<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find out whether the Factory Overhead Cost and direct labor costs had an effect on the increase in production. In this quantitative research two types of variables are used, namely the independent variable is Raw Material Cost, Direct Labor Cost and the dependent variable is Increased Production Results. Sampling is done by the technique used, namely purposive sampling. Data analysis using Classical Assumptions and Multiple Linear Regression methods. The results of the study were processed using SPSS 26, it can be seen that the Raw Material Cost has a tcount of 5.728 with a significance probability of 0.000, concluded that Factory Overhead Cost partially have a positive and significant effect on Increasing Production Cost of Direct Labor Costs has t count of 6.837 with a significance of 0,000 can be concluded that Direct Labor Costs partially have a positive and significant effect on Increasing Production Results. The F test shows the Fcount value of 71,270 and significance of 0,000b means that there is a significant effect between Factory Overhead Cost and Direct Labor Costs on Increasing Production Results]]>

<![CDATA[The development of information technology is currently growing rapidly, moreover the formation of The purpose of this study is to find answers to determine the effectiveness of advertisement tax and the contribution of advertisement tax to local revenue, where in the era of regional autonomy, local governments are required to always increase their regional revenues, such as increasing local tax revenues through billboard tax revenues. Tax revenue through advertising billboards in the city of Batam provides an undeniable contribution to regional revenue. However, in practice it has not yet come close to its true potential, besides that the preparation of this tax target is only based on previous years' experience. The length of this research was conducted from April to July 2018. The object of this research is Batam City Dispenda. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, namely the sampling technique using certain considerations or purposive sampling using financial reports from 2017 to 2021. The results of hypothesis testing using the multiple regression analysis method show that simultaneously the effectiveness of advertisement tax and the contribution of advertisement tax has a significant effect on local revenue. While partially the effectiveness of advertisement tax has a significant relationship to local revenue, however, the contribution of advertisement tax has a significant effect on local revenue at the Batam City Dispenda.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine 1. Effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance in PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya TBK (Alfamart) partially; 2. Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance partially; and (3) Effect of Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance Work simultaneously. Methods: Total population in this study was 138 employees and the amount of sample in this study was 138 employees, Data Collection Techniques by questionnaire, sampling technique research using sampling techniques saturated. Analysis method is Quantitative Analysis, Quantitative Analysis with Multiple Linear Regression, determination (R Square), to determine the factors that influence employee performance with the coefficient of determination in Partial (r2) and simultaneous (R2). To test the hypothesis with the t-Test (Partial) and F-Test (Simultaneously), with a significance level (α = 0.05). The results showed that the influence of the variable Work Discipline Employee Performance is equal to 0.537 (53.70%). Work Motivation variable amount of influence on employee performance is equal to 0.887 (88.70%). The magnitude of the effect of variable Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance Working simultaneously on PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya TBK (Alfamart) amounted to 4,065 (40.65%).]]>

The hotels today is being challenged in marketing, especially digital marketing, and one of them is Edotel TeBe Syariah which is owned by SMK Tunas Bangsa on Malang City. The challenge faced by Edotel is the lack of human resources who master visual content creation and video creation for digital marketing purposes. Although it has confirmed business cooperation with OYO as SPOT ON 90349 for its marketing channel, the management also wants to strengthen its digital marketing side through social media. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, the hotel occupancy rate is uncertain, sometimes only a few rooms are filled. The management also wants to increase the capacity of their human resources. our community service team and management plan marketing teaching strategies using Canva-based visual and video content. After using the Canva application for a while, all permanent employees of Edotel TeBe Syariah are now able to use Canva to create visual and video content for marketing needs. We hope that digital marketing activities through social media such as Facebook and Instagram owned by Edotel TeBe Syariah can be further improved]]>

