Abstract

In today’s increasingly competitive business environment, employee productivity has become a key determinant of organizational success, including in the beverage industry in Manado. This study aims to identify the human resource management (HRM) strategies implemented by PT Royal to enhance employee productivity. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and analysis of internal company documents. The findings reveal four main strategies implemented by the company: selective recruitment, continuous training, performance-based compensation, and the creation of a supportive work environment. These strategies have proven effective in improving employee motivation and loyalty, thereby maintaining the company’s overall productivity. The results highlight the importance of consistency in human resource development as a crucial factor for ensuring business sustainability and competitive advantage in the future.

Abstract

Digitalization has become a strategic imperative for family businesses as they navigate the challenges of Industry 4.0, shifting market dynamics, and post-pandemic recovery. Despite the growing relevance of digital transformation, existing research on this topic remains fragmented and lacks a comprehensive understanding of its intellectual and thematic evolution. This study aims to map the development of scientific publications on digitalization in family businesses, identify dominant research themes, and outline emerging research directions related to technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and sustainability. Using the Scopus database, a bibliometric approach was applied to analyze publication trends, geographic distribution, co-authorship networks, and keyword co-occurrence patterns over the last decade. The results reveal significant growth in publication volume, with research concentrated in advanced economies and increasingly influenced by China’s expanding collaboration network. Six major thematic clusters emerged, highlighting topics such as sustainability orientation, human capital, governance, Industry 4.0 technologies, and the catalytic effects of COVID-19 on digital adoption. These findings demonstrate that digital transformation in family firms is not merely technological, but deeply shaped by socio-emotional, governance, and cultural dimensions. Overall, this study provides a comprehensive research landscape and offers a forward-looking agenda to support more inclusive and sustainable digitalization in family businesses.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether customer satisfaction at Maranatha Store a retail outlet serving university students, lecturers, and staff is influenced by discounts and service quality. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 126 individuals who had previously shopped at the store. The analysis results indicate that discounts and service quality, when considered together, have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of continuously improving service quality to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mensintesis berbagai penelitian terkait prinsip akuntansi syariah serta relevansinya terhadap praktik bisnis kontemporer. Dari 150 artikel yang diidentifikasi, sebanyak 25 artikel dipilih melalui proses seleksi berbasis PRISMA, mencakup jurnal nasional dan internasional terindeks SINTA dan Scopus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip akuntansi syariah seperti keadilan (‘adl), kebenaran (ṣidq), amanah, dan tanggung jawab sosial masih sangat relevan dengan perkembangan praktik bisnis modern yang menekankan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan keberlanjutan. Literatur umumnya menegaskan bahwa akuntansi syariah tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sistem pencatatan keuangan, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen moral dalam menjaga integritas pelaporan bisnis. Selain itu, penerapan akuntansi syariah berkembang pada bisnis digital, perbankan syariah, UMKM halal, dan keuangan berkelanjutan. Sinergi antara nilai-nilai syariah dan praktik kontemporer terbukti meningkatkan kepercayaan publik, memperkuat tata kelola perusahaan, serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi beretika. Dengan demikian, akuntansi syariah terbukti adaptif dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi kontemporer tanpa kehilangan esensi spiritualnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Firm Size (FIRMSIZE), Return On Asset (ROA), and Stock Price (SAHAM) on Price Book Value (PBV) in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020–2024. The method used is panel regression with a random effects approach. The results show that, partially, Company Size has a significant negative effect on PBV, ROA has no significant effect, and Stock Price has a significant positive effect on PBV. Simultaneously, all three variables have a significant effect on PBV with a calculated F-value > F-table and a probability < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R-squared) of 0.373670 indicates that 37.3670% of PBV variation can be explained by FIRMSIZE, ROA, and STOCK, while the remaining 62.6330% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for investors and company management in understanding the factors that influence company valuation in the capital market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis proses pengambilan keputusan strategi harga GoFood dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian pasar yang ditandai oleh fluktuasi permintaan, persaingan ketat dengan GrabFood dan ShopeeFood, serta dinamika biaya operasional dalam ekosistem layanan food delivery. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif berbasis data sekunder dari laporan industri, publikasi perusahaan, dan literatur akademik tentang teori keputusan, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa GoFood menerapkan harga dinamis dan promosi sebagai instrumen untuk mengurangi risiko pasar. Strategi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh konsep bounded rationality, expected utility, dan competitive uncertainty, di mana keputusan tidak hanya bertumpu pada analisis kuantitatif, tetapi juga pertimbangan manajerial dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem yang melibatkan konsumen, merchant, dan mitra pengemudi. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa GoFood berhasil merespons volatilitas pasar melalui strategi harga adaptif yang berbasis data dan fleksibel terhadap perubahan situasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze risk management in the Caca Cell micro-enterprise by using the ISO 31000 framework combined with the SWOT and Risk Matrix analysis. Caca Cell is a micro-enterprise focused on providing credit and internet services so that in the implementation of activities there are operational and non-operational risks this study uses qualitative descriptive methods through observation and interviews to identify and evaluate risks that can affect sustainability an effort. Research results show that there are 11 risk events, consisting of 3 high-category risks, 6 medium-category risks, and 2 low-category risks. High-category risks are primarily derived from marketing, operational and financial aspects. Risk Treatment At the last stage, risk treatment is performed for each risk-bearing event in Caca Cell which is already grouped by their respective risk levels. Implementation of the ISO 31000 framework can assist Caca Cell in identifying, assessing, and managing risks more systematically and sustainably. This effort is expected to increase the effectiveness of risk control and support the sustainability of business operations in the midst of competition in pulse counter businesses

