Abstract

The problem that arises in this classroom action research is the low ability of students in learning addition. The purpose of this study was to develop learning steps using power point media to improve student learning outcomes. This classroom action research was the subject of second grade students of SDN Pedeslohor 02 semester I of the 2020/2021 school year. With 12 students, this classroom action research was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The method of collecting research data is through tests and observations. The data analysis used quantitative descriptions. The results showed that through the power point media it could improve students' ability in addition. The average value of student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle was 60.9 and in the first cycle it reached 73.5 while the second cycle became 81. It can be concluded that through power point media it can improve students' learning ability.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara anak kelompok A1 di TK Khalifah Desa Pulau Mentaro Melalui media boneka tangan. Untuk mengetahui kendala apa saja yang muncul dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara anak menggunakan media boneka tangan. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil yang didapat setelah menggunakan media boneka tangan di TK Khalifah Desa Pulau Mentaro. Prosedur penelitian ini dimulai dengan observasi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan perencanaan desain 2 siklus, Siklus I dan Siklus II. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di TK Khalifah Desa Pulau Mentaro. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru sebagai pendidik siswa di TK Khalifah Desa Pulau Mentaro. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini telah dicantumkan dalam RPPH. Guru belum sepenuhnya menerapkan teori pembelajaran menggunakan media boneka tangan. Keterbatasan yang didapat pada saat penelitian ini diantaranya guru yang masih jarang menerapkan model pembelajaran menggunakan media boneka tangan. Selain itu juga warna dan bentuk boneka tangan yang diminati oleh siswa tidak sesuai dengan keinginannya. Namun upaya guru dalam menerapkan media pembelajaran menggunakan boneka tangan harus tetap dilaksanakan karena memanfaatkan alat permainan edukatif seperti boneka tangan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan anak untuk berbicara.

Abstract

The Community Service Lecture (KPM) aims to carry out the tridharma function of higher education for every IAI Bunga Bangsa Cirebon Lecturer. One of the tridharma is carrying out community service by "Community Empowerment through making pastel cakes, sumpia, Bintang, ladu, gapit, kecimpring, fish crackers, ketapang seeds, salted dumplings, sweet dumplings, sweet potato chips, kunti tofu, pepes tofu, as a business "Home Scale in Improving Welfare in CipejeuhKulon Village, Lemah Abang District, Cirebon Regency". The problems with this service are (1) This business has not been managed professionally so that the pastel cakes have not varied in terms of taste to make them more attractive (2) There has been no guidance from the relevant agencies, such as entrepreneurship training regarding processing pastel cakes as a home business, (3) The community constrained by capital and marketing access. The approach method in the program includes: (1) Demonstration, namely through presentations and demonstrations of making pastel cakes (2) Training to the community about entrepreneurship, (3) All program activities are accompanied by the implementing team. The results achieved in the KPM program are (1) Snack food products in packaged form and flavor variants (2) Scientific articles. To make it easier for the target community to understand, direct practice is carried out at each stage of making snacks. From the results of this demonstration, the target community can implement pastel cake processing as a home-scale business so that it can improve the economy of the community in Cipeujeuh Kulon Village, Lemah Abang, Cirebon Regency.

