Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kinerja finansial PT. Wilmar Group Tbk dalam jangka waktu 2020–2024 menggunakan metode analisis rasio keuangan yang mencakup rasio likuiditas, profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan aktivitas. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi keadaan keuangan perusahaan dalam menghadapi perubahan kebijakan ekspor Minyak Sawit Mentah (CPO) serta perubahan pasar global. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik deskriptif komparatif pada data sekunder, yang berupa laporan keuangan tahunan PT. Wilmar Group Tbk. Dari penelitian ini meunjukan hasil bahwa PT. Wilmar Group Tbk memiliki kinerja keuangan yang solid dengan likuiditas yang tinggi (Current Ratio rata-rata lebih dari 4 kali), profitabilitas yang baik dengan Net Profit Margin melebihi standar industri (24–50%), serta Return on Assets yang lebih dari 8%. Rasio solvabilitas mengindikasikan bahwa tingkat utang relatif rendah (DAR).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of school culture on 21st-century skills of students of SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta mediated by achievement motivation. This study uses a quantitative method research design with the type of research used is explanatory, the population in this study were all students of SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta. The analysis technique used in testing this research is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The conclusions that can be drawn are: School culture positively and significantly improves the 21st-century skills of class XII students of SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta. The stronger and more positive the school culture applied, the higher the level of mastery of 21st-century skills (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication) possessed by students. Achievement motivation positively and significantly improves the 21st-century skills of class XII students of SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta. The higher the motivation of students to achieve, the students will continue to hone their skills so that mastery of 21st-century skills (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication) becomes stronger. School culture positively and significantly stimulates the motivation to achieve among 12th-grade students at SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta. The implementation of a positive school culture encourages students to increase their desire to achieve. School culture positively and significantly enhances 21st-century skills in 12th-grade students at SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta through achievement motivation. A positive school culture provides positive encouragement for students to achieve. With increased achievement motivation, students' mastery of 21st-century skills also increases. This indicates an indirect effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh rasio profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan aktivitas terhadap kinerja keuangan PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM) selama periode 2020–2024 sebagai acuan bagi investor dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif berbasis data sekunder dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan, penelitian ini menganalisis ROA, ROE, Current Ratio, dan TATO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan ANTAM stabil dengan tren peningkatan positif. Rasio profitabilitas melampaui standar industri (ROA 11% dan ROE 16% pada 2022), rasio likuiditas berada dalam kisaran ideal (1,21–2,34), dan rasio aktivitas menunjukkan efisiensi tinggi (TATO 1,55 kali pada 2024). Secara keseluruhan, profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan aktivitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan, sehingga dapat dijadikan indikator utama bagi investor dalam menilai kesehatan dan prospek pertumbuhan perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah transformasi digital pada UMKM Mie Jebew Mendalo dalam mendorong kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat di era Society 5.0. Tujuan penelitian berupa memahami peran digitalisasi dalam perkembangan usaha dan dampaknya pada kesejahteraan sosial ekonomi. Metodologi yang dipergunakan yakni kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif mencakup wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dokumentasi, studi literatur. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada penggambaran integrasi teknologi digital dalam UMKM lokal sebagai model pemberdayaan ekonomi yang adaptif di era digital, menggabungkan aspek pemasaran digital, pengembangan usaha, dan peran teknologi dalam meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan kemandirian ekonomi. Solusi yang ditawarkan berupa penerapan strategi digital marketing dan operasional modern yang mendukung transformasi UMKM yang berkelanjutan. Kontribusi ilmiah dari penelitian ini adalah pembuktian empiris bahwa digitalisasi meningkatkan omzet, memperluas pasar, dan menciptakan lapangan kerja baru, sehingga UMKM menjadi motor penggerak utama kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, digitalisasi UMKM bukan hanya peningkatan teknologi, tetapi juga strategi inklusif membangun ekonomi lokal yang tangguh dan mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the operational strategy and business sustainability of the Bintang Bakery MSME in West Aceh Regency. The analytical approaches used include SWOT, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and Cost–Benefit Analysis (CBA). Data were obtained through direct observation, interviews with the business owner, and daily operational documentation. The results indicate that Bintang Bakery's main strengths lie in product quality, customer loyalty, and consistent production processes. However, weaknesses remain, including limited production capacity and marketing that is not yet digitally integrated. The CBA indicates that the business is financially viable with an average net profit of IDR 12,500,000 per month and a Benefit–Cost Ratio (BCR) > 1. From a BSC perspective, the business has met customer and internal process indicators, but needs improvement in employee learning and asset development. This study recommends increasing production capacity, optimizing layout, using simple technology, and strengthening digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

