Abstract

KIP scholarships at stmik have 7 (seven) types of scholarships given to prospective students such as KIP scholarships, achievement scholarships, Islamic boarding schools, CSR, DT Cares, Creator Content, and Tahfhidz Qur'an,There are registration problems and limited quotas, so it is necessary to have a selection of calculations and election data collection in order to produce accurate data. Of the several types of scholarships, the KIP scholarship is the scholarship most in demand by prospective STMIK Dharma Wacana students. Therefore, this research will focus on KIP scholarships. The method used for this problem is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The SAW method is expected to be able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives.The criteria for accepting registration for prospective new students through the KIP route include: Written Test, Interview Test, Report Card Score Test, File Completeness Score, and Home Eligibility Value. The result of calculating the Simple Additive Weighting method is that the highest score is Ar-Roqiib'u Raihannicko, the second highest is Eka Diana Forensia, and the third highest is Ahmad Rendi Ardiyanto.

Abstract

Mobile commerce application is one of the types of electronic commerce that has benefits for online sales and marketing systems. The internet in general, has been used by the public as a means of information and is used as a business tool to market a particular product. In an effort to increase the added value and sale of products produced by members of the Gentiaras cooperative, a digital platform has been built under the name Olshop PSW which has the function of matching and promoting the products of the members of the Gentiaras Pringsewu Cooperative. This application was built using the Systems Development Life CycleI Method using PHP and Java programming languages and database design using Mysql.

Abstract

From the analysis obtained there is a need for sufficient availability of media effective in introducing the locations of hospitals and clinics in the Pringsewu district. The purpose of this paper is to produce an android application that can facilitate the community in finding information about the location of hospitals and clinics in the Pringsewu district. This application is an android platform. This application utilizes the global positioning system in user position search. The main facilities contained in this application are the map feature and road routes that can facilitate users in finding the destination location. The methodology used to build the application is the method of observation, interviews, and literature. While the system development used is the waterfall, this stage begins with needs analysis, system design, coding, testing. This application was developed with the concept of guiding hospital information and clinics based on android using GPS and maps to determine the distance traveled.

Abstract

Disease index is an arrangement of summary lists, data on types of diseases and conditions of illness based on a classification system or numbering code as a means of communication. Good information can be displayed in a display, with that information will look more efficient and effective. One of the sheets contained in the Medical Record is the disease index. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques based on observations, interviews, and literature studies. Problems found in this study: Data processing has not been carried out optimally so that officers take a long time, there is no special system for computerized disease indexes, disease index activity reports are still done manually. From the results of this study, Hospital X is expected to immediately make an outpatient disease module so that the physical activity proof of the Outpatient Disease Index display can be printed directly

Abstract

One of the cultivated plants is rice, oryza sativa in Latin, although some varieties are wild rice. Rice cultivation began in Indonesia around 15000 BC, although it is thought to have originated in India or Indochina. Rice is the most important crop in agrarian countries like China, India, Bangladesh and Indonesia. The japonica and indica groups usually contain rice plants. According to archaeological evidence, japonica rice was first domesticated around 9,000 years ago in the Yangtze Valley in southern China. Meanwhile, around 5,000 years ago, indica rice was first grown in the Ganges River valley. Rice-producing grass plants fall into this category. For most Indonesians, rice is a staple food. At the time of growth, rice plants are susceptible to various diseases which cause farmers to fail to harvest. To find out the diseases that attack rice plants, an expert who can diagnose rice plant diseases is needed. An expert is someone who understands the problem of diagnosing a disease. However, the lack of agricultural officers/extensioners in the Seputih Banyak District area. The purpose of this research is to apply an expert system using the Bayes theorem method to overcome problems regarding rice plant diseases and the limitations of agricultural officers/extensioners. And can be accessed by farmers anywhere when they need an epert system to diagnose a disease that attack rice plants without having to need assistance from extension  agricultural extension officers.

Abstract

Dari hasil analisis data terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil pengukuran dengan menerapkan Qos (Quality Of Service) pada jaringan Internet SMKN I Sukadana yaitu dengan parameter throughput, Dellay, Jitter, dan Paket Losses maka di tarik kesimpulan  bahwa parameter QoS( (Quality Of Service) yang terdiri dari parameter Bandwidth, throughput, dellay, jitter dan paket losses sangat berpengaruh terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan di sekolah yaitu denangan pemanfaatan konten pembelajaran yang di akses lewat internet, sehingga membutuhkan koneksi yang baik. Dan penerapan QoS pada jaringan internet di SMKN N I Sukadana dengan menggunakan metode Simple Queue masih didapat nilai Throughput yang sangat buruk dengan indeks 0 berdasarkan standar TIPHON yaitu 77 Kbps dan indeks 2 pada Ruang Tata Usaha yaitu 367 Kbps, serta indeks 2 pada Ruang Admin Jaringan dengan Throughput 754 Kbps.

