Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh herding behavior, media, interaksi sosial dan advocate recommendation terhadap keputusan investasi investor saham di Banda Aceh dengan memasukkan sentimen investor sebagai variabel mediasi. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 125 responden yang aktif berinvestasi saham. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa herding behavior, media, interaksi sosial dan advocate recommendation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sentimen investor. Di antara semua faktor, media memiliki pengaruh paling rendah terhadap sentimen investor. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa sentimen investor memiliki dampak positif terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Food Quality, Service Person Customer Orientation terhadap Repurchase Intention yang dimediasi oleh Customer Satisfaction pada UMKM Kuliner di Kota Banda Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan dari UMKM Kuliner di Kota Banda Aceh yang terbagi pada 9 Kecamatan dan 45 UMKM Kuliner di Kota Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 176 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan model Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan metode analisis menggunakan Confirmator Factor Analysis (CFA) dengan menggunakan alat bantu program AMOS. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa Food Quality, Service Person Customer Orientation, Customer Satisfaction, dan Repurchase Intention pada UMKM Kuliner di Kota Banda Aceh sudah baik. Food Quality berpengaruh terhadap Customer Satisfaction, Service Person Customer Orientation berpengaruh terhadap Customer Satisfaction, Food Quality berpengaruh terhadap Repurchase Intention, Service Person Customer Orientation berpengaruh terhadap Repurchase Intention, Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap Repurchase Intention, Customer Satisfaction memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Food Quality terhadap Repurchase Intention, dan Customer Satisfaction memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Service Person Customer Orientation terhadap Repurchase Intention.Kata Kunci: Food Quality; Service Person Customer Orientation; Customer Satisfaction; Repurchase Intention; UMKM Kuliner

Abstract

Belakangan ini, teknologi semakin melesat perkembangannya. Banyak masyarakat menggunakan aplikasi online dalam mendapatkan kebutuhannya. Penduduk muslim di Bali dengan mayoritas Hindu perlu kemudian memilah memilih dalam memutuskan pembelian melalui aplikasi online, pasalnya dalam islam memiliki kewajiban dalam mengkonsumi makanan halal. Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui adalah melalui label halal yang diterbitkan oleh MUI. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi konsumen tentang label halal makanan melalui aplikasi online di Bali dan mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi oleh konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian. Peneliti menggunakan metodologi kualitatif deskriptif, dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Triangulasi adalah teknik analisis data yang digunakan, yang mencakup pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa label halal pertama-tama merupakan simbol, gambar, yang ditemukan di berbagai makanan sebagai bukti bahwa makanan tersebut halal untuk dimakan; kedua, Label halal menjadi hal yang penting dalam memutuskan pembelian melalui aplikasi online; Ketiga, kendala yang dihadapi konsumen: pembatalan dari driver, lamanya proses delivery, faktor cuaca, jarak yang menjadi faktor dalam meningkatnya ongkos kirim.

The sample used in this study was FEB USK students, totaling 100 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used was Cluster Random Sampling, and the Sobel test was used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the Sobel Test analysis, it indicates that Entrepreneurship Education influences Entrepreneurial Intentions, Entrepreneurship Education influences Self Efficacy, Entrepreneurship Education influences Learning Orientation, Self Efficacy influences Entrepreneurial Intentions, Learning Orientation influences Entrepreneurial Intentions, Self Efficacy partially mediates the influence of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Intentions, Learning Orientation partially mediates the influence of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Intentions.Keywords:Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurial Intentions, Self Efficacy, Learning Orientation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of use on Repurchase Intention through Trust and User Satisfaction for Traveloka user in Banda Aceh City. Data were collected through a survey of 210 respondents as sample to represents the research population and used a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The sample technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) are used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of the study show that Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of use have a positive effect on User Satisfaction and Trust. Perceived usefulness and Perceived ease of use have a positive effect on Repurchase Intention. Trust and User Satisfaction has a positive influence on Repurchase Intention. Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of use have a positive effect on Repurchase Intention when mediated by User Satisfaction and Trust.Keyword: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, User Satisfaction, Trust, Repurchase Intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of job design and organizational culture on human resource performance mediated by work motivation in the Forest Security Unit of the KPH (II) of the Aceh Province Environment and Forestry Service. This study uses primary data obtained by directly distributing questionnaires as a data collection instrument. The population in this study were Pamhut members in the KPH (II) working area, totaling 283 members and the sampling technique used probability sampling using the Slovin formula to determine the number of samples taken in the study, and the sample results totaled 166 members. The data analysis method used is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) as a tool to determine the effect between variables and use the Sobel test to determine the effect of intervening variables. Based on the results of the study, it was found that job design, organizational culture and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on HR performance. The results of the study also found that work motivation mediaties job design on HR performance in full mediation where the positive effect is not significant. Meanwhile, work motivation mediates organizational culture on HR performance by means of partial mediation where the effect is positive and significant.Keyword: Job design, organizational culture, human resource performance, work motivation, statistical package for the social sciences, sobel test

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to compare the performance of the optimal portfolio of the large capitalization stock and small capitalization stock on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period January 2020 December 2022. This study uses the Single Index Model to form an optimal portfolio and the Sharpe Index to measure the performance of the formed portfolio. The population in this study were 45 stocks including large capitalization and 56 stock including small capitalization. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling, namely 19 shares in large capitalization and 29 shares in small capitalization. The observation method was used in this study for data collection. iThe result showed that during ithe period iJanuary 2020 December 2022 the performance of the ismall capitalization istock iportfolio with a iSharpe ivalue of 90,45% was ibetter than the performance of the ilarge capitalizationi stock iportfolio with a iSharpe ivalue 60,81%. This study is consistent with the size effect anomaly, where small capitalized stock perform better or provide higher returns compared to large capitalized stock.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Collateralizable Assets, Growth in Net Assets dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan teori agensi menggunakan data unbalanced panel dengan 62 perusahaan jasa non-keuangan yang Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari periode 2017-2021. Metode pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling method. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program Eviews 10 menggunakan model fixed effect. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Collateralizable Assets dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Sedangkan Growth in Net Assets tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Selain itu, secara simultan didapatkan hasil Collateralizable Assets, Growth in Net Assets dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen.Kata Kunci : Kebijakan Dividen, Collateralizable Assets, Growth in Net Assets dan Profitabilitas

Abstract

A company must pay attention to employee creativity to advance the company. Employee creativity is the ability to create and use new ideas that are useful for the company. Several factors that can affect employee creativity are perceived organizational support, proactive personality, and meaning of work. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support and proactive personality on employee creativity mediated by meaning of work at Kyriad Muraya Hotel. This study uses primary data obtained by purposive sampling of 86 out of 110 Kyriad Muraya Hotel employees. To answer the hypothesis that connects the independent and dependent variables in the proposed research model, this study uses the Multiple Regression Analysis method using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. Meanwhile, the influence of the mediating effect (intervening) is measured by conducting the Sobel test using the Sobel calculator. The results showed that perceived organizational support, proactive personality and meaning of work have a positive and significant effect on employee creativity. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital management including cash turnover, receivables turnover, and inventory turnover on profitability in the consumer goods industry of the food and beverage subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses panel data with 30 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from the period 2017-2021. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis using Eviews 10. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with multiple linear regression data analysis fixed effect model. The partial results showed that cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover each had a positive and significant effect on profitability. The results of the study simultaneously show that Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover and Inventory Turnover Affect Profitability in the Food and Beverage Subsector Consumer Goods Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