In the era of rapid technological advancement, digital leadership has emerged as a critical factor in driving organizational transformation. This study employs a bibliometric approach to analyze 1,247 Scopus-indexed articles from 2000 to 2025, utilizing VOSviewer and RStudio to map trends, patterns, and knowledge networks in digital leadership. The analysis reveals digital leadership as the central node, interconnected with five key clusters: human aspects (transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, innovation), technology (Industry 4.0, AI, blockchain), sustainability (ESG, ethical technology), education (e-learning, digital self-efficacy), and capabilities (dynamic capabilities, ambidexterity). Thematic mapping indicates a shift from crisis-driven themes (e.g., COVID-19 pandemic, virtual leadership) to mature, technology-oriented ones, with digital transformation and data-driven decision-making as motor themes. Emerging gaps include limited longitudinal studies, public sector applications, and research in developing regions like Africa and rural Asia. Indonesia contributes 15% of global publications, highlighting its potential in SME and higher education contexts. The findings underscore that digital leadership integrates strategy, human-centric approaches, technological mastery, and sustainability for holistic change. Practically, it guides leaders in formulating adaptive strategies, emphasizing ethical governance and dynamic capabilities. This research bridges theory and practice, positioning digital leadership as essential for organizational resilience in the digital economy projected to reach US$130 billion in Indonesia by 2025.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the Indonesian economy, contributing over 60% to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and employing over 97% of the national workforce. Laundry, as a service sector for MSMEs, has experienced growth in line with changes in modern lifestyles that require practical and efficient laundry services. Laundry A & K Laundry  Syariah in Meulaboh, West Aceh, consistently adopts sharia principles in its operations, including honest weighing, price transparency, and the implementation of digital scales and digital financial records, which increase efficiency and customer trust. The study used qualitative descriptive methods and the Balanced Scorecard model to analyze business strategies from the perspectives of finance, customers, internal processes, and learning and growth. The results show that the implemented strategy is effective, with a high repeat order rate, stable cost control, and internal processes that comply with sharia standard operating procedures. Recommendations are directed at strengthening digital promotions and developing production facilities to expand market share and increase competitiveness..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource (HR) development strategies to improve operational performance at the Warkop Hendri Jaya Kuphi MSME through qualitative methods. The results show that the absence of SOPs, training, and clear task allocation results in slow service and inconsistent product quality. McKinsey 7S analysis reveals that the elements of strategy, structure, systems, staff, and skills are not aligned, thus hampering operational effectiveness. Strategies such as developing SOPs, training, digitalization, and reward systems are recommended to improve efficiency, service quality, and MSME competitiveness.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of Customer Experience (CX) strategies in improving Customer Satisfaction at Warkop Hendri Jaya Kuphi in Nagan Raya. Using a qualitative case study and Strategic Management Analysis (SWOT), data was obtained through in-depth interviews with the business owner. The results indicate that Relational Experience, the personal intimacy between staff and customers, is the most dominant CX factor that creates emotional loyalty and Customer Satisfaction. Warkop is positioned in an Aggressive Strategy (SO), leveraging this CX to capture market opportunities. It is recommended that Warkop Hendri Jaya Kuphi implement a local Blue Ocean Strategy by strengthening its unique CX and immediately preparing structured financial reports. CX has proven to be Warkop's primary competitive advantage in facing competition from MSMEs at the district level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the practice of professional skepticism applied by internal auditors in their efforts to detect fraud within corporate environments. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research involved interviews with three key informants who are senior internal auditors with significant experience in audit assignments. The findings reveal that although the informants understand professional skepticism as a critical and questioning mindset that resists easy acceptance, its implementation faces various practical challenges, such as time pressure, interpersonal relationships with auditees, and the availability of evidence. These findings highlight the gap between theory and practice, where internal auditors often need to balance the ideal skeptical attitude with operational realities. This study provides practical implications for audit management and professional standard setters to strengthen the practice of professional skepticism through training and institutional support.