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of influencers, content marketing, and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions for Bioaqua skincare products on TikTok. The background of this research is the increasing use of the internet and the growth of TikTok as a marketing platform, which has transformed consumer behavior in seeking information and making decisions. As a result, digital promotional strategies have become increasingly important for skincare brands. This research employs a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 120 respondents. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS. The results indicate that the influencer and content marketing variables have a significant influence, whereas online customer reviews do not show a significant effect on purchasing decisions. These findings suggest that consumers are more strongly influenced by influencers and content marketing than by online customer reviews

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the cost of production determination method on profit achievement at Ro’iy Brick Printing Enterprise in Kendari City. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach with a case study method, where data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the company has previously used a simple method in calculating the cost of production, by only adding up raw material costs, direct labor, and some operational expenses, without fully accounting for all factory overhead costs such as equipment depreciation and other indirect expenses. This incomplete cost recording leads to inaccurate calculation of the cost of production, resulting in reported profits that do not reflect the actual financial condition. By applying the full costing method, all production cost components are comprehensively recorded, resulting in more objective and reliable calculations of both cost of production and profit. The findings highlight the importance of using the full costing method as a foundation for profit planning and competitive pricing, especially for MSMEs in the concrete block production sector. This research is expected to provide practical contributions to business actors in cost management and profit improvement

Abstract

In order to capture the complex dynamics of platform ecosystems, digital transformation necessitates advanced performance measurements; nevertheless, Indonesia still relies on antiquated traditional measures that are unable to handle these complexity. In the fields of IT Governance, IT-Business Alignment, and IT Performance Measurement. Significant fragmentation is revealed by the analysis: new European clusters led by Loukis, Charalabidis, and Bernroider, which focus on e-government and SME applications, remain detached from a traditional Western cluster centered on Van Grembergen's work on COBIT and Balanced Scorecard. Chien-Chih Yu and other bridging figures provide a fragile connection between these groups. Additionally, citation trends show a move toward Asian-focused publications and open-access journals like Heliyon, which reflects increased regional relevance. In order to enable adaptive performance assessment, the research makes three contributions: (1) comprehensive mapping of bibliometric trends that provide insights into research dynamics; (2) an innovative evaluation framework that integrates quantitative and qualitative indicators, relevant to practitioners in developing countries such as Indonesia; and (3) policy recommendations to strengthen digital literacy in performance measurement. This paradigm promotes sustainable digital initiatives in developing economies, bridging theoretical underpinnings with practical implementations.
