Abstract

Direct cash assistance is a government assistance program in the form of cash or other assistance, both conditional and unconditional. BLT receipts in the village of Bonemarambe were made at the village office by bringing an identity card (KTP) as proof of receipt. However, in general, the beneficiary community does not receive it directly but is represented by family, relatives or others. This is a problem because errors often occur in the distribution of assistance. There was a factor of mistaken identity when registering the beneficiary, which resulted in the aid distribution not being up to par and sometimes one of the residents received a help 2 (twice) times in the same period. This study aims to use information technology in the form of use of radio frequency identification devices (RFID) to manage direct cash assistance (BLT) in the village of Bonemarambe. where the tool performance system is that each aid recipient has a responder tag that will later be used as a BLT ID card. To enable BLT receipts to be effective, efficient and of course targeted. this is proven by being able to discriminate between people who have received help and people who have not received help at a certain time.

Abstract

Iris is a biometric based on physiological characteristics which are regarded as highly reliable in biometric recognition systems. The iris pattern between one person and another is very different, identical twins have different iris patterns, so the recognition system using iris has a very good level of security. In this research proposed iris recognition system using K-Nearest Neighbors as classifier and Discrete Cosine Transforms as feature extraction algorithm. The noisy regions should be distinguished before feature extraction in a pre-processing stage called segmentation (Localization and noise-removing) and normalization.  The normalization is a transform from Cartesian to polar coordinates. The iris image data used as a training image and test image are public datasets with a total data of 420 iris images. The experiment results show the level of recognition accuracy is 70%.

Abstract

Menentukan sebuah lokasi rumah yang sesuai dan bagus itu tidaklah mudah. Kita harus mencari informasi di tempat-tempat yang ada di pringsewu selatan yang harus kita datangi setiap tempatnya dan kemudian kita bandingkan yang mana yang cocok sesuai keigianan dan banyak diminati oleh konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilih kreterian–kreteria ini digunakan untuk pemilihan lokasih perumahan yang ideal yang diminati konsumen. Sistem pendukung keputusan atau decision support sistem (DSS) merupakan sebuah sistem untuk mendukung para pengambil keputusan manejerial dalam situasi keputusan semi terstruktur dan disini penulis membuat suatu penelitian tentang model DSS untuk mengetahui kreteria-kreteria lokasi perumahan, penelitian ini menggunakan metode fuzzy multy attribute decision making (FMADM) dimana metode ini merupakan suatu cara untuk mencari alternatif yang oftimal dari sejumlah alternaif dengan kretria tertentu.

Abstract

CS (customer service) is a crucial part in an agency that deals with customers, including universities. Especially on the part of the new student admissions committee. However, the ability of CS handled by humans is very limited. In addition, the questions asked are often repeated. So we need an AI-based chatbot (Artificial intelligence) to answer questions from prospective new students. The purpose of this research is to design and build a chatbot system using NLP (natural language processing) to assist the CS of the new student admissions committee at Aisyiyah Polytechnic Pontianak in handling questions from prospective new students. This study uses the NLP method to recognize natural language input from the user. For the weighting of the answers using TF-IDF and cosine similarity. The chatbot system is implemented in the python programming language. The messaging application used is Telegram using the AIOGRAM library and BotFather as a provider of bots on Telegram. This research resulted in a chatbot application using Telegram which was built using the Python programming language and has been trained to recognize the natural language input from the user. From the test results obtained a recall rate of 88% and a precision of 66%. The chatbot application that was built can help the new student admissions committee in serving questions for prospective new students. The evaluation results show that the built chatbot is able to answer questions from users well.

Abstract

A startup is a company that has innovative ideas and is often associated with technology. However, many Startups fail, one of which is due to a lack of knowledge and lack of funds. To get funds from investors, Startups must prepare a valuation value that will later be taken into consideration by investors. Beritabali.com is one of the Startups that requires a valuation value which is then used to find investors. The method used to find the valuation value of Beritabali.com is the scorecard valuation method. The scorecard valuation method is a valuation method that measures the value of the company from non-financial aspects. The valuation value of beritabali.com obtained from this method is Rp. 2,994,333,332. Meanwhile, the Present Value of Beritabali.com, which is measured from a financial point of view, is Rp. 780,797,764,-.

