Abstract

Mentimun memiliki kandungan gizi yang cukup baik, terutama sumber mineral dan vitamin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan produksi terhadap pemberian pupuk kandang kambing dan POC bonggol pisang. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai bulan Juni 2021. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah RAK Faktorial dengan 2 faktor perlakuan dan 3 ulangan.Faktor pertama adalah pemberian pupuk kandang kambing (K) terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu:K0: Tanpa perlakuan (kontrol), K1:15 ton ha -1 (2,16 kg plot -1),K2:30 ton ha-1 (4,32 kg plot -1). Faktor Kedua adalah pemberian pupuk organik cair bonggol pisang (P) terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu:P0: Tanpa perlakuan (kontrol),P1:100 mL L-1 air, P2:200 mL L-1 air P3 : 300 mL L-1 air. Hasil dan kesimpulan peneltian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kandang kambing berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap parameter bobot buah per tanaman dan bobot buah per plot, berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman dan diameter batang. Pemberian pupuk organik cair bonggol pisang berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman. Interaksi pemberian pupuk kandang kambing dan pupuk organik cair bonggol pisang berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter jumlah buah per tanaman dan per plot.

Abstract

Upaya untuk meningkatkan produksi dan kualitas tanaman pakcoy dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa cara, salah satunya dengan cara pemupukan pupuk organik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy akibat pemberian pupuk kandang kambing dan pupuk organik cair air kelapa serta interaksinya. .Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial dengan 2 faktor yang diteliti dan 3 ulangan dimana faktor pertama adalah pupuk kandang kambing (K) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu K0 = 0 kg m-2 (kontrol), K1 , K2 , K3 . Faktor kedua adalah kosentrasi pupuk organik cair air kelapa(A) terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu A0 = 0 ml L-1 air (kontrol), A1 = 30 ml L-1 air, A2 = 60 ml L-1 air. Parameter yang diamati adalah jumlah daun (helai) dan berat segar tanaman per plot (g).Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kandang kambing berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah daun 14HST, 21 HST, 28 HST dan berat segar tanaman per plot. Kosentrasi pupuk organik cair air kelapa berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah daun 14 HST, 21HST, 28 HST dan berat segar tanaman per plot. Sedangkan interaksi pupuk kandang kambing dan pupuk organik cair air kelapa tidak berpengaruh nyata pada semua parameter pengamatan.

Abstract

Kebutuhan bawang merah yang terus meningkat dan pencapaian target produksi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang belum tercapai memerlukan upaya peningkatan produksi. Pemanfaatan pupuk kandang untuk memperbaiki sifat tanah dan pupuk NPK untuk penyediaan hara yang dibutuhkan tanaman yang praktis dalam aplikasinya perlu dikombinasikan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan roduksi bawang merah. Percobaan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok telah dilakukan dengan 2 perlakuan yaitu pemberian pupuk kandang kambing (K), 4 taraf : K0) 0 ton/ha (kontrol), ( K1): 15 ton/ha, ( K2) 30 ton/ha, (K3) 45 ton/ha dan pupuk NPK 15-15-15 Phonska, 3 taraf: (N0) 0 kg/ha (kontrol), (N1) 175 kg/ha, (N2) 350 kg/ha. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan pupuk kandang kambing meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah umbi per rumpun, bobot umbi per rumpun, bobot basah umbi per plot , dan bobot kering angin umbi per plot. Pupuk NPK meningkatkan tinggi tanaman 6 MST, jumlah umbi perumpun, dan bobot umbi perumpun, bobot basah umbi per plot dan bobot kering angin umbi per plot.

Abstract

Peanut is the most important agricultural commodity after soybean which has a strategic role in the national food as a source of protein and vegetable oil in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the application of chicken manure and liquid organic fertilizer (POC) on the growth and production of peanuts (Arachis hypogaea L.) and the interaction of chicken manure and liquid organic fertilizer (POC) on Moringa leaves. This research was conducted from April to June 2022. This study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2 factors studied and 3 repetitions where the first factor was chicken manure (A) which consisted of 3 levels, namely A0 = no treatment (control), A1 = 1.9 kg plot-1, and A2 = 3.8 kg plot-1. The second factor was liquid organic fertilizer (K) for Moringa leaves which consisted of 3 levels, namely K0 = no treatment (control), K1 = 150 ml liter-1 water plot-1 (10 tonnes ha-1), K2 = 300 ml liter-1 water/slot and K3 = 450 ml liter-1 of water plot-1. The results showed that the application of chicken manure had a very significant effect on the parameters of pod weight per sample plant and pod weight per plot, but had no significant effect on the parameters of plant height and the weight of 100 dry seeds plot-1. The application of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) to Moringa leaves had a significant effect on the parameters of pod weight per sample plant and pod weight plot-1, but had no significant effect on the parameters of plant height and weight of 100 dry seeds plot-1. . . The interaction of the application of chicken manure and liquid organic fertilizer (POC) of Moringa leaves did not significantly affect all observation parameters.

