Abstract

This research investigates the influence of exchange rate, price volatility, industrial production index (IPI), and European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) on agricultural exports from Indonesia to the European Union. Based on the secondary data from 2015 to 2024 and using panel regression, the results indicate that the exchange rate has no positive effect on agricultural exports while price volatility is significantly negative. Furthermore,py the higher the IPI in destination countries, the lower demand for Indonesian agricultural commodities. On the other hand, the application of EUDR contributes to exports through promoting supply chain transparency and sustainable practices when governments compete. These results suggest that complying with global environmental standards is a good strategy to maintain access to market and improve the country image of Indonesian agricultural products.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology and the increasing use of social media have significantly transformed how consumers search for information and make purchasing decisions, particularly among Generation Z. TikTok has emerged as a highly influential platform due to its short, creative, and authentic product review content that can shape consumer perceptions and drive purchase intentions. This study aims to analyze the influence of TikTok reviews, trust in reviewers, and the visual appeal of content on the purchasing decisions of Generation Z in Indonesia. Using an associative quantitative approach, data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 100–150 eligible respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results indicate that all three independent variables have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions. These findings highlight the strategic role of user-generated content in shaping young consumers’ behavior in the digital era. This study is expected to contribute to the digital marketing literature and provide practical insights for businesses in optimizing their promotional strategies through social media.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan pilar penting dalam mendukung perekonomian Indonesia, terutama di tengah keterbatasan lapangan kerja formal. Namun, banyak pelaku UMKM masih menghadapi hambatan seperti lemahnya identitas merek, keterbatasan promosi digital, serta ketiadaan kontrak kerja sama yang jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan tersebut serta memberikan solusi strategis melalui edukasi dan pendampingan. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dan wawancara dengan pendekatan eksplanatori untuk memahami hubungan sebab-akibat dari permasalahan yang dihadapi tiga UMKM, yaitu Bila’s Factory, Dapur Zamzam, dan Produsen Thinner Pelangi. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap materi seputar KPPU, persaingan usaha yang sehat, dan pentingnya brand identity. Selain itu, intervensi berupa pembuatan logo, media cetak, media sosial, lama web, dan e-commerce juga dilakukan sebagai langkah konkret dalam memperkuat citra dan eksistensi usaha. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan edukatif yang disertai digitalisasi dapat memberikan dampak nyata terhadap kesiapan UMKM dalam mengembangkan usaha secara profesional dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Problem in this research,  student learning achievement is not optimal because many average scores are still below the minimum standard (KKM). This indicator is an important indicator for knowing the determinant factors that influence it. The objectives of this research are: (1) to analyze the influence of teacher appreciation on learning achievement. (2) to analyze the influence of learning motivation on learning achievement. (3) to analyze the influence of classroom management on learning achievement. (4) to analyze the influence of learning interest on learning achievement. The research object was Budi Utomo Jatipuro Wonogiri Middle School, with a sample size of 95 students drawn proportionally. Data for all variables were collected using a questionnaire with five alternative answers. The instrument used met the established standards for validity and reliability, and the research data also met the classical assumption test. Multiple linear regression was the data analysis technique used. The research results show that: (1) teacher appreciation significantly influences learning achievement. (2) learning motivation significantly influences learning achievement. (3) classroom management significantly influences learning achievement. (4) learning interest significantly influences learning achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price, taste, and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Ayam Geprek Arya, a popular culinary choice among students of UIN Jurai Siwo Lampung. A quantitative approach with an associative research design was employed. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling, specifically students who had purchased Ayam Geprek Arya. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that price, taste, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Taste emerged as the most dominant factor influencing consumer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.746 indicates that the three variables collectively explain 74.6% of the variations in consumer satisfaction. These findings confirm that a combination of appropriate pricing, consistent taste quality, and good service plays a crucial role in creating consumer satisfaction in the culinary business of Ayam Geprek Arya.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of global research on financial literacy and financial planning published between 2000 and 2024. Using 452 Scopus-indexed documents, the study examines publication trends, journal distribution, and the conceptual structure of the field through keyword co-occurrence analysis using VOSviewer. The findings show a significant growth in research output, particularly after 2017, illustrating the increasing academic relevance of financial capability, financial behavior, and long-term financial well-being. The journal analysis identifies several influential sources, with the Journal of Financial Counseling and Planning emerging as the most productive outlet. Keyword mapping reveals six major thematic clusters that highlight core topics such as financial literacy, financial education, financial behavior, demographic and gender differences, decision-making, investment behavior, retirement planning, insurance, and behavioral biases. These clusters demonstrate the interdisciplinary development of the field, integrating psychological, demographic, and socio-economic dimensions. Overall, this study provides an updated conceptual landscape of financial literacy and financial planning research and offers valuable insights for researchers, educators, and policymakers. The results also underline the need for more holistic and context-specific financial education and policy initiatives, particularly in developing economies where financial literacy levels remain comparatively low.

