Abstract

The agricultural sector faces various risks that can threaten business continuity and sustainability. This study aims to analyze risk management in agricultural MSMEs "Berkah Tani". This analysis was carried out using ISO 31000 standards, SWOT analysis and risk matrix. The results of the research are then used to formulate mitigation strategies to increase the resilience and sustainability of "Berkah Tani" agricultural MSMEs. A qualitative approach is used in this study because this study aims to understand in depth how agricultural MSME actors identify, assess and manage the risks faced in their business activities. The results of the study show that there are 6 risk categories in the Berkah Tani business, namely production, financial, marketing, market, human resources and legal risks. With a total of 19 events that occurred, of which 3 risks were at an extreme level, 8 were risks with a high level, 5 were risks with a medium level and 3 risks were with a low level.  This study confirms that risks in agricultural business are indeed high and can be threatening, but through planned and standardized risk management, Berkah Tani can improve its adaptability and maintain the sustainability of its business in the long term. .

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengalaman Pembelian Produk Pada Promosi Influencer Tiktok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode eksplorasi untuk memahami pengalaman pembelian produk pada promosi influencer TikTok secara mendalam dari perspektif konsumen. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengalaman dan perilaku konsumen Generasi Z yang melakukan pembelian produk melalui promosi influencer di platform mediasosial TikTok . Fokus penelitian meliputi bagaimana konsumen merespons promosi, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, serta persepsi terhadap kredibilitas dan keaslian influencer diTikTok. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Pengalaman pembelian produk melalui promosi influencer di TikTok bersifat emosional, interaktif, dan cenderung impulsif. Keputusan pembelian konsumen dipengaruhi oleh kredibilitas influencer, keaslian konten, ulasan pengguna lain, promo yang ditawarkan, serta kemudahan transaksi. Dan Persepsi positif terhadap kredibilitas dan kejujuran influencer mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen, sedangkan pengalaman negatif dapat menurunkan loyalitas terhadap produk atau merek.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of work environment and career development on employee job satisfaction at PT X. The study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 65 employees with staff positions. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear analysis processed using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while career development has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Untuk Mengetahui Tingkat Pengangguran berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, 2) Untuk Mengetahui Tingkat Kemiskinan berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomu di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, 3) Untuk Mengetahui Tingkat Pengangguran dan Kemiskinan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomu di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Menggunakan jenis data sekunder berupa data panel (Pooled data). Analisis data dengan regresi panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Tingkat Pengangguran berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. kemiskinan berpengaruh Negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Secara simultan tingkat pengangguran, dan kemiskinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor strategis yang berperan dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah melalui kontribusinya terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perjalanan wisatawan, hunian kamar hotel, dan infrastruktur jalan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat pada periode 2022–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi data panel yang diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak STATA. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan instansi terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial hanya infrastruktur jalan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah, sedangkan perjalanan wisatawan dan hunian kamar hotel tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Namun, secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan PAD lebih dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan dan kualitas infrastruktur yang mendukung aksesibilitas dan aktivitas ekonomi pariwisata dibandingkan dengan peningkatan jumlah kunjungan atau tingkat hunian semata. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pertimbangan bagi pemerintah daerah dalam merumuskan kebijakan pengembangan pariwisata yang terintegrasi dengan pembangunan infrastruktur guna meningkatkan kemandirian fiskal daerah.

