Abstract

With the marketplace, buying and selling activities are easier to do, buyers do not need to come to the store, only with a smartphone. In this study, there is a problem where consumers have received unsatisfactory service when shopping at the marketplace and also there is no system that can determine the best marketplace in terms of service. In addition, service providers also need to know consumer ratings of their marketplace in order to improve services in the future. Therefore, a decision support system is built that can determine the best marketplace in terms of service. The criteria used in this study are overpayment or underpayment (transfer), order cancellation, chat response, return of goods or funds and tracking of orders obtained through distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents who have shopped in the marketplace. The approach used in this research is to use the MOORA method (Multi-objective optimization on the basis of ratio analysis). The system built with the Laravel Framework and using the MySQL database expected to be considered or a tool for prospective consumers to making decisions, as input to the marketplace to be able to improve its services and as information to the public, especially consumers regarding the ranking of the marketplace with the best service

Abstract

One source of renewable energy is solar energy. The main component in a solar energy system is the solar panel. To maximize the amount of sunlight harvested by the solar panels, the panels need to track the position of the sun. In this study, a dual-axis tracker is used in the form of a tip-tilt dual-axis tracker. The drivers used are two DC motors equipped with a gear box. The algorithm used is an LDR sensor output based algorithm. Solar panels equipped with solar trackers, even with a simple algorithm using LDR output values, can improve the performance of solar panels. The current generated by a solar panel with a solar tracker is higher than when the solar panel is in a static position. The current difference in the two conditions is the smallest of 16.17 mA and the largest of 544.01 mA. When using a solar tracker, the output power of the solar panel is more than 5.32 W, while when it is fixed, the power of the solar panel is small, even reaching 0.25 W. The output voltage of the solar panel is more than 13 V, while when it is fixed, the voltage of the solar panel is drops to below 13 V, which is 12.81 V.

Abstract

Magelang was already old, long before the Dutch held the reins. Recorded in a number of inscriptions, Magelang had been favored by Mataram Kuno rulers due to the consideration of its prolific nature and location, in the center of Java. The local term “pakuning tengah pulo Jawa” (nail in the center of Java) is a cultural fact that confirms the geographical position of Magelang. Authority turnover did not make Magelang overturned by rulers. Mataram Islam assigned Magelang as their granary because of its good vegetation due to being surrounded by Mount Merapi, Merbabu, Sumbing, Sindoro, Andong, Ungaran, Telomoyo, and Menoreh. As a negaragung (core area) of Mataram Islam, Magelang had become agricultural product supplier. In 1817, Dutch East Indies government established Kedu as a separate residency. A year later, Magelang was made as the capital of Kedu Residency. In 1906, Magelang was appointed as an autonomous city. In 1926, Magelang gained status of stadsgemeente (town municipality) and had the right to regulate its own domestic. History of authority shows territorial changes in Magelang which adjusts the rulers’ interests from time to time.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of information technology, job flexibility and job satisfaction on the performance of drivers at Gojek (go-ride) partners in Bukittinggi City. This study uses secondary data. The sampling technique in this study was using the Slovin formula. The number of samples obtained as many as 90 respondents. The analysis method of this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. From this research, it can be concluded that information technology has a significant positive effect on driver performance, job flexibility has a significant positive effect on driver performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on driver performance.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1). Describe the characteristics of users of the apekesah.batam.go.id website and the Hallo Batam program on Batam FM, (2). Describe the use of apekesah.batam.go.id and the Hallo Batam program on Batam FM on community participation in development in Batam City. This study uses a qualitative research method where the research subjects are users of the apekesah.go.id application and the listeners of the hallo batam program who are selected prupossively, while the object of research is the place of research which is located in Batam City. Data collection techniques using snowball techniques with research instruments using observation, in-depth interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman. The results showed (1) Batam FM users who access the hallo broadcast program mostly on diversion and surveillance motives. Furthermore, the motive of the apekesah.go.id website user is the motive for using it to run away from administration. (2). In Batam FM media, the participation that appears is horizontal participation, informative participation, functional participation and interactive participation. As for the impact of the use and benefits of the apekesah.go.id website users, it is shown by the emergence of informative and functional participation only