Abstract

This study explores the dynamic and multifaceted interactions between market value, growth opportunities, and capital structure in shaping corporate dividend payout policies through a systematic literature review (SLR) and comprehensive bibliometric analysis. By analyzing a corpus of data consisting of 50 Sinta-accredited journal articles and international ISSN journals published in the last decade, this study maps research trends, central themes, and conceptual evolution in the domain of global corporate finance. Using VOSviewer software for intellectual network visualization, this study identifies key thematic clusters covering agency theory, market signals, funding hierarchy (pecking order), and corporate life cycle. Key findings show that interactions between variables are not linear, but rather form a complex equilibrium: high growth opportunities tend to suppress dividend payout ratios in favor of profit retention, but market value pressures often force management to maintain dividends as a mechanism for signaling stability. On the other hand, capital structure functions as a double-edged sword, where debt can be a substitute for dividend discipline or a strict liquidity constraint. This study also reveals a “dividend policy paradox” in emerging markets, where companies often make payout decisions that deviate from financial fundamentals in order to mitigate severe information asymmetry. This study makes an original contribution by synthesizing fragmented literature into an integrative framework, offering practical implications for financial managers in navigating strategic trade-offs, and providing policy recommendations for capital market regulators.

Abstract

Social entrepreneurship has become an effective strategy to promote economic independence in rural communities. This study aims to analyze the social entrepreneurship strategies implemented by UD Yen Collection in Catakgayam Village, Jombang Regency, and their impact on local economic empowerment. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, using primary data from in-depth interviews with the owner of UD Yen Collection and its employees, as well as secondary data from company documents, activity reports, and relevant literature. Data were analyzed thematically through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that UD Yen Collection successfully empowers the community by involving local residents in various production divisions, enhancing technical skills and product innovation, and creating new job opportunities. Sustainability strategies also strengthen the local creative ecosystem, increase community income, and establish Catakgayam Village as a center for metal and wood-based home decor and handicrafts. In conclusion, UD Yen Collection’s social entrepreneurship practices create a synergy between economic and social values, serving as a relevant and sustainable model for community empowerment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mempelajari pengaruh perkembangan ekonomi terhadap volume sampah di Kota Salatiga dengan menggunakan tiga indikator perkembangan ekonomi, yaitu pertumbuhan ekonomi tahunan, PDRB riil dan PDRB rill per kapita. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan pengaruh positif PDRB riil dan PDRB riil per kapita tidak signifikan, tetapi pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap volume sampah. Karena aktivitas ekonomi selalu diharapkan mengalami pertumbuhan dan jumlah penduduk yang merupakan produsen sampah juga selalu bertumbuh, maka satu-satunya cara untuk meredam volume sampah adalah melalui penerapan teknologi ramah lingkungan. Hal itu harus dilakukan bukan hanya melalui gerakan untuk mengurangi atau mendaur ulang sampah plastik, tetapi juga melalui pengelolaan sampah. Pemerintah salatiga harus berani merancang kebijakan untuk mengubah perilaku masyarakat melalui kebijakan yang bersifat insentif maupun disinsentif.

Abstract

This study analyzes risk management in voucher and mobile phone credit counter businesses in Adiwerna District, Tegal Regency, focusing on risk identification, evaluation, and management strategies. The research method employed a descriptive approach, using primary data obtained through a Google Form questionnaire from 30 respondents, consisting of counter owners, employees, and distributors. The data collected included risk assessments based on frequency, probability, and impact. The results indicate that the most frequent risks are price competition and digital services (73.3%), technical risks such as power and internet outages (66.7%), supply disruptions from providers (60%), internal fraud (50%), and seasonal demand fluctuations (46.7%). Using a probability-impact matrix, technical risks are ranked "very high," followed by supply disruptions and internal fraud at "high-medium." Recommended mitigation strategies include diversifying supply sources, implementing a point-of-sale (POS) system, daily reconciliation, enhancing physical security, and utilizing digital technology. These findings are expected to help businesses improve operational resilience and provide practical recommendations for the development of micro-enterprises in the mobile phone credit and voucher service sector.
