Abstract

The massive digital transformation that has occurred in the industrial world has created a need for workers with high digital skills. Amidst the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the acceleration of the digital economy, digital skill development is an important aspect in increasing the competitiveness of the workforce. However, many individuals have difficulty determining the priority of skill development appropriately. Therefore, this study aims to develop a web-based recommendation system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to help individuals determine the priority of digital skill development. This system utilizes four main criteria, namely: (1) Mastery of Digital Skills, (2) Work Experience, (3) Interest in Skills, and (4) Ownership of Digital Certification. Each criterion has its own weight, namely 0.35, 0.25, 0.20, and 0.20. Overall, this system has succeeded in helping the decision-making process for developing digital skills objectively and systematically. Not only is it beneficial for job seekers or professional workers, this system also has the potential to be used by training institutions, educational institutions, and the government in designing policies to improve digital competence. However, this system still has limitations, such as not covering soft skill aspects and not being integrated with external platforms. In the future, development can be done by adding new criteria, data integration from online learning platforms, and using machine learning methods to provide more adaptive and personalized recommendations.

Abstract

This research discusses the importance of learning Hijaiyah letters for Muslims, as these are the basic letters for reading the Quran. To enhance children's ability to recognize Hijaiyah letters, the author attempts to use learning strategies through interactive media for children. The problems addressed in this study are how to develop children's interest in learning Hijaiyah letters using 2D-based interactive media and how the interest in learning Hijaiyah letters is influenced by using 2D-based interactive media. This study aims to determine the extent to which the development of interest in learning Hijaiyah letters in children is achieved using 2D-based interactive media. The results of this study show that the average results of children in learning Hijaiyah letters with the help of interactive media received very good responses in each choice. Thirty-six respondents answered "strongly agree," 37 answered "agree," 19 answered "disagree," and 30 answered "strongly disagree." According to the Likert scale calculation, the percentage of children's learning interest using interactive media applications obtained a percentage of 67.29%, which falls into the "agree" category.

Abstract

Startups have gained popularity among young entrepreneurs in Indonesia, inspired by successful local Startups such as Gojek, Shopee, and Tokopedia. However, many Startups face challenges and failures. Teampal.id, a Startup based in Bali, is an example of a growing Startup. It provides livestock farming packages and cultivation development, involving investors from various sectors of society. To scale up their business, Teampal.id requires sufficient funding. Therefore, this research aims to calculate the valuation of Teampal.id Startup using The Dave Berkus Method. This Method evaluates the overall value of a Startup based on five key elements, including the Startup's core idea, Prototype/product, team management, strategic relationships, and sales. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to Teampal.id in addressing valuation challenges and acquiring the necessary funds for their business growth. Additionally, it will provide insights and guidance for other Startups in the fundraising process.
