Abstract

Credit Scoring is a procedure that exists in all loan company. This procedure will give the result whether an applicant is eligible to receive loan or not. Data mining approach has been a well known method to assist this procedure. Based on data, this approach helps to measure an applicant’s credit worthiness. This research is using Classification and Regression Tree (CART) as a part of classification task in credit scoring. As a matter a fact that CART is recognized as one of the best algorithms that can be used in data mining. The output of this classification algorithm is validate using evaluation methods which are usually used to measure the performance of classification model result. These evaluation methods that commonly used in this research area are k-fold validation method and holdout method. This experiment using CART Algorithm along with credit scoring public dataset. The experiment result shows that along with CART algorithm, using cross validation method gives a better performance in term of accuracy and error rate.

Abstract

Dalam peranan TI diperlukannya tata kelola TI dalam mengelola penggunaan TI agar mengetahui beberapa manajemen risiko TI yang ada pada organisasi. SMK Telkom Jakarta sudah menerapkan teknologi informasi dengan memiliki tata kelola TI yang mengatur dalam sistem informasi yang sudah terkomputerisasi dalam melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar, yaitu menggunakan Learning Management System (LMS) berbasis website.  Dalam hal ini perlu dilakukan analisa untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen risiko TI pada SMK Telkom Jakarta dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 5 dengan domain proses EDM03 dan APO12. Untuk memperoleh data, teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Adanya proses dalam analisa risiko dimana menentukan capability level dalam proses EDM03 dan APO12, mengidentifikasi risiko, membuat mitigasi risiko serta rekomendasi risiko dan menganalisa suatu risk assesment. Berdasarkan hasil yang sudah dianalisa, maka didapatkan nilai capability level untuk EDM03 berada pada level 1 dan APO12 berada pada level 2 serta mendapatkan rekomendasi dan mitigasi dalam proses EDM03 mendapatkan nilai risk composit 58% level medium. Mitigasi proses APO12 mendapatkan nilai risk composit 54% level medium. Rekomendasi mitigasi selanjutnya dapat menjadi perbaikan manajemen risiko TI pada SMK Telkom Jakarta.

Abstract

Bahasa Jepang merupakan salah satu bahasa yang menarik bagi seluruh orang di dunia karena budaya yang kaya dan kontribusi signifikan dalam bidang teknologi, seni, dan ekonomi. Bahasa jepang memiliki sistem tulisan yang rumit karena terdiri dari 3 aksara utama yaitu hiragana,katakana dan kanji. Kebanyakan pelajar mengalami kesulitan dalam mempelajari tulisan tersebut. Dengan permasalahan tersebut penulis ingin membentuk suatu media pembelajaran yang menampilkan objek 3 dimensi yang berupa huruf pada bahasa jepang dalam bentuk augmented reality dengan memanfaatkan smartphone android. Aplikasi augmented reality ini mampu menampilkan objek 3 dimensi tanpa memerlukan penanda (marker) sehingga mempermudah dalam proses tracking. Penulis menerapkan  metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi disertai blackbox testing untuk menguji fungsionalitas aplikasi. Adapun metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan wawancara yang dilakukan pada 30 orang pelajar bahasa jepang di kota Batam guna mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi ini terhadap pembelajaran bahasa jepang khususnya tingkatan N5. Hasil pengujian aplikasi ini yang didapat dari proses wawancara pada 30 orang peserta wawancara menjelaskan bahwa media pembelajaran bahasa Jepang N5 dengan penerapan augmented reality diminati dikalangan pelajar pemula dikarenakan membantu dalam mengingat huruf jepang secara visual dan informasi yang disajikan cukup lengkap, Adapun aplikasi ini juga masih memiliki kekurangan dari segi pembelajaran grammar sehingga pelajar masih tetap harus belajar melalui media lain yang lebih lengkap. Aplikasi belajar bahasa Jepang N5 berbasis Android diharapkan dapat membantu menunjang pembelajaran bahasa Jepang

Abstract

The Agriculture Office of North Lampung Regency is one of the beneficiaries of the Agricultural Intensification Program from the Directorate General of Food Crops with the distribution of assistance through 23 District Technical Implementation Units (UPTD) of North Lampung District. All UPTD Sub-districts receiving assistance from the Agricultural Intensification Program should make a report of the actual crops realized from the program. In processing the report data is the Agriculture Office of North Lampung Regency still using Microsoft Excel application. Therefore, the researcher tries to make a special application to input the data of broad realization of agricultural intensification program programs using Prototype method with Borland Delphi 7.0 program. This application is expected to facilitate officers in inputting data such as commodity data, UPTD data, realization data and officer data.

