namely a method that is contextual and interprets everything, including the Koran, in a liberal, free way and even seems haphazard without maintaining the sanctity of the Islamic holy book. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the authors' interpretation of Religious Pluralism using a Hermeneutic approach is not in accordance with the mainstream of Islamic teachings or the interpretive methodology of the ulama whose knowledge and understanding of the Qur'an are beyond doubt.

Abstract

This research aims to understand what it is like to care for national diversity through an approach of faith and piety. The research method used is qualitative with literature study. All primary and secondary research data comes from the library, namely the Al-Qur'an, tafsir books, hadith, journals and research published online. The data analysis methods used are data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The nature of the data analysis used is descriptive analytical. The conclusion of this research is that the threat of disintegration is inevitable for every union, including national and state ties. Efforts to maintain and maintain the integration of Indonesian nationality which have been emphasized since the Youth Pledge in 1928 are an obligation for every Indonesian citizen. The Muslims who are the majority population of this country have a very large role and contribution to maintaining the integrity of the nation from the threat of disintegration. The Indonesian state which is based on Pancasila requires its citizens to be religious, uphold human values, maintain unity, deliberate with wisdom and wisdom, and realize social justice for all its people. Taqwa is one of the fruits of all ummah worship and is a great energy for maintaining unity and unity. Devotion to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala fosters a sense of brotherhood between people. And this brotherhood that is built on the foundation of faith and piety is what will maintain the survival and continuity of that brotherhood even in the afterlife.

Abstract

This paper analyzes Ali Akbar Monteiro's spiritual journey in search of the truth and the spirit of efforts to realize his dream of establishing a Muslim convert boarding school. This research uses observation techniques. The research findings show that starting with curiosity about Islam, deepening it, and finally converting to Islam became the best moment for Ali Akbar. Even though his family was a victim of violence, it was still not an obstacle in building his hopes. Learning Islam, preaching it, and making pesantren are his main targets after embracing Islam; his knowledge is the basis for him to start these goals, so Ali Akbar creates the best strategy in realizing it.

Abstract

Praying evil for wrongdoers has become an important discussion. Because Islam is a religion that is hostile to all forms of injustice. This is because injustice is an action that is detrimental to the person being wronged. Of course everyone will fight against all forms of injustice. One form of resistance to injustice for weak and helpless people is through prayer. And the prayers of those who are persecuted will be answered by Allah. Therefore, what do the scholars think about this act, especially the interpretive scholars? Because there are a number of verses in the Qur'an which indicate that it is permissible to pray evil for unjust people so that their tyranny will be rewarded by Allah Ta'ala or the wrongdoer will stop his tyranny.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the correct way to perform the Eid al-Fitr prayer according to what Allah taught the Prophet and how Panji Gumilang responded, who acted as the initiator of the Eid al-Fitr prayer which changed the rules in Islam and to find out the differences in framing between the online media Kompas.com and Republika.co.id regarding news about Eid al-Fitr 1444 H prayers at the Al-Zaytun Islamic boarding school. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely a type of research that aims to provide a systematic and careful description of the actual facts and characteristics of a certain population. Using Robert N Entman's framing analysis tool to analyze research objects. This research data collection uses 2 techniques, namely, observation and documentation. By observing and copying all the news related to the Eid al-Fitr prayer case at the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School, which was published on Kompas.com in June 2023 and on Republika.co.id in April 2023. The results of this research show differences in reporting regarding Eid al-Fitr 1444 H prayers at the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School on the online media. Kompas.com frames the news by focusing on general sources, while Republika.co.id chooses sources who are Islamic-minded. Another difference relates to the packaging of Kompas.com titles which tend to use standard language such as "Criminal and Administrative Sanctions Await Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School" and also "Various MUI Findings Ahead of Issuing Fatwa Related to Al-Zaytun". Meanwhile, Republika.co.id tends to use non-standard language and invites controversy, such as "Eid al-Fitr prayer commotion at Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School, this is what MUI Indramayu said" and also "Regarding Al-Zaytun, Ministry of Religion: I'll look for information first."