Abstract

Development priority is a series of government policies implemented through a national development planning process that has a significant impact on the economy both at the central and regional levels. Control of achievement of development targets is used to determine which areas are priorities. The TOPSIS method is a multi criteria  decision making method that has simple concepts and efficient computation and has the ability to measure the relative performance of decision alternatives in mathematical form. To make it easier to find priority areas, the method of Technique for Other Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution is used. The purpose of this research is to get a decision-making model of development priority areas using criteria based on the number of places of worship, damaged roads, roads not yet built, water tunnels, street lighting and the place of residents' activities in the Tekad Village as the central village of Pulau Panggung sub-district whose territory has opened up many new settlement areas. Of the 10 alternatives tested in this study, an alternative V2 was obtained with the lowest value of 0.244569 as a lack of infrastructure in the area so that it was declared to be a priority development area in the Tekad Village.

Abstract

The advancement of technology allows for various developments, such as the creation of systems and applications that facilitate human tasks and transactions. However, the existence of applications also requires research to measure user satisfaction, one of which is the DANA application. DANA is a smart application that provides convenience in transactions. With DANA, people can easily make online and offline payments using electronic money. This research aims to determine the level of user satisfaction with the DANA application using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. This method focuses on user satisfaction by analyzing the application based on content, accuracy, format, user-friendliness, and timeliness. The research conducted is descriptive research using a questionnaire as the research instrument. The sampling technique used in this study is random sampling. This research is deemed necessary to determine the level of user satisfaction. Furthermore, the data is processed using SPSS Version 25. The results show that the level of user satisfaction for the five variables is as follows: the Content variable received a high satisfaction score with a percentage value of 78.8%, the Accuracy variable received a high satisfaction score with a percentage value of 78.7%, the Format variable received a high satisfaction score with a percentage value of 79.2%, the Ease of Use variable received a high satisfaction score with a percentage value of 79.2%, and the Timeliness variable received a high satisfaction score with a percentage value of 77.3%.

Abstract

Transformasi digital didefinisikan sebagai sebuah proses perubahan yang bertumpu pada teknologi informasi dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saing sebuah organisasi. Namun, transformasi digital tidak hanya tentang teknologi, tetapi mencakup seluruh aspek organisasi mulai dari SDM, proses bisnis/kerja, budaya dan teknologi. Bedasarkan masalah yang ada, pemecahan masahnya yaitu menganalisis faktor-faktor peting dari hasil Analisis Value Chain, Analisis CSF, Analisis SWOT, Analisis McFarlan Strategic Grid dan Ananlisis GAP yang diperlukan dalam mengembangkan suatu sistem infomasi yang selaras dengan rencana strategis organisasi. Abstract

In an era of increasingly rapid technological development, the need for information is very important for society. With advances in technology, people are able to access the information they need quickly and accurately. Technological advances are also starting to enter various business fields. Usually, technology in the business sector is used as a marketing medium with a wider reach to attract the interest of potential consumers. Applications are a form of technological and informational progress that makes it easier for the public and business actors to access or disseminate information. One of them is a wedding planner application. This application can provide information or an overview of what is needed in the wedding procession. Nawasena Organizer is a wedding planner service provider. Nawasena itself still uses social media methods to communicate with customers. Because it is still quite complicated when it comes to explaining what services are available, communication between admin and customers takes a long time because there are many things that have to be explained directly. For this reason, a wedding planner application system is designed to make it easier for customers to find out all the information about wedding services. This wedding planner application is planned to be built on the Android operating system, which is a system that is very commonly used by all levels of society.

Abstract

To exploit coal the company needs to hold discussions and it takes time to reach the location, each coordinate point traveled has a different distance, the shorter the distance, the faster the time it will take. In this problem the company does not yet have hauling distance data at each coordinate point, the solution to this problem is how to build an application for determining coal production points using the dijkstra algorithm. There are three stages used to collect data, namely, literature study, observation, and interviews. The development of the system used to build this application uses the prototype method whose stages consist of communication, rapid planning, rapid design modeling using flowcharts, prototype formation, and submission of the customer system in the form of an application that analyzes the determination of PIT location distances using algorithms dijkstra, the output of this application is a description of the track map display, the destination location and its node points with detailed routes with a distance of kilometers. At this stage, the application is tested using the blackbox test, by checking whether the buttons can function properly and the expected result from this test is a success.