Abstract

This research was carried out on Jl. Makmur, Dusun III Banyumas Village, Stabat District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra This research was carried out from December to March 2022. Materials used: Water-honey guava brood tree, honey-water guava shoots of green delli variety, Growtone, Npk 16-16-16 Fertilizer. This study was arranged based on a factorial randomized block design (RAK) with 2 treatment factors and 3 replications. The first factor was the administration of Growtone consisting of 4 levels, namely: G0: Without Growtone (control), G1: 0.5% (5 gr100 ml-1). water), G2: 1.0% (10 gr100 ml water-1), G3: 1.5% (15 gr100 ml water-1). The second factor is the application of NPK 16-16-16(N) fertilizer consisting of 3 The levels are: N0: Without NPK 16-16-16 fertilizer (control), N1: 0.2 g100 ml water-1, N2: 0.4 g 100 ml water-1. The results of the study showed that the application of ZPT Growtone had a very significant effect on the parameters of the longest root length and the number of roots, had a significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, and number of shoots, but had no significant effect on the parameters of the percentage of cuttings growing. The application of NPK 16-16-16 fertilizer had a very significant effect on the parameters of plant height, significantly on the parameters of the number of leaves, the number of shoots, the longest root length, and the number of roots, but had no significant effect on the parameters of the percentage of cuttings growing. The interaction of giving zpt growtone and giving NPK 16-16-16 fertilizer had no significant effect on all observation parameters

Abstract

Durian and Ginger Peel Vegetable Insecticides to Control Horn Beetle Larvae The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of durian peel extract and ginger extract to control horn beetle larvae (O. rhinoceros). This research was conducted at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Al-Azhar University. The study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) Non Factorial consisting of 3 levels, as follows: D0J0 (Control), D1 (15 ml of durian peel extract L.air-1), D2 (20 ml of durian peel extract L.air-1) , D3 (25 ml durian peel extract L. water-1), J1 (15 ml ginger extract L. water-1), J2 (20 ml ginger extract L. water-1), J3 (25 ml ginger extract L. water -1). Parameters observed were the proportion of mortality of O. rhinoceros larvae and time of initial death (LT50). The results of the study showed that the proportion of mortality of O. rhinoceros larvae to treatment had a significant effect, while the proportion of mortality was significantly different with all treatments. The fastest initial time of death occurred in treatment D3, namely 1,293 HSA in the range 1,248–1,328 HAS.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of chicken manure and liquid organic fertilizer (POC) banana peels on the growth and production of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) and their interactions. This study used a factorial randomized block design with 2 factors studied and 3 replications where the first factor was chicken manure (A) consisting of 4 levels, namely A0 = no treatment (control), A1 = 1.4 kg plot-1 (20 tons ha-1), A2 = 2.8 kg plot-1 (40 tons ha-1) and A3 = 4.2 kg plot-1. The second factor is liquid organic fertilizer (POC) banana peel (P) consisting of 3 levels, namely P0 = no treatment (control), P1 = 150 ml liter-1 of water, P2 = 300 ml liter-1 of water. Parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of tillers (clump), weight of fresh tuber plant-1 (g), and weight of fresh tuber plot-1 (g). The results showed that the application of chicken manure had a very significant effect on the parameters of plant height, significantly on the parameters of the number of tillers, weight of fresh tubers plant-1, and weight of fresh tubers plot-1.

Abstract

Response of growth and production of pakcoy plants (brassica rapa l) to the application of chicken manure and lamtoro leaf compost. The aim of this study was to observe the growth and production response of the pakcoy plant due to the application of manure and the application of lantoro leaf compost. This research was conducted on Jalan Eka Rasmi Gg Eka Nusa 11 Medan Johor, North Sumatra Province. This research was conducted from April to. May 2022. This study used a factorial randomized block design with 2 treatment factors and 3 replications. The first factor was the application of chicken manure (A) consisting of 3 levels, namely A0 = no treatment, A1 = 1.25 kg plot -2, and A2 = 2.5 kg plot -2. The second factor was the application of lamtoro leaf compost (L) consisting of 4 levels namely, L0 = no treatment, L1 = 1.25 kg plot-2, L2 = 2.5 kg plot-2 and L3 = 3.75 kg plot-2 . The results showed that the application of chicken manure had a very significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width, plant weight per sample and plant weight per plot. The application of lamtoro leaf compost had a very significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width, plant weight per sample and plant weight per plot. The interaction treatment showed no significant effect on all observation parameters.

Abstract

Customers venerate the commercial fruit plant known as Guava Madu Deli Hijau, which provides superior benefits to guava in general. This research seeks to determine the influence of growing medium, immersion time in young coconut water, and their interactions on the development of Syzygium aqueum stalk cuttings. The investigation was conducted between March and June of 2023. This study used a factorial randomized block design with two examined variables and three iterations. The first component was the availability of planting media (M), which came in four levels: sand, peat moss, vermiculite, and soil M0 = control, M1 = soil + cocopeat, M2 = soil + compost, M3 = soil + burnt husks. The second factor was the soaking time of the shoot cuttings in young coconut water (A) which consisted of 3 levels, namely A0 = control, A1 = 90 minutes, A2 = 180 minutes. The results showed that the growing medium treatment had no influence on the proportion of surviving cuttings but had a substantial effect on plant height, number of leaves, number of branches, root volume, and root length. The amount of time spent immersed in young coconut water had an effect on the number of leaves, seedlings, root volume, and root length, but not on the proportion of cuts that developed or plant height. The interaction between different planting media and the period of immersion in juvenile coconut water had no influence on any of the characteristics measured.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine the growth and yield of sweet corn (Zea mays L. saccharata) in response to the application of Cricket Manure and Organic ZPT, as well as the interaction between these two factors. There were two factors and three replications in this randomized factorial block design experiment: the first component, provision of cricket droppings (J), had 4 levels, namely J0 = no treatment (control), J1 = 1.5 kg/plot, J2 = 3 kg/plot and J3 = 4.5 kg/plot. The second factor of giving organic ZPT (Z) consisted of 3 levels, namely Z0 = no treatment (control), Z1 = 3 cc/liter of water/plot, and Z2 = 6 cc/liter of water/plot. Plant height (cm), cob husk length (cm), and cob weight (g) were measured in each plot. The application of cricket dung greatly changed the parameter of cob weight per plot, significantly affected the parameter of cob length, and had no significant effect on the parameter of plant height. The administration of organic ZPT had no discernible impact on any of the measured variables, and neither did the addition of cricket poop.