Abstract

Technological advancements have significantly impacted their users, including negative effects such as cyberbullying. According to a survey by the Association of Internet Service Providers in Indonesia (APJII), internet users are predominantly from the early adulthood age group, with West Java ranking second in highest internet penetration among the Indonesian islands. This study aims to determine whether self-control and emotion regulation influence cyberbullying behavior among emerging adults in West Java. The research employs a quantitative method with a causal design. The study includes 385 respondents selected through convenience sampling. Researchers utilized three standardized scales: the Brief Self-Control Scale (BSCS), Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ), and Cyberbullying Perpetration (CBP). Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression analysis (T-test and F-test) with SPSS version 25.0 for Windows. The research findings show a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating that self-control and emotion regulation have a significant influence on cyberbullying behavior. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted while the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, meaning that self-control and emotion regulation indeed influence cyberbullying behavior among emerging adults in West Java, contributing 18.5% to the variance. Individuals in emerging adulthood are encouraged to strengthen their self-control and emotion regulation to reduce cyberbullying behavior, thereby creating a healthier and safer online environment.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) merupakan fase krusial untuk perkembangan anak yang memengaruhi pembentukan karakter, keterampilan, dan pengetahuan dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi manajemen pembelajaran di RA Riyadul Ulum, dengan fokus pada efektivitas metode yang mendukung perkembangan anak. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah dan guru yang terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran. Data dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi praktik manajemen pembelajaran dan dampaknya terhadap perkembangan anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manajemen pembelajaran di RA Riyadul Ulum berfokus pada pendekatan yang berpusat pada anak, memberikan kesempatan untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam proses belajar. Interaksi sosial yang difasilitasi guru tidak hanya meningkatkan aspek kognitif, tetapi juga mendukung perkembangan sosial dan emosional anak. Evaluasi berkala memberikan gambaran jelas mengenai kemajuan anak dan efektivitas metode pembelajaran. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran efektif di RA Riyadul Ulum berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kualitas pengalaman belajar anak. Penting bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk terus mengembangkan praktik manajemen pembelajaran yang responsif dan inovatif, serta memberikan pelatihan memadai bagi pendidik guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Background: Hand hygiene is an important step in preventing infection, but the children's knowledge to practice it still low, especially in areas with limited access to health education. The preliminary studies at SDN Tondo showed that most students did not understand or consistently perform proper hand washing. This study aims to analyze the impact of health education in improving students' knowledge regarding hand hygiene as an effort to encourage clean living behavior and disease prevention. Methods: This type of research is quantitative with pre-experimental using a one group pre-test post-test design. The total of population in this study were 113 students in fourth and fifth grade, and sample taken by using purposive sampling technique. Research Results: Univariate analysis showed that before being given health education found that the level of knowledge of 17 respondents (52.8) was poor and 14 respondents (45.2) was moderate knowledge level and the level of knowledge after being given health education about 30 respondents (96.8%) was good knowledge level and 1 respondent (3.2%) was moderate knowledge level. Wilcoxon test on bivariate analysis shows that there is an impact of health education toward the level of knowledge of hand hygiene (p-value = 0.00, alpha = 0.05). Conclusion: There is an impact of health education toward the level of hand hygiene knowledge in SDN Tondo. Suggestion: This study encourages the integration of hand hygiene education in the curriculum, improvement of hygiene facilities at SDN Tondo, and teacher training. For further researchers can explore alternative educational methods and the long-term impact on student behavior. Key words: Hand Hygiene, Schoolgirls, Knowledge Level

Abstract

The cultivation of religious character from an early age plays a crucial role in faith-based education. The Magrib Mengaji program serves as a strategic initiative to instill Islamic values while strengthening children’s Qur’anic literacy. This study seeks to describe the implementation of the Magrib Mengaji program in Tambangan Jae Village and examine its contribution to the development of children’s religious character. Using a qualitative approach, data were gathered through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results reveal that the program is conducted regularly with strong support from parents, Qur’an teachers, and community leaders. Children demonstrated notable progress in Qur’an reading, memorization of prayers, and daily worship practices, along with the development of discipline, responsibility, and cooperation. Despite challenges such as limited teaching staff and the influence of digital devices, the Magrib Mengaji program has proven effective in nurturing the religious character of young generations. Sustained efforts through better facilities, teacher training, and parental involvement are essential to ensure the continuity and impact of this program in shaping a devout and well-mannered generation.

Penting bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk terus mengembangkan praktik manajemen pembelajaran yang responsif dan inovatif, serta memberikan pelatihan memadai bagi pendidik guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource (HR) development strategies to improve operational performance at the Warkop Hendri Jaya Kuphi MSME through qualitative methods. The results show that the absence of SOPs, training, and clear task allocation results in slow service and inconsistent product quality. McKinsey 7S analysis reveals that the elements of strategy, structure, systems, staff, and skills are not aligned, thus hampering operational effectiveness. Strategies such as developing SOPs, training, digitalization, and reward systems are recommended to improve efficiency, service quality, and MSME competitiveness.