Abstract

The study aimed to evaluate the user experience of the Primakara University International Office website. Primakara University developed the International Office website as part of its efforts to improve its competitiveness and educational quality at the international level. Through the International Office, the university can offer programs such as student exchange, international internships, and international scholarships to provide valuable experiences for students. User experience evaluation was conducted using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method with 30 respondents. The results were positive, with the final score for the average score for all aspects being greater than 0.8. The aspects of attractiveness received scores of 2.21, perspicuity received scores of 2.03, efficiency 2.12, dependability 1.86, stimulation 1.67, and novelty 1.25. The results of the test were classified as between "Good" and "Excellent."

Abstract

In solving the problem of the accuracy of the selected algorithm if it is applied to a prototype application in predicting applicants for assistance with houses of worship facilities in Pringsewu District using data mining classification methods. In solving the problem using the rough set algorithm method and Naive Bayes from the results of the discussion carried out, it can draw conclusions Rough set algorithm and the resulting rule has the highest level of accuracy that is 92% Rough set algorithm model is included in the category of excellent classification and can be implemented in determining predictions more potential grant funding. The rules generated by the Rough set algorithm are applied in the prototype prediction of the grant of houses of worship grants with 92% accuracy of prototype verification testing results. Based on the accuracy of the resulting prototype shows that the methods and prototypes that are applied are good at predicting better results. Naïve Bayes algorithm has an accuracy level of 77% The Naïve Bayes algorithm model is included in the category of good classification and can be implemented in determining the prediction of grants but because the value of the rough set algorithm is higher then the naïve Bayes algorithm is not used to determine the prototype.

Abstract

The impact of the spread of the COVID-19 virus on educational institutions is changing the education system into online learning. One of the formal educational institutions affected by this change is SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati. This school previously developed a Moodle-based learning information system in early 2020 with the aim of helping the online learning process. Starting from UTBK activities that require a system to accommodate student scores and the need for online learning activities. However, based on the results of unstructured interviews obtained from the admin, teachers, and students, that there are still many shortcomings in Moodle E-Learning. The lack of a system that has been mentioned will have an impact on the performance of the Moodle system in supporting online learning activities. The method used is the SDLC research method with a prototype development model. The results of the study used the PSSUQ questionnaire which consisted of 4 categories, namely the SYSUSE category (usability) of 3.27, INFOQUAL (information) of 3.37, the INTQUAL category (display) of 3.40, and the OVERALL category of 3.18. The results of the PSSUQ score where the INTQUAL category gets the lowest score or close to a scale of 7 or is interpreted as less good so an interview is needed with the result that the Moodle Information System in terms of appearance is acceptable, but not yet attractive to users as a whole, then in terms of functionality, the Moodle Information System has several functions that have not run properly and tested using the Black Box method, and resulted in an average overall score of 100, which means that the overall function is very good.

Abstract

Nationally, Indeks has entered the demographic bonus era since 2012 and is predicted to end in 2037. The demographic Bonus is the period during which 100 productive people are dependent on the unproductive population of a country below 50. The results of the 2020 population census recorded that the population in Gorontalo province reached 1,171,681 people, a data source from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Gorontalo province. Not increasing opportunities in such a rapid digital era makes employment decline, especially in labor-intensive activities. On the other hand, the advancement of information technology opens up many new business opportunities. This is the challenge of this nation in welcoming the demographic bonus. Demographic Bonus in Gorontalo. The problem of the impact of the demographic bonus in addition to the ongoing covid 19 pandemic also holds many problems that will also have an impact on uneven economic recovery, unemployment,stunting, and poor nutrition. The government’s efforts to overcome and control population growth have had an impact on changes in the demographic structure of the population in Gorontalo. The purpose of this study is to produce a product description of knowledge pattern analysis of population data in the province of North Gorontalo from data extraction with machine learning algorithms. Clustering analysis, the experimental results with K-Means model k value with the best bouldin indeks feature is at K=3, for classification analysis with decision tree model of the demographic dataset of North Gorontalo region has an accuracy of 89.29% while using the random forest model reaches 100% accuracy.
