Abstract

Today Microcontroller continues to grow very rapidly and is very much in demand in the field of control system applications. Even now there are many microcontrollers that have become modules. One of the widely used microcontroller modules is Arduino. Arduino is a type of board that contains a microcontroller. Multimeters that are usually sold in the market are mostly only for measuring current, voltage, and resistance of an electronic component and cannot measure the poles of each of these components so students must learn more about which poles are the components. This certainly becomes a problem for students who will assemble an electronic component. Therefore, it is needed a measuring device that does not only measure the amount of current, voltage, and resistance of a component, but also can know the poles and legs like diode and transistor components. This can be realized by designing a Smart Tester can measure the legs of electronic components. By using a microcontroller. The measurement data for each component will be displayed via LCD Display.

Abstract

The issue concerning damages to Indomaret stores typically involves hardware and software malfunctions and other mechanical equipment failures. When such problems arise, Indomaret staff contacts PT. Albany Corona Lestari's (ACL) Maintenance personnel. These ACL Maintenance personnel then respond by either remotely accessing the end user's computer or physically visiting the end user who reported the complaint to address and resolve the issue promptly. However, the current problem lies within the ACL Maintenance department at ACL Branch. The lack of a systematic complaint recording process is affecting the company's performance negatively. End user problems are not swiftly resolved, and there are instances where ACL Maintenance personnel forget about user complaints. The complaint handling process is currently not well-structured or controlled. To tackle these challenges, this research seeks to identify the issues present within ACL's complaint management system, which currently relies on telephone calls and emails. To address these problems effectively, the development of a complaint management application is crucial. Such an application can efficiently receive and manage complaints from multiple users simultaneously while ensuring that complaint reports are documented comprehensively. This research employs the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology to construct the complaint management application. The results of this study demonstrate that the RAD-based system has been successfully completed and is ready for implementation by ACL, marking a significant improvement in their complaint resolution process.

Abstract

The implementation of rural community services is currently still facing problems with an ineffective government system and the lack of human resources in rural institutions. Population administration is one of the most important points in administrative governance in the village. One of them is population data collection at the Kejayaan Village office which has limited access to the population service process manually, so errors often occur and are less accurate in managing population data. In this research, a mobile web-based population data collection application will be designed using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. Which starts from System Design, System Design, Web Development / Coding, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance. The flow in this study is described in the form of a Flowchart. The results of the study. a mobile web-based population data collection application that can be accessed via a smartphone can provide convenience for the village government in processing population data and can also provide information on the potential development of the Kejayaan Village. In addition, the village community can update their population data directly and make it easier for the community to obtain the latest information about the village and the village profile.

Abstract

Schools have not fully utilized technological developments in processing data such as student data, teacher data, student attendance, and student report cards, and have not been integrated with the school system due to the lack of an academically adaptable application system. The use of media or dissemination of information is still done by pasting pamphlets on the walls of magazines, as well as storing academic data in archives in a form that is difficult to find. This is considered less effective in school management, given the rapid development of technology today. With the problems that the authors found, an online report card information system application will be designed using the Waterfall method, to make it easier to manage administrative and academic data to be more organized in decision-making in the school environment.

Abstract

Each Village Device has different tasks and responsibilities and sometimes also has a sudden task, so it takes a task scheduling so that all work can be organized and completed on time. Because of this, the researcher makes an app scheduling the task of mobile village based web apparatus. This application uses the development method of System Development Life Cycle, PHP and MySql programming languages as database. The results of this study indicate that the application of mobile web-based village apparatus scheduling can be applied to help simplify the work of the village apparatus especially in the time discipline so as to create effective and efficient to improve the service to the community.