Abstract

The low level of good corporate governance control in a company will increase earnings management behavior which causes problems and causes losses to the company. Population taken from on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2021. Samples that meet the criteria are 8 data. Based on the results of the t test Firm Size (SIZE) a significant value of 0.003 < 0.05 and a t-count value of -3.134 < -2.028 partially firm size (SIZE) has a negative and significant effect on earnings management. In managerial ownership (KM) the significant value is 0.481 > 0.05 and the t value -0.711 > -2.028 partially managerial ownership (KM) has a negative but not significant effect on earnings management. Then for institutional ownership (KI) significant value 0.924 > 0.05 and t value -0.096 > -2.028 partially institutional ownership (KI) has a negative but not significant effect on earnings management, and simultaneously or f test: firm size (SIZE), managerial ownership (KM) and institutional ownership (KI) have a significant effect on earnings management (DA) with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and the result of f arithmetic is 7.310 > 2.87.

Abstract

The objectives of this Community Service activity are (1). Knowledge of women learning residents in PKBM Sumber Ilmu about the benefits and uses of the internet, (2). Knowledge of women learning citizens in PKBM Sumber Ilmu about media literacy, (3). Skills for women learning residents at PKBM Sumber Ilmu about preventing the misuse of the internet and social media for misleading news and pornographic content. This activity was held using lecture, discussion and practice methods with a duration of 2 hours per session for 2 meetings. This guidance was given to learning residents of PKBM Sumber Ilmu about 10-15 people which was held in the range of January-February 2018. The results of this activity can be concluded that this coaching is very useful and has an impact on increasing knowledge and improving the way of social life of the community. Media literacy development cannot be done partially and intermittently. This is done so that the target of the media literacy movement can achieve its goals optimally. In addition to fostering media literacy, a theme of community service is needed, such as media literacy parenting. In the implementation of the development of the service team, they did not find significant difficulties because the participants showed high enthusiasm during the training

Abstract

Electronic commerce is an exchange using technology as an intermediary between various parties (individuals or organizations) as well as electronic-based intra or interorganizational exchange activities. The most commonly used interface is the web browser. Visitor’s behavior on a web site can be analyzed using a classification algorithm on the data order of site visits or commonly known as web clickstream. In this study the weighted k-nearest neighbor algorithm is used to classify users who have the potential to make online based purchase on public data on a web clickstream data of an e-commerce. The weighted k-nearest neighbor method makes the classification based on the label that has the highest number of distance weights at the nearest k-neighbor from the classified data. The output of this system is the classification of users who have the potential to purchase goods online and those who do not. Researchers conducted an attribute selection experiment with variations in k and variations in the number of attributes based on the results of rank information gain and obtained the 2 most influential attributes in the classification namely Page Values and Exit Rates. Testing to find the most optimal k was done on 7,632 data using 3-fold cross validation and produced the highest accuracy of 86.2028% at k = 65.

Abstract

The implementation of community service activities that will be carried out in the form of fostering E-Commerce-Based Marketing Empowerment which is located at Rindang Garden Blok B2 No. 04 Buliang Batu Aji Village, Batam. Based on the results of interviews in the field that Rafflesia SMEs have problems marketing their products. In general, SMEs have limitations in mastering the use of information technology facilities plus marketing media that are less well known by the public. SMEs or conventional entrepreneurs consider accounting records to be a hassle. The training method used is to provide training on training using an online website. The methods used in the development of Rafflesia UKM that will be given are survey methods, lecture methods, discussion methods and training methods. The sustainability of the results of the coaching activities is that Rafflesia SMEs are expected to be able to manage marketing through web-based e-commerce.

Abstract

The use of inefficient home lights is often underestimated by some people. This often happens because of the public's indifference to leaving the lights on when they are not needed, without realizing it, the cost of electricity bills also increases. The reason is none other than trivial things, wherever you want to turn off/ on the lights in a room in the house, it will require someone to go to an electrical device, this’s what makes some people reluctant to turn off the lights and in the end the lights are not turned off and are left on. To make it easier for people to control lights, in this study, we will design a tool that can control Arduino Uno-based house lights using aSmartphone as a medium that will be used to control lights. Control is done through an application on a Smartphone. The application is made using the MIT APP IVENTOR software as an interface to control the on/off lights. The android smartphone sends data via Bluetooth which then the data will be received by the Bluetooth HC-05.
