Abstract

The automotive industry plays an important role in the national economy, however, the commercial vehicle segment has shown a decline in sales in recent years. This condition is influenced by economic slowdown, rising credit interest rates, and the depreciation of the rupiah. Mitsubishi, through PT Wicaksana Berlian Motor Cibiru, has also experienced a similar trend despite maintaining a positive brand image. Based on interviews and preliminary surveys, consumers perceive Mitsubishi vehicles as durable and high-quality, yet relatively expensive compared to competitors. This indicates that purchasing decisions are influenced by a combination of brand image and pricing strategy policy. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and price on purchasing decisions of Mitsubishi commercial vehicles at PT Wicaksana Berlian Motor Cibiru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat Pengaruh Pengalaman Belajar Ekonomi dan Literasi Digital Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Skincare pada Generasi Z d Jabodetabek Melalui Rational Consumer Behavior Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan cakupan responden yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah Jabodetabek. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara daring (online) melalui penyebaran kuesioner dalam bentuk Google Form yang dibagikan melalui platform digital seperti Instagram, WhatsApp, dan X. Kuesioner pada penelitian ini difokuskan pada responden yang termasuk ke dalam bagian Generasi Z atau setiap individu yang berusia 18 – 28 tahun di Jabodetabek. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisa Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penetian didapatkan bahwa secara keseluruhan Literasi digital memediasi pengaruh pengalaman belajar ekonomi terhadap keputusan pembelian skincare pada Generasi Z. Pengalaman belajar ekonomi menjadi lebih efektif dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian ketika didukung oleh literasi digital yang baik, sehingga konsumen mampu menerapkan pengetahuan ekonomi dalam konteks pasar digital.

