Abstract

This study examines the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on online repurchase intention, with e-satisfaction acting as a mediating variable among consumers of the Indonesian Auction Portal. The research employs a quantitative explanatory approach, with data collected from 101 respondents who have participated in at least two online auction transactions. The respondents were selected to ensure that they have sufficient experience in using the platform, thereby providing reliable insights into user behavior and perceptions. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS software to test both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The findings indicate that both e-service quality and e-trust have positive an significant effects on e-satisfaction as well as online repurchase intention. In addition, e-satisfaction is also found to have a positive and significant effect on online repurchase intention. More importantly, e-satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between e-service quality and online repurchase intention, as well as between e-trust and online repurchase intention, indicating that satisfaction plays a crucial role in translating service quality and trust into continued user engagement. These results highlight that user satisfaction is a central mechanism in strengthening customer loyalty and encouraging repeat usage behavior. Practically, the Indonesian State Assets and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) should focus on enhancing platform usability, service responsiveness, and trust-building mechanisms to improve user satisfaction and ensure sustainable participation in electronic auction services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing user satisfaction of the Financial Information System (SIMKEU) at Jember University using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The research employs a quantitative causal design with a primary data collection method through questionnaires distributed to all 93 active users of the SIMKEU accountability menu, consisting of ASN and PPNPN employees, using a census sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. Furthermore, behavioral intention to use positively and significantly influences actual system usage, and actual system usage positively and significantly affects user satisfaction. Behavioral intention and actual system usage serve as mediating variables in the relationship between user perceptions and satisfaction, thereby reinforcing the validity of TAM in the context of mandatory financial information systems in higher education institutions. This study contributes theoretically by extending the TAM literature in mandatory use contexts and practically by providing recommendations for system developers and university management to enhance system quality, interface design, and user training to improve overall user satisfaction.

Abstract

The implementation of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) has become a strategic priority for healthcare organizations seeking to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and clinical decision-making. Despite substantial investments in digital health technologies, many hospitals continue to encounter challenges in achieving effective HIS implementation due to differences in users’ perceptions of system usefulness, ease of use, and digital competencies. Understanding these factors is essential to ensure successful adoption and sustainable utilization of hospital information systems. This study aimed to examine the effects of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use on Hospital Information System implementation, with Digital Literacy serving as an intervening variable. A quantitative study with a cross-sectional design was conducted among 154 healthcare professionals who actively used the Hospital Information System at RSU Pekerja, Jakarta. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software to evaluate both direct and indirect relationships among the study variables. The results demonstrated that Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use significantly influenced Digital Literacy and Hospital Information System implementation. Digital Literacy also had a significant positive effect on system implementation and partially mediated the relationships between Perceived Usefulness and implementation, as well as between Perceived Ease of Use and implementation. The structural model explained 61.6% of the variance in Hospital Information System implementation (R² = 0.616), indicating satisfactory explanatory power. These findings highlight that enhancing users’ digital literacy strengthens technology acceptance and contributes to more effective implementation of hospital information systems. Hospitals should therefore invest in continuous digital literacy training, user-centered system development, and organizational support to optimize the adoption and long-term sustainability of digital health information systems.

Abstract

Digital transformation in healthcare services is a strategic approach to improve access, efficiency, and service quality, particularly within Indonesia’s National Health Insurance (JKN) system. BPJS Kesehatan has introduced an online queue feature through the Mobile JKN application to minimize manual queuing and reduce waiting times in outpatient services. However, despite the widespread ownership of the application, its actual utilization for online queuing remains relatively low, including in a regional public hospital (RSUD) in West Bandung. This condition reflects a gap between the availability of digital health technology and patients’ actual usage behavior, highlighting the need to examine factors influencing adoption. This study aims to analyze the effects of perceived ease of use, social influence, and facilitating conditions on the actual use of the Mobile JKN online queue, with behavioral intention as an intervening variable among outpatients. A quantitative cross-sectional design was applied, involving 255 JKN outpatient participants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS version 24, based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Data analysis included descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, normality assessment, goodness-of-fit evaluation, Three Box Method, and hypothesis testing.