Abstract

Website or what is often also called Web, can be interpreted as a collection of a page that displays a type of text information, data, images. Computer network security is one of the most important and fundamental to the system. In using the web which is very easy to do, especially in reading such as comics and so on, it is necessary to anticipate security so that web applications can be protected from harassment or hacker attacks such as Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). This experiment was conducted to determine the vulnerability of the comic web application by means of a self-test using the ZAP and XSpear tools. This test is carried out to secure the application that is used as a follow-up recommendation in securing the Smart Payment application. The results of this experiment found a vulnerability in the comic reading web, namely neonime.co. The vulnerabilities found were Cross-Domain Misconfiguration, X-Frame-Options Header Not Set, Absence of Anti-CSRF Tokens, Cookie No HTTP Only Flag, Cookie without Same Site Attribute, Cross-Domain JavaScript Source File Inclusion, Incomplete or No Cache-control Header Set, Server Leaks Information via "X-Powered-By" HTTP ResponseHeader Field(s) and Timestamp Disclosure - Unix. In addition to obtaining vulnerabilities from the comic web application, solutions are also provided to overcome vulnerabilities in the Smart Payment application.

Abstract

This research aims to make a tool in the form of a technological engineering system that is integrated with its operation so that swiftlet farmers can use it. This research is expected to produce a more effective and efficient technology than partial tools and has not yet answered the needs of swallow farmers. The stages in this study used flowcharts consisting of literature studies, program design, making system blocks, system integration, tool testing, and analysis of the results. The system design consists of determining tools and materials and making a block diagram of the work system of the tool with the ESP32 microcontroller. In system settings, it is divided into several system blocks: sound control system block, temperature and humidity control, window opening and closing control, lighting control and streaming video monitoring in swiftlet houses. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that monitoring and automation system tools for swallow houses use IoT-based Esp32. This tool can automatically regulate and automate sound, temperature, humidity, lighting, and windows in swiftlet houses and can be monitored remotely.

Abstract

Fenomena kemacetan pada sebuah kota besar umumnya di sebabkan karena banyaknya jumlah kendaraan sementara ruas jalan tidak berkembang setiap tahun. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sangatlah penting dalam membantu penyeselasaiaan masalah kemacean di kota besar. Metode yang digunakan Red - Green – Blue atau dapat disingkat dengan RGB adalah model warna pencahayaan yang biasa dipakai untuk metode alat input seperti scanner maupun alat keluaran seperti monitor yang menggunakan warna primer merah, hijau dan biru sedangkan dalam proses pengembangan sistem menggunakan Metode perancangan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik SDLC (system Development Life Cycles). Hasil penelitian ini menguji kemampuan model RGB-YCBCR-Thresholding untuk membaca jumlah kendaraan dan menampilkan timer untuk merekayasa lalulintas.

Abstract

In the continuously evolving era like the present, competition among other businesses also undergoes significant changes. Therefore, this company needs to enhance its sales strategy to remain relevant, dominant, and profitable. In this context, advancements in the field of technology can provide substantial assistance in the development of sales strategies. By utilizing customer transaction data, CV. Samapura Jewelry can perform data mining and apply the FP-Growth algorithm to identify association patterns among different types of bracelets. This will help the company to understand the current trends in bracelet preferences and enable collaborations between different bracelet types. Through the calculations, the company will obtain recommendations for optimal bracelet sales combinations. Based on the research findings, it was discovered that one of the bracelet sales packages with the highest support and confidence levels is the Crystal Red Nugget Bracelet Gold and Crystal Rainbow Nugget Bracelet Silver in relation to the Crystal Rainbow Nugget Bracelet Gold. This package has a support value of 0.31% and a confidence of 75%. This research is highly significant for CV. Samapura Jewelry as it will provide valuable insights in developing an effective sales strategy. By leveraging the FP-Growth algorithm and data analysis, the company can enhance its product offerings to align with market trends and improve customer satisfaction. Thus, the company can maintain its presence in a competitive market and achieve long-term success

Information becomes an important part of any decision making to support performance so that the objectives of the agency can be achieved. Local government officials as one in the local government as well as Religious Courts and so on, in the data processing of civil servant officers less than once accurate information because it is still manual using Microsoft Word in which the system is in the data PNS rank still less the maximum of which is often the loss of data and frequent occurrence of errors when inputting data keper PNS.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, many countries had different strategies to stop the spread of the novel virus and help patients. Challenges arise from the character of the virus that needs social distancing to prevent and stop transmission.  It brings us to the era of health technologies faster than it should. In this case, a telemedicine service is part of the strategy to reach out to the patient while keeping the bed occupancy ratio in the hospital low because many have light symptoms. But how the service quality of telemedicine and what to expect from its service, demands an analysis for further improvement. This paper using survey method with certain criteria to give clear understanding of the telemedicine service and what should improve.
