Abstract

This study examines Benang Baju, a local fashion MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) based in Bandung City, which focuses on producing minimalist-style casual clothing. The purpose of this research is to identify, analyze, and evaluate various potential risks that may hinder the achievement of business objectives, as well as to determine appropriate risk treatment strategies based on the evaluation results. This study applies a Descriptive Qualitative method combined with the ISO 31000 risk management framework, covering stages of risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and treatment. A 5×5 Risk Management Matrix is also utilized to assess the likelihood and impact levels of each identified risk event. The findings reveal 6 main risk categories with a total of 20 risk events, consisting of 12 events classified as medium risk level, 1 event as low risk level, and 7 events as high risk level requiring special attention. The high-risk events include R01 (rapid changes in fashion trends), R02 (intense competition among local brands), R03 (decline in consumer purchasing power), R09 (fluctuations in fabric prices), R11 (delays in raw material supply from vendors), R15 (production overload during high demand periods), and R16 (shortage of skilled labor). The implementation of the ISO 31000 framework has proven effective in helping Benang Baju systematically manage risks, enhance business resilience, and strengthen competitiveness within the dynamic local fashion industry.

Abstract

This study uses Palugada Printing as the object of study, which is a small-medium-scale MSME engaged in printing and product branding services. The purpose of this study is to assess various risks that hinder the achievement of Palugada Printing's business objectives and determine the best treatment for possible risks. This study uses a Qualitative Descriptive method and applies the ISO 31000 Framework analysis to carry out the process of risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk treatment, with the help of the Risk Management Matrix in assessing risk levels. The results of this study indicate that there are 6 main types of risks with a total of 13 risk events, including 4 events with Low Risk Level, 5 events with Medium Risk Level, and 4 events with High Risk Level that require special attention, limited business capital, lack of labor, not yet registered trademarks and designs to the HAKI system, and unstable cash flow. These findings emphasize the importance of implementing systematic risk management for MSMEs in the printing sector in order to improve operational stability, financial efficiency, and competitiveness amidst increasingly fierce digital competition.

Abstract

Sustainable development has become a key agenda in global and national development policies, particularly since the adoption of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In the Indonesian context, green fiscal policy is viewed as a strategic instrument to promote the achievement of the SDGs through budget allocations oriented toward environmentalsustainability. This study aims to analyze the effect of green government spending in the renewable energy sector on the achievement of the SDGs in Indonesia during the 2020–2025 period. The study uses a quantitative approach with anexplanatory research approach. The data used are secondary data sourced from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic ofIndonesia, the SDGs Index (UNDP), and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analytical method used is panel data regression with a Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach to control for differences in characteristics between provinces. The descriptive analysis results show that Indonesia's green budget allocation has consistently increased during the studyperiod, accompanied by a shift in sectoral priorities from a dominant transportation sector to strengthening the energy and buildings sectors. These findings indicate a strengthening government commitment to promoting a green economy transitionand achieving sustainable development goals, particularly in the areas of clean energy and climate action. However, the effectiveness of green government spending in improving SDG achievement is still heavily influenced by the quality of policy implementation, institutional capacity, and macroeconomic conditions. This research is expected to provide an empirical contribution to the development of green fiscal policy literature and serve as a consideration in formulating sustainable development policies in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kualitas kepemimpinan memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan organisasi di tengah dinamika perubahan sosial, teknologi, dan kelembagaan. Dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan dan organisasi, pemimpin dituntut tidak hanya memiliki kemampuan teknis, tetapi juga integritas, kemampuan adaptasi, serta kemampuan menginspirasi dan memberdayakan anggota organisasi. Kepemimpinan tidak semata-mata merupakan bakat bawaan, melainkan kompetensi yang dapat dikembangkan secara sistematis melalui pendidikan kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran pendidikan kepemimpinan dalam membentuk kualitas pemimpin berdasarkan kajian teori dan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai artikel jurnal ilmiah dan buku akademik yang relevan dengan topik kepemimpinan dan pendidikan kepemimpinan. Sumber data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari publikasi ilmiah terpercaya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui proses penelaahan dan sintesis terhadap konsep, temuan, dan implikasi yang terdapat dalam literatur yang dikaji. Hasil studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kepemimpinan berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pemimpin, khususnya dalam pengembangan kemampuan komunikasi, pengambilan keputusan, integritas etika, serta visi strategis. Pendidikan kepemimpinan juga memperkuat kemampuan pemimpin dalam menjalankan fungsi-fungsi kepemimpinan, seperti instruksi, konsultasi, partisipasi, dan pengendalian. Dengan demikian, pendidikan kepemimpinan menjadi sarana strategis dalam membentuk pemimpin yang kompeten, berintegritas, dan adaptif terhadap perubahan organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Persepsi Strategi Penetapan Harga, Produk dan Komunikasi Pemasaran Terintegrasi Terhadap Pasar dalam Posisi Kompetitif Toko Nikita Fashion. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode analisisnya regresi linear berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Toko Nikita Fashion Jatibarang Brebes yang pernah melakukan pembelian minimal satu kali dalam enam bulan terakhir. dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Strategi penetapan harga yang tepat, strategi produk yang mampu menyesuaikan kualitas, desain, serta variasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tren konsumen, serta komunikasi pemasaran terintegrasi yang dilakukan secara konsisten melalui berbagai saluran promosi terbukti mampu memperkuat posisi kompetitif toko di pasar lokal. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi ketiga strategi pemasaran tersebut secara bersama-sama berperan penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing Toko Nikita Fashion, dengan strategi produk sebagai variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan. Meskipun demikian, nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa posisi kompetitif toko tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, tetapi juga oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini, sehingga diperlukan pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang lebih komprehensif agar Toko Nikita Fashion dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