Abstract

This study aims to demonstrate the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) disclosure on company value with financial performance as a moderating variable. The research method used is a quantitative approach with the unit of analysis being companies in the banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2021-2024. The sample selection method used purposive sampling, resulting in 25 sample companies with a total of 100 data observations. The analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistical analysis and panel data regression analysis with the Eviews 13 application. The tests conducted included panel data regression model testing, classical assumption testing, partial testing, simultaneous testing, coefficient of determination testing, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) testing. The results of this study indicate that CSR disclosure has a positive effect on company value, GCG disclosure has no effect on company value, financial performance has no effect on company value, financial performance is unable to moderate the effect of CSR disclosure on company value, and financial performance is unable to moderate the effect of GCG disclosure on company value. Future research should expand the sample size, extend the observation period, and add other variables such as government policy, macroeconomic conditions, and specific industry characteristics. In addition, future research could use more comprehensive GCG indicators and other financial performance proxies that are more sensitive to company value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze risk management at the Elmillahijab MSME in Bandung using a risk matrix approach. The method used was descriptive qualitative through direct observation and interviews with the business owner. The results showed that 31 risks were identified and categorized into six main types: market, financial, marketing, operational, human resources, and legal risks. Based on likelihood and impact analysis, 1 risk was identified as very high, 8 as high, 9 as medium, 12 as low, and 1 as very low. The most dominant risks stem from competitors conducting large-scale promotions, increasing raw material prices, and errors in pricing. Recommended risk management measures include regular market research, improving product quality, strengthening digital branding, and diversifying raw material suppliers. This study emphasizes the importance of implementing risk management at the MSME level to increase business resilience, maintain business sustainability, and strengthen competitive position in the ever-growing hijab fashion market.

Abstract

The development of embroidery services in the garment industry in Bandung is significant, garnering government attention as a driver of the country's economy. However, this sector has not yet become an independent sector and a pillar of the national economy. This study aims to determine the risks inherent in the embroidery services sector, as its operational activities pose various potential risks, both operationally, financially, and through human resources. The embroidery business is part of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. interviews, and documentation of service business owners and employees. Promotion is carried out through approaches between businesses, or clothing businesses that collaborate with embroidery services. This is because, in the embroidery service environment, there are several businesses producing clothing, jackets, and Levi's pants. The results of the study indicate that the main risks faced include the risk of machine damage, delays in orders, fluctuations in material prices, and dependence on skilled labor. Strategies implemented to control these risks include conducting routine machine maintenance and establishing intensive communication with customers

Abstract

This study aims to analyze risk management within the local Korean-style fashion MSME MadebyHara using the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) approach. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, utilizing direct observation and in-depth interviews with the business owner to identify, assess, and categorize business risks. The findings reveal 14 key risks classified into market, marketing, financial, operational, human resource, and legal–reputation risks. Based on the risk matrix analysis, two risks fall into the high-risk category: intense competition with local Korean-style fashion brands and human error during packing and product delivery. Six risks are categorized as medium-level risks, including rapid changes in fashion trends, decreasing consumer purchasing power, declining social media engagement, unstable material supply, production delays, and customer complaints. Meanwhile, six other risks are identified as low-level risks. The results indicate that marketing and operational aspects represent the most significant sources of risk for MadebyHara. This study recommends several mitigation strategies, such as strengthening branding, enhancing product design innovation, implementing strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control, diversifying suppliers, and improving workforce competence. Consistent application of ERM is expected to improve business resilience and support the sustainability of MadebyHara in the competitive fashion industry..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze risk management at Umroh Travel Rawda Cahya Multazam, an umrah travel agency in Bandung, using a risk matrix approach. A descriptive qualitative method was applied through interviews to identify various risk categories, including market, financial, marketing, operational, human resources, and legal risks. Risk assessment was conducted using likelihood and impact criteria, resulting in the classification of risks into low, medium, and high levels. The findings reveal 22 identified risks, consisting of 8 high-level risks, 13 medium-level risks, and 1 low-level risk. The most critical risks include fluctuations in ticket and hotel prices, delayed customer payments, intense competition, currency exchange volatility, logistical issues, regulatory changes, and visa processing delays. Based on the evaluation, several mitigation strategies are recommended, such as long-term pricing contracts, strengthened standard operating procedures, digital marketing optimization, staff training, diversified package offerings, and establishing an emergency fund. The study concludes that systematic risk management enhances operational stability, increases customer trust, and strengthens the company’s competitiveness amid uncertainties in the umrah travel industry.
