Abstract

The Islamic State or al-Islamiyah khilafah is a system of government based on Islamic sharia. In such a system, Islamic law is the primary foundation for regulating all matters, such as laws, state finances, relations with peoples and relations with other countries, as described in the fiqh siyasah. (hukum perpolitikan). This study wants to examine the connection of the khilafah system in a State, and whether such a system can be enforced in the State of Indonesia whose notes have been guided by the Pancasila and UUD 1945. This research is categorized as qualitative research, meaning exposure and description of problems according to research factors. A library study is a method of research that emphasizes a library as an object of study. The study finds that Islam does not provide clear and detailed rules on how the system of government of a country is formed, be it a republic, a caliphate, a priest, a monarch, an authoritarian, or a democracy. Islam emphasizes that a system can produce and bring a country into an atmosphere of justice, prosperity, and justice, free from the tyranny of the majority against the minority.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the importance of religious education to anticipate the challenges of communication technology and the dangers of terrorism through information on social media for teachers, students and the community. The method used is online research methods (ORM) and social network analysis (social media). The conclusion and implication is that information technology cannot be prevented and its benefits are in the midst of the needs of teachers, students and society, because the time has come. Religious education is very important to give to students from an early age, but it must be monitored so that they don't choose the wrong teacher or choose the wrong preaching link. This also results in people being out of control in receiving knowledge of the Islamic religion from certain scholars without learning directly from other scholars who are based on the Prophet Muhammad SAW, thus triggering friction between lack of brotherhood in society due to differences in khilafiyah. In the 21st century, religious education can easily be seen in the development of information technology which is experiencing very rapid progress in various corners of the world in general, especially in Indonesia. This also includes Islamic boarding school education which has become a popular educational institution in Indonesia since the beginning of the arrival of Islam in Indonesia in the 17th century. This has implications for teachers, students and society in understanding Islam.

Abstract

Epistemology is one of the category of philosophy that explores the nature and origin of knowledge. The nuances of epistemological thought are influenced by the thinkers' backgrounds and the sources of their philosophical perspectives. One of the figure in Islamic Philosophy is Mehdi Ha’iri Yazdi. Mehdi, an Iranian philosopher from a Shia family, hails from a lineage of revered religious figures. Influenced by the illuminative thought and preceding Islamic philosophers such as Al Farabi, Ibn Sina, and Al Ghazali, Mehdi is renowned for his epistemological concept known as Ilmu Hudhuri, which translates to knowledge by presence. His reflections on knowledge by presence delve into the intersection of illuminative philosophy and the Islamic philosophical tradition. In his book "The Principles of Epistemology in Islamic Philosophy: Knowledge by Presence," Mehdi also addresses another form of knowledge, namely knowledge by correspondence. Employing qualitative research methods and literature review, this article aims to explore the relationship between these two forms of knowledge (knowledge by presence and knowledge by correspondence) and the extent to which illuminative relations play a role in their dynamics.

Abstract

In carrying out educational activities, it is necessary to have several supports, including curriculum, media, methods, facilities and infrastructure, and monitoring. As for this article, the main highlight is the development of a multicultural-based curriculum in learning Islamic religious education (PAI) in Indonesia. The multicultural approach is very important and crucial in the midst of the diversity of Indonesian society from Sabang to Merauke, so it is suitable if the approach is also applied to the field of education. The purpose of the study of this article is to find out what is meant by multicultural curriculum, the stages in implementing multicultural curriculum, multicultural curriculum in PAI learning in Indonesia, and the challenges of implementing multicultural curriculum. The research design uses a qualitative approach with the specification of the method, namely research reports, data analysis techniques using descriptive analytics, and primary data collection through books, journals, proceedings, papers, and reports while secondary data is taken from valid internet sources as well as documentation. The results revealed that multicultural curriculum development in PAI learning is implemented through programs, curriculum, administrative documents, syllabus, rpp, methods, and evaluation. The development of a multicultural curriculum has also been able to form tolerant learners, honing their skills in solving problems mainly related to the existing cultural diversity. In the future, it is hoped that the multicultural curriculum will be maximized as a solution in the midst of the diversity of Indonesian society, especially in PAI learning.

Abstract

Religious moderation has principles that need to be implemented in educational institutions such as schools through Islamic religious education learning, this is because there is still an attitude of intolerance in educational institutions that continues to be suppressed by the implementation of religious moderation. this research uses qualitative methods and includes library studies. The results found in this study that the implementation of religious moderation through Islamic religious education is important to eliminate intolerant attitudes with the step of the teacher's approach as an educator providing inclusive learning and providing an attitude of the importance of mutual respect despite different beliefs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and evaluate the application of the Self Direct Learning model in improving the learning creativity of ninth grade fiqh students at MTs nurul falah jokarto. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive method. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are: 1) The learning process of fiqh class IX subjects at Mts Nurul Falah Jokarto uses a varied Learning Model, one of which is the Self Direct Learning model. 2) The application of the Self Direct Learning model can increase the learning creativity of ninth grade fiqh students at Mts Nurul Falah Jokarto

Abstract

The increasing prevalence of chronic diseases and the rising lack of awareness about health promotion have sparked a renewed interest in promoting health promotion. The main objective of this study is to explore the civilizational role of the Muslim family on health promotion in northern Nigeria. This study employed a qualitative methodological approach using semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions. The participants were purposefully selected. In this study, a total of 15 participants were selected, which includes parents, Muslim healthcare workers, family counsellors, medical workers, and medical practitioners. The data was analysed using thematic analysis. Findings of the study revealed that Muslim families used strategies to foster health-promotion behaviours including health education awareness, family health counselling, health practices, religious teachings, and values that provide guidance. The findings further confirmed that healthy awareness creates an enabling environment in which healthy behaviours can be practiced, modelled, and encouraged. Finally, the findings unveiled that the social role of families has significant influence in promoting healthy behaviours, creating a healthy atmosphere that facilitates the prevention of disease, and health risks for effective human development. The study, therefore, recommended that health promotion initiatives should be designed, improved, and implemented by taking into consideration of the Islamic ethical values of health promotion to increase their usefulness for a healthy society for human development

Abstract

This paper intends to discuss the role of Islamic guidance and Counseling to moral Development of higher institutions students in Nigeria. Education is seen as a human right that should be endorsed, sustained and transmitted to the people by the society, education is to a nation what the mind is to the body, is a mechanism through which nation develops. Many agents are responsible for the education of people. Moral development can only said to be achieved if students minimize perpetration of social vices, and should respect others by the virtues of being fellow humans. Guidance and counseling in Islam which is regarded as a helping relationship is intended to acquaint everybody with the nature and functions of an effective Guidance program. The aim is to produce good greater tomorrow who have knowledge and morality. Moral development of our students of higher institutions in this country is very essential factor to consider; this is because in a situation where our greater tomorrow acquires knowledge without morality that knowledge will not serve the purpose it supposes to serve. For this, Islamic guidance and counseling most intervene to save the students and the society by extension.