The cafe industry is experiencing rapid growth as a gathering place for the younger generation, which requires the implementation of efficient marketing strategies to achieve competitiveness. Therefore, Café Peraduan needs to identify how consumers view product strategy, pricing, and marketing communications to strengthen its position in the market. This study adopted a quantitative approach using a questionnaire survey method involving 102 Café Peraduan consumers who had made at least three purchases (purposive sampling method), which were then analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS version 25. This analysis includes normality tests, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, t-test, F-test, and calculating the coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that product strategy (sig. 0.002), pricing (sig. 0.000), and marketing communications (sig. 0.020) have a partial significant influence on competitive position. In addition, simultaneously also shows significant results (F sig. 0.000) with an adjusted R square of 29.4% and a regression model of (β = 0,229; Sig = 0,002), (β = 0,338; Sig = 0,000), dan (β = 0,205; Sig = 0,020). From these findings, it can be concluded that the three strategies significantly contribute to improving the competitive position of Café Peraduan, with future suggestions to explore additional variables to understand the remaining 70.6% of variation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh fenomena Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) melalui tren TikTok produk Skintint Wardah pada Gen Z di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada strategi konten urgensi dan eksklusivitas via @wardahofficial. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data primer dari observasi #SkintintWardah (1.966 video per 23 Desember 2025), wawancara 15 responden, dan analisis UGC diolah melalui reduksi tema, penyajian tabel, serta triangulasi verifikasi sesuai Sugiyono (2018) dan Creswell (2018). Hasil menunjukkan FOMO dipicu before-after visual (60%), flash sale live (75%), dan social proof KOL (70%), mendorong 70% responden ke impulsive buying Skintint unggul atas kompetitor dengan peningkatan purchase intention 45% via algoritma FYP, selaras definisi Przybylski et al. (2013). Implikasi: Wardah optimalkan kolaborasi influencer halal, challenge viral, dan narasi "FOMO alert" untuk dominasi pasar kecantikan lokal TikTok Shop.

Abstract

Tenaga kerja merupakan faktor penting dalam perekonomian suatu daerah. Selain itu, semakin banyaknnya tenaga kerja menandakan semakin sedikitnya pengangguran di suatu daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, Upah Minimum, Pertumbuhan ekonomi dan jumlah penduduk terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja 34 Provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2020-2024. Analisis regresi mengunakan regresi data panel dengan model yang terpilih yaitu Fixed Effects Model (FEM). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sepenuhnya data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Tingkat Pendidikan dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Sedangkan Upah Minimum Provinsi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Sementara itu, Jumlah Penduduk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja 34 Provinsi di Indonesia Tahun 2020-2024.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Return On Equity (ROE) in transportation and logistics sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021–2024 period. Using the panel data regression method with a sample of 13 companies and a total of 52 observations, this study determined the Common Effect Model (CEM) as the best model based on a series of model selection tests. The research data met the requirements of classical assumption tests, being free from multicollinerity and heteroscedasticity issues. Partial test results (t-test) indicate that the DER variable has a positive and significant effect on ROE. Meanwhile, the TATO variable does not have a significant effect on ROE , and the NPM variable shows a significant effect but with a negative coefficient direction toward ROE in this sub-sector. Simultaneously (F-test), the variables DER, TATO, and NPM collectively affect ROE. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.5305 indicates that the independent variables in this study can explain the ROE variable by 53.05%, while the remainder is explained by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

The management of school committee funds plays an important role in supporting educational sustainability, particularly in private schools. However, inadequate risk management in fund management may lead to conflicts between schools and communities. This study aims to analyze risk management in school–community relationships related to the management of committee funds at SMK Darur Roja Cinere Depok. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the main risks include a lack of transparency, potential conflicts of interest, and weak reporting and monitoring mechanisms. The school has not yet implemented a structured risk management system, resulting in reactive risk handling. This study concludes that implementing risk management based on transparency, participation, and accountability is essential to strengthen school–community relationships and maintain public trust in educational institutions.
