<![CDATA[Internet service is an important thing during the Covid 19 Pandemic to do work from home, especially video conferencing and video streaming applications. This study aims to analyze the quality of internet network services on the Telkomsel cellular network internet network provider for video streaming and video conferencing web application services. Parameters measured on the quality of service are delay, jitter, packet loss. The method used in this research is to take samples of video streaming and video conferencing applications for one week at different times and captured using the Wireshark application. Data collection was carried out in Mojayan, Klaten, Central Java. The results of this study showed video streaming and video conferencing applications have an average delay value of 37 ms in the "very good" category, jitter 223 ms in the "bad" category and 0% packetloss in the "very good" category. The results of this study indicate that the quality of web video streaming and video conferencing services from the Telkomsel provider at that location is running quite well according to the TIPHON standard. Service improvement needs to be done on the quality of loading so as to reduce buffering when the service is running]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to measure and determine the effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction of the Bibit fintech application. The results of measurements carried out using Concurrent Think Aloud show that the effectiveness measurement obtains an average result of 90% and the efficiency measurement obtains an average result of 91%. The results of measuring user satisfaction can be obtained from the results of the User Experience Questionnaire aspects of efficiency (1.68) aspects of attractiveness (1.39), perspicuity (1.40), stimulation (1.21) dependability (1.00) and novelty (0.48) . This research shows that the Fintech Seeds application has been effective and efficient in its use, and on user satisfaction it has a positive impression, only that the novelty aspect has neutral results, thus innovation and creativity in development must increase in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[In Indonesia, the mental health condition of the community is currently one of the problems that has received less attention. The number of people suffering from mental disorders continues to increase. There are around 236 million people in Indonesia who suffer from mental disorders. On average, people affected by mental and mental disorders feel embarrassed to go to psychology because they want to maintain privacy and images in the community. This opportunity can also be utilized by people engaged in startups. Mainheal is here to answer all these problems to provide psychological health consultation services with psychologists or people who are experts in their fields online or online. In designing the prototype mobile application startup Mainheal uses the Five Planes method because the five planes method already has a framework that is ready to be used in the development of user experience that is flexible and can be adapted to the development of an application. this method consists of 5 stages, namely, strategy plane, scope plane, structure plane, skeleton plane, surface plane and coupled with an evaluation to validate the design that has been made.]]>

<![CDATA[Student dropout (resign) is a problem that needs to be addressed as early as possible. The number of students dropping out will decrease the quality of the performance of a university, as well as reduce it as much as possible because it will have an impact on public appreciation. As a first step to reducing it, it requires the clustering of students who experience this. Based on this cluster, a pattern of student tendency to drop out can be identified. The parameters used in this study were the GPA, the study period, the number of credits received, and the number of semesters inactive. To compile a cluster, the k-Medoids algorithm is used with 3 types of clusters. Based on the results of the clustering, it can be seen that the dominance of dropout students is due to GPA 2.00 as much as 38.2% and due to not being active in college as much as 52.2%. To measure the cluster quality, the Silhouette coefficient algorithm is used and the resulting coefficient value is 0.3, meaning that the cluster separation rate weak structure.]]>

<![CDATA[Health is a very important part in the life of our nation and country, in a developed and developing nation there is a healthy society. Healthy can be defined as the state of an individual who is prosperous both physically, economically and socially. Health is what needs to be maintained and cared for for the survival of a nation and state. Seeing the importance of the health element in a nation, the government has implemented the Nawacita program with one of the points referring to family health. In implementing the healthy family program, the government has sought to collect data and control healthy families with a family approach. Looking at the data collection system for healthy families with status determination, that is, averaging the indicator values to get the family's health status. The researcher intends to develop in terms of determining family health status by using a combination method of the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method with Naïve Bayes with the aim of knowing the results of applying the method and obtaining better results. Based on the results of the research conducted, the accuracy value of 93.53% was obtained in the combination model of the Naïve Bayes KNN method. So it can be concluded that the combination of these methods is good for determining family health status.]]>

<![CDATA[Proses pemilihan karyawan teladan tersebut bukan merupakan hal yang mudah. Selama ini pemilihan karyawan teladan pada PT. NAKAU dilakukan dengan cara memilih salah satu karyawan yang direkomendasikan oleh karyawan-karyawan pada PT. NAKAU sendiri. Cara tersebut tentu memiliki banyak kekurangan terutama dari segi objektifitas serta belum ada nya kriteria yang terukur yang digunakan untuk menentukan siapa yang jadi karyawan teladan. banyak kriteria-kriteria sebagai penilaian yang digunakan dalam proses pemilihan, dimana kriteria-kriteria tersebut didasarkan pada persepsi seseorang. Kendala lain yang timbul dalam pemutusan pemilihan karyawan teladan adalah sering kali pimpinan sebagai pengambil keputusan masih mengandalkan intuisi (subjektifitas). Hal ini tentu saja menjadi sebuah kekurangan untuk menentukan tepat atau tidaknya seseorang terpilih sebagai karyawan teladan. Oleh sebab itu penggunaan metode JST (Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan) dapat menjadi salah satu metode yang dapat diterapkan untuk membangun suatu sistem sebagai penyelesaian masalah tersebut dengan menggunakan aplikasi Borland Delphi 7 dalam membantu menentukan karyawan teladan pada PT. <![CDATA[This study aims to find out the design of information analysis system completeness of filling medical records sheets by using Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2010 Hospital X. Research method used is qualitative method with descriptive approach, while the method of developing data collection techniques used is waterfall method. The results of the research conducted found problems that are standard operating procedures related to filling medical records that have been established but in the implementation has not gone well, The management of data analysis completeness of filling medical records sheet is still using manual, There are still unfilled and incomplete medical records. The advice given is to build an effective and integrated information system, Implement a complete information system filling medical records sheets, Give advice to doctors or health workers to always complete medical records. The research results conclude that the standard of operational procedures (SOP) related to the completeness of filling medical records already exists but the implementation has not gone well. Analysis of medical records is still done manually, as well as in the creation of a report recapitulating the completeness of medical records.