Abstract

Predictions of children's nutritional Status can provide important input to. efforts to monitor and intervene in child nutrition, as well as support better decision-making in the field of child health. This study took data from Puskesmas data. Gedung Sari Health Center is a community health center located in Anak Ratu Aji District, Central Lampung Regency. Based on the results and discussion of the data analysis on the data above, related to the prediction of the nutritional status of toddlers at the Gedung Sari Health Center using polynomial regression, a conclusion is obtained. The conclusion of predicting nutritional status using polynomials depends on specific data analysis and modeling and the methods used. However, in general, polynomials can be used to model the relationship between input and output variables in the case of predicting nutritional status. predicted nutritional status of children and total predicted nutritional status obtained Predictions based on age in 2019 = 290,806; Predictions based on nutritional status in 2020 = 68,176; Predictions based on nutritional status in 2021 = 122,239. More research needs to be done to validate and increase the reliability of a prediction and integrate the results into health practice to improve child nutrition monitoring and interventions in the community health center.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi semakin berkembang seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan yang makin besar. Penyediaan informasi kepada masyarakat melalui telephone genggam menjadi alternative yang sangat menarik karena masyarakat pada era ini sudah banyak yang menggunakan smartphone. Untuk memberikan pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien bagi masyarakat pada Pekon Sumber Rejo yang masih menggunakan system manual dalam pelaksanaannya, e-government berbasis web mobile ini menjadi solusi yang tepat. Dalam merancang e-government berbasis web mobile ini pemodelan yang diterapkan adalah prototype, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain, membangun system, evaluasi dan implementasi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, interview, dan studi pustaka. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah e-government berbasis web mobile, dimana masyarakat dapat mengaksesnya langsung lewat smartphone. Dalam pelaksanaannya, petugas juga dapat lebih mudah memberikan pelayanan dan informasi kepada masyarakat, dapat dengan cepat menginput data dan mencari data sehingga dapat meminimalkan waktu, biaya serta kesalahan yang mungkin terjadi.

Abstract

The COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, which affected countries in the world, has become a phenomenon that has shaken social life, especially customs in Indonesia. The information about COVID-19 that people get from various sources, such as mass media, social media or word of mouth. Social distancing and calls for “just at home” are being increasingly informed by the government, along with the increase in COVID-19 sufferers in Indonesia, especially in the province of Lampung. Religious activities, especially Islam, which are full of togetherness, such as congregational prayers in mosques, and recitation are among the things that must be undone, along with the government's call to “worship from home” in order to stop the spread of COVID-19. This study seeks to reveal the relationship between information sources, understanding, and people's attitudes towards religious activities, with data mining techniques. That way, we can conclude which media are the most effective in conveying information. The data mining referred to in this study uses a priori algorithm. The priori algorithm is one of the classic data mining algorithms. A priori algorithms are used so that computers can learn association rules, looking for patterns of relationships between one or more items in a dataset. This research was conducted with survey data which were distributed in various districts and cities in the province of Lampung. The results of this study are that there is a connection, if people are afraid of the Covid-19 outbreak and get Covid-19 information through Instagram, they will be relatively obedient, and worship at home. These results can be used by the government in choosing the most appropriate channels/channels, to maximize the dissemination of information, namely through Instagram, especially for millennials.

Abstract

The utilization of great marketing methods for MSMEs to increase sales can make it easier for sellers and consumers to reach them even during the COVID-19 pandemic. There is a decrease in public interest in purchasing products that are influenced by manual marketing methods. The utilization of information technology in running a business or frequently known as e-commerce for a small company can provide flexibility in production, enabling faster delivery to customers. During the pandemic, there was a change in the consumption pattern of people's goods and services from offline to online. MSME actors must have difficulty in achieving the targets that must be achieved when the economy is disrupted. This change in the pattern should be followed by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises to survive and develop so that they can face new normal conditions. The System Design is based on the needs of existing users in business activities related to Rokusan Addict's sales and marketing conditions. This design uses the data collection method, which includes the observation method and the interview method. The analysis process used is PIECES ANALYSIS and System Design which includes Design, Implementation, and Maintenance. At the testing stage, this study uses Black Box testing to test whether the input and output results are appropriate or not. The overall results of using this Black Box test achieved a perfect fit and it was concluded that the design of the e-commerce website created was acceptable and had positive functionality for users.

Abstract

Web Pembelajaran merupakan sistem pembelajaran online dan interaktif sebagai bentuk layanan akademik yang diberikan oleh Perguruan Tinggi. Bahkan penggunaannya di beberapa perguruan tinggi sudah menjadi hal yang wajib dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Sehubungan dengan itu, perlu adanya pengukuran untuk mengetahui kualitasnya sehingga dapat ditentukan perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan agar tetap dapat memberikan layanan pendidikan yang terbaik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0 untuk mengukur kualitas web yang dimaksud berdasarkan persepsi dari pengguna akhir terhadap beberapa indikator yang telah ditentukan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan kuesioner terhadap mahasiswa STMIK XYZ Palembang. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel usability(U), information quality(I), interaction quality(A) dengan variabel user satisfaction(S). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan korelasi positif yang cukup berarti untuk variable U dan I terhadap S dengan nilai 0,4 kk ≤ 0,7, sedangkan untuk variabel A dan S menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang tinggi atau kuat dengan nilai 0,7 kk ≤ 0,9.