Abstract

Fresco Florist is one of the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) located in Bandung, founded by Adhela Nuzul Fariqa in 2022. This business operates in the floral arrangement sector with the concept of an “affordable aesthetic florist” that emphasizes unique designs, visual appeal, and affordable prices. Since its establishment, Fresco Florist has served various customer needs for special occasions such as graduations, birthdays, and engagements, and has gained recognition through active promotion on social media platforms. The essence of this study is to identify the sources of risk faced by Fresco Florist and to analyze the causes and mitigation strategies implemented to overcome these risks. This research employs a qualitative descriptive analysis method, with risk identification conducted using the risk matrix and SWOT analysis approaches. The results show that Fresco Florist encounters several categories of risks, including operational, financial, marketing, market, human resources (HR), and legal risks. Through the implementation of mitigation strategies such as supplier diversification, a pre-order system, and digital marketing enhancement, Fresco Florist has been able to maintain its business stability and competitiveness within Bandung’s florist industry..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of risk management in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the motorcycle rental sector in Bandung using the ISO 31000 Framework and the Risk Management Matrix. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews and observations on several MSME motorcycle rental actors. The analysis is carried out based on the stages of ISO 31000, namely context determination, risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk management. The results of the study indicate that the main risks faced by MSME motorcycle rentals include operational risks such as vehicle loss, late payments, and unit damage, as well as external risks such as regulatory changes and economic conditions. Based on the risk matrix, most risks are in the medium to high category, which requires mitigation strategies through improving security systems, implementing stricter rental agreements, and using vehicle tracking technology (GPS). This study is expected to be a reference for MSME motorcycle rental actors in developing an effective risk management system to improve business sustainability..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku konsumen bank syariah melalui tiga dimensi utama: religiusitas, teknologi, dan faktor sosial. Dalam ekonomi Islam, perilaku konsumen tidak hanya berorientasi pada maksimalisasi kepuasan (utility), tetapi bertumpu pada pencapaian kemaslahatan (maslahah) dan kebahagiaan dunia-akhirat (falah). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan dan analisis artikel jurnal terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor religiusitas merupakan fondasi utama nasabah dalam menghindari riba dan mencari keberkahan melalui akad seperti wakalah bil ujrah dan mudharabah. Namun, di era digital, bank syariah dituntut melakukan transformasi pada aspek inovasi dan data melalui pemasaran digital untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Selain itu, faktor sosial berupa budaya kolektif masyarakat Indonesia menjadi determinan kuat dalam pengambilan keputusan, di mana keterikatan komunal dan identitas sosial seringkali lebih dominan dibandingkan pertimbangan transaksional individual. Sinergi antara kepatuhan syariah, kecanggihan teknologi, dan pemahaman terhadap dinamika sosial menjadi kunci utama dalam meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah di industri perbankan syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of bank policies, ease of access, and advertising effectiveness on the interest of the people of Medan City in using Islamic banking services. The theoretical framework used is the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), with three independent variables: Islamic bank policy, ease of access, and advertising effectiveness, and usage interest as the dependent variable. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 30 Muslim respondents in Medan City selected through purposive and accidental sampling techniques. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that all three variables have a positive and significant influence on public interest, both partially and simultaneously. Islamic bank policy is the dominant factor, followed by advertising effectiveness and ease of access. The research model explains 97.8% of the variation in interest with an R² value of 0.978. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of strengthening sharia policies, optimizing physical and digital access, and developing educational and sharia-compliant marketing communication strategies to enhance public interest in Islamic banking.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Impulse Buying: Studi tentang Penggunaan Paylater, Gaya Hidup Konsumtif, dan Literasi Keuangan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah bagian dari populasi generasi Z yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai pengguna atau individu yang memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam menggunakan layanan PayLater saat bertransaksi melalui e-commerce dengan jumlah 160 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 3.0. Secara keseluruhan, meskipun nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) berada pada kategori rendah, model penelitian ini tetap mampu menjelaskan perilaku impulse buying secara empiris. Hal ini dapat dipahami mengingat perilaku impulse buying merupakan fenomena kompleks yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor psikologis dan situasional di luar model penelitian.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of risk management based on ISO 31000 in the Amanda Refill Water Depot, a small and medium enterprise (SME) located in Cibangkong, Bandung City. The purpose of this study is to identify potential risks, assess their likelihood and impact, and evaluate mitigation efforts in accordance with ISO 31000. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews and direct observation. The findings indicate that the main risks encountered include occasional machine damage, power outages, and leaking gallons, although these occur infrequently. The business’s strength lies in consistent cleanliness and customer trust, while weaknesses are found in the absence of online promotion and delivery services. A notable threat is the lack of a digital presence on Google Maps, which may reduce market visibility. The study concludes that while the depot informally applies risk management principles in daily operations, improvements are still needed in formal documentation, standard operating procedures, and digital adaptation to strengthen resilience and competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of risk management at Diva Salsabilla Niaga, a home-based industry engaged in the production and sale of knitted products. The business has been operating for five years and employs around 89 people, consisting of administrative staff, marketing personnel, production teams, and expedition workers. The products are sold offline and have recently begun to be marketed online through the TikTok platform. This research focuses on identifying the main risks faced by the business and the strategies implemented to maintain stable and efficient operations. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through direct interviews with the business owner. The findings show that the main risks faced include production failure, limited capital, lack of human resources, rising raw material prices, and changes in fashion trends and economic conditions. To address these challenges, the owner implements preventive measures such as producing based on orders, maintaining product quality control, preparing raw material stocks before peak seasons, and fostering effective communication and teamwork. Proper implementation of risk management enables Diva Salsabilla Niaga to maintain business continuity and serves as a crucial foundation for enhancing competitiveness in the creative knitting industry sector..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of environmental cost accounting in the medical waste management process at the Cakung District Public Health Center, East Jakarta. The research focuses on identifying environmental activities, the types of environmental costs incurred, as well as the accounting treatment of environmental costs, which includes the stages of identification, recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure in the health center’s financial statements. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. The data sources consist of primary and secondary data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the public health center has not yet specifically classified environmental costs, resulting in medical waste management costs being recorded under general operational expenses. This condition leads to the absence of separate environmental cost information and limits transparency and accountability in financial reporting. The results show that the health center has implemented medical waste management activities in accordance with applicable regulations, including waste segregation, containment, temporary storage, sterilization, and transportation and disposal through licensed third parties. However, the associated costs have not been classified based on environmental cost components. Therefore, this study recommends the systematic classification and disclosure of environmental costs to enhance the quality of transparent and accountable financial reporting at public health centers.
