Abstract

Islamic family law is one of the important fields of study in Islam that regulates various aspects of family life, such as marriage, divorce, child custody, and inheritance. In the Indonesian context, Islamic family law has a significant role in Muslim society, both in the personal and public spheres. Arabic, as the primary source language of Islamic law, plays a fundamental role in understanding and applying Islamic family law. This study aims to examine the use of Arabic in solving Islamic family law problems in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative research type with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used include interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study show that Arabic plays an important role in the Islamic family justice process in Indonesia. Arabic is used in various stages of the judicial process, ranging from the examination of witnesses, the reading of Islamic legal postulates, to the preparation of court decisions. Good Arabic language skills for Islamic family law practitioners enable them to understand Islamic law in depth, communicate effectively with the parties involved in the case, and produce fair and appropriate court decisions. Although Arabic has an important role in Islamic family law, there are still some challenges in the use of Arabic in the context of Islamic family law in Indonesia. These challenges include the lack of adequate Arabic proficiency among Islamic family law practitioners, limited access to reliable and easy-to-understand Arabic sources of Islamic law, and lack of government attention in the development of Arabic education for Islamic family law. Efforts to increase the effectiveness of the use of Arabic in resolving Islamic family law problems in Indonesia need to be carried out on an ongoing basis. These efforts include improving the quality of Arabic language education for Islamic family law, providing easy access to reliable sources of Islamic law in Arabic, and encouraging the government to pay more attention to the development of Arabic education for Islamic family law

Abstract

Pesantren which is the oldest institution in Indonesia, has various uniqueness to be researched. The pattern of education also tends to be the same from time to time, namely through approaches based on local wisdom of the community. Likewise, the Al-Amin People's Islamic Boarding School in Sumberpucung District, Malang Regency, which is able to develop formulations in governance based on the values of usefulness for the surrounding community. Therefore, this study is intended to explain the management of Islamic boarding schools based on local wisdom which is focused on the education governance system of Islamic Boarding Schools based on local wisdom. The method in the study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with data collection through in-depth interviews, participant observations, and documentation. The results of the research can be concluded that the Islamic Boarding School Management System is based on Local Wisdom at the stage of planning activities based on community potential while involving all elements of society through a poll that is conducted with the principle of anywhere, anytime and with anyone. The activities that have been formulated target several aspects, namely (1) curriculum aspects, including the selection of teaching staff from community competencies and learning content oriented to the development of cultural arts, entrepreneurship development, agriculture and livestock; (2) economic aspects, including the establishment of Islamic boarding school barns, savings for students and the surrounding community; (3) institutional aspects that include the establishment of formal education as a support system for early childhood education

Abstract

Bahasa tidak hanya dipahami sebagai sistem simbol semata, melainkan sebagai alat komunikasi yang mengandung maksud, tujuan, dan efek tertentu terhadap mitra tutur. Dalam kajian linguistik, pragmatik menjadi cabang ilmu yang mengkaji makna bahasa berdasarkan konteks pemakaiannya. Dalam kajian Al-Qur’an, pendekatan pragmatik menjadi semakin relevan, mengingat Al-Qur’an bukan hanya teks religius, tetapi juga komunikasi Ilahiah yang sarat dengan makna kontekstual. Ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an sering kali tidak dapat dipahami secara literal tanpa memperhatikan asbab al-nuzul (sebab-sebab turunnya ayat) dan konteks sosial-historis yang melingkupinya. Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang pendekatan pragmatik yang dalam hal ini adalah teks konteks dan koteks dalam surat ar-rahman ayat 1-4. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif karena berusaha memahami fenomena makna dalam teks suci secara mendalam, bukan dalam bentuk angka atau statistik. Pendekatan ini sangat cocok untuk mengungkap makna implisit yang tersembunyi dalam struktur dan konteks kebahasaan. Dan penulis mendapati jika ini dikaitkan dengan dunia pendidikan, pemilihan kata atau lafal ar-rahman mengisyaratkan bahwa sebagai seorang pengajar hal yang pertama harus dimiliki adalah sifat ar-rahman, sifat kasih sayang, sebab dalam konteks Allah mengajar di surat tersebut, Allah tidak menggunakan al-‘aliim