<![CDATA[Information on wave height and sea level is the information needed in the field of hydrography, especially in determining the Mean Sea Level. In addition, it is useful for predicting the tides of sea water, and also supports an early warning system for tsunamis. Therefore, a monitoring system will be created that can provide this information, which will then analyze the data from the observations that have been obtained at the Cikidang Pangandaran Fishing Port for 4.5 hours in real-time (1 minute). This monitoring system is located at the Port of Pangandaran with electric power obtained from PLN. Batteries are added in the system to anticipate when PLN power blackout. By using the ultrasonic sensor MB-7383, information of wave height and sea level is obtained with the properties of ultrasonic waves. The raw data obtained from the sensors is processed and transmitted using the LoRa network provided by Antares. Observation data sent via the LoRa network will be stored and can be observed on the official Antares website. The performance of the MB-7383 Ultrasonic sensor is very good against the water surface which can be seen from the accuracy and precision of the sensor, which are 98.60% and 99.72%, respectively. Observations were made in real-time for 4.5 hours at the Cikidang Fishing Port, Pangandaran. Based on observations, there was a high tide from 9.00 to 13.30 and was accompanied by an increase in the height of the sea waves. With this monitoring system, it is hoped that it will support the tsunami or earthquake early warning system in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Dilakukan kajian analisis tren perkembangan riset dan penelitian di bidang keteknikan selama masa pandemi Covid 19 dan masa New Normal. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan jumlah publikasi internasional di bidang keteknikan, mengetahui tren publikasi keteknikan yang dilakukan selama masa pandemi Covid 19 serta mengetahui tantangan dan peluang riset keteknikan untuk kedepannya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara kajian beberapa literatur yang terkait dengan tren riset keteknikan kemudian dilakukan juga penelusuran terkait statistika perkembangan publikasi yang dilakukan peneliti-peneliti bidang teknik melalui Scopus dan Scimago dengan kata kunci engineering dengan kategori , judul artikel, abstrak dan kata kunci dalam kurun waktu 2020-2021. Data berupa jumlah publikasi pertahun, jurnal yang memuat artikel bidang engineering dianalisis menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2010. Sedangkan untuk trend perkembangan riset keteknikan dianalisis melalui kajian literatur dan data statistik dari website Scimago. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan riset bidang keteknikan tahun 2020 yang terindeks Scopus mencapai 383234 publikasi. Publikasi internasional bidang engineering terbanyak dipublikasi pada jurnal Nature Biotechnology dengan total publikasi sebanyak 366. Sedangkan untuk bidang engineering yang paling banyak dilakukan publikasi yakni bidang electrical and electronic engineering sebanyak 226246 publikasi, kemudian bidang engineering (miscellaneous) sebanyak 130393 publikasi dan bidang mechanical engineering sebanyak 130050 publikasi. Untuk tren perekmbangan riset keteknikan yang banyak diminati selama tahun 2020-2021 lebih banyak melakukan kolaborasi dengan bidang medical guna membantu mengatasi masalah Covid 19.]]>

Soft skill s education is very useful for vocational school graduates who will enter the world of work, with this ability it will make it easier for graduates to adapt to the work environment. Besides that, the soft skill competencies possessed by vocational school graduates will help in training a good work ethic and the ability to solve problems with any method and supported by a good leadership spirit, making it easier for graduates to work in a team. There are several soft skill s that need to be mastered by vocational school graduates including creative thinking skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, intrapersonal skills, communication skills, leadership skills. <![CDATA[The financial aspect is one of the most important things to think about before starting a family since a family needs money to nurture and develop their family life; buying stocks, improving the quality of life, bringing children to school, and so on. Financial literacy has a very close relationship with financial management. Financial attitudes can be influenced by routine activities and the way a person works to see financial actions as good or bad by looking at his own perspective or the perspective of others; though, financial experience also contributes here. Therefore, without a good financial attitude, it will become a big difficulty in getting financial benefits for the future because these two factors are correlated to conquer short and long-term life goals. Financial Attitude and Financial Satisfaction The population in this study is the people of Batam City who have income. The number of samples is 204 respondents. The analysis tool used uses SEM with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. Questionnaire distribution is done through Google Form. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze village financial management and its impact on social capital. This research uses exploratory qualitative research methods.This research was conducted in Tanjung Village, Bendo District, Magetan Regency. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews, observation, library techniques and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used was data adduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.The results of the analysis show that (1) Tanjung Village Government apparatus in general are familiar with financial management and financial management principles, but the two village chief do not fully understand financial management. (2) There are indications that Social Capital in Tanjung Village still exists, but has decreased significantly after the enactment of Law Number 6 of 2014. (3) The reduced community participation in gotong royong is an obstacle and challenge faced by the Tanjung Village Government as for solutions offered by deliberation. (4) Based on the results of the analysis of the financial statements of the 2020 APBDes realization in Tanjung Village, it can be seen that the largest proportion of income is obtained from transfer income. (5) Based on the proportion of expenditure the largest use is used for goods and services expenditure. In addition, in the proportion of Sector Expenditures, the largest use is used for Expenditures for the Administration of Village Government.
