Jurnal Dharma PGSD Mempublikasikan hasil penelitian tentang pendidikan dasar dengan berbagai topik kajian (belajar dan pembelajaran, strategi, model, pendekatan, metode dan teknik pembelajaran, evaluasi pembelajaran, psikologi pembelajaran, dan atau pedagogy, sains, sosial, matematika, kewarganegaraan, bahasa, seni, budaya, agama, keolahragaan, teknologi, lingkungan). Keaslian isi naskah di setiap artikel menjadi tanggung jawab para penulis yang tercatat dalam artikel. Abstract

This research was motivated by the low science process skills of students in class III thematic learning at SDN 001 Bangkinang Kota. This study aims to improve students' process skills by using the Experiential Learning model in class III learning at SDN 001 Bangkinang Kota. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). This research was carried out in 2 cycles and each cycle was carried out in two meetings. The subjects of this study were the third grade students of SDN 001 Bangkinang Kota, totaling 17 students with 9 male students and 8 female students. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation and documentation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in the first cycle it was still quite adequate with an average of 74.11%, then from 17 students only 12 students or 70.58% achieved individual mastery. Student learning outcomes in cycle II were classified as good with an average of 80.00% and 14 students completed or 82.35% who achieved individual mastery. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Experiential Learning model can improve the skills of the learning process of living things in third grade students of SDN 001 Bangkinang Kota.

Abstract

The use of learning models that are not appropriate during the learning process causes students to be bored and bored so that students are less active during learning activities so that students do not understand the material because there is too much material and mostly take notes, and the impact on learning outcomes is very low. The Quantum Teaching model of this researcher aims to determine the effect of the Quantum Teaching model to show the results of the process of occurrence of an event according to the teaching material. This type of research is a pre-experimental research design in the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design (initial test-single group final test). The population in this study were all students in class V SDN 07 Sitiung, Dharmasraya Regency who were registered in the 2020/2021 academic year. The technical analysis of data collection in this study was through normality testing and hypothesis testing through SPSS 22 at a significant level of 0.05. The results showed that the Quantum Teaching model can improve student learning outcomes, it can be seen from the average pretest and posttest obtained from fifth grade students at SDN 07 Sitiung by obtaining an average pretest of 67.33 and posttest 78.76. Based on the analysis conducted, the significance value = 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, there is a positive and significant effect between the Quantum Teaching model on social studies learning outcomes for fifth grade students at SDN 07 Sitiung, Dharmasraya Regency

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD N 12 Koto Baru pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS). Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 21 siswa terdiri dari 11 siswa perempuan dan 10 siswa laki-laki. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PTK atau Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data dan informasi diperoleh dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar dan teknik observasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu teknik deskriptif kualitatif yang menganalisis hasil tes belajar dan hasil observasi yang terkait dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams games Tournament dengan target indikator keberhasilan 85%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model tipe TGT meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II dengan indicator keberhasilan mencapai 85%. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model kooperatif tipe TGT dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPAS siswa kelas V SD N 12 Koto Baru. Kata Kunci: Sekolah Dasar, Hasil Belajar, IPAS, Kooperatif, Teams Games Tournament.

Abstract

Kemampuan membaca, menulis, dan berhitung (calistung) merupakan landasan utama dalam pendidikan dasar. Namun kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak siswa kelas III SDN 02 Sungai Rumbai yang mengalami kendala dalam penguasaan membaca, menulis, dan berhitung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis secara mendalam faktor penyebab kesulitan membaca, menulis, dan berhitung, dengan menonjolkan peran dan lingkungan sekitar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan wali murid, serta analisis kondisi lingkungan belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan membaca, menulis, dan berhitung dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal (motivasi, minat, dan kemampuan kognitif siswa), peran yang belum optimal, lingkungan belajar yang kurang mendukung, dan terbatasnya metode pembelajaran di sekolah. Diperlukan kerja sama antara sekolah, keluarga, dan lingkungan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract: The character of students is formed through the application of character education in the Pancasila subject. However, in practice, there is still little universal explanation regarding the efforts to foster and develop students' character in the context of Pancasila education. This research aims to understand the implementation of character education in the Pancasila subject in grade VI of SDN 14 Koto Baru, as well as to identify the challenges faced during the implementation stages. The method used in this research is qualitative, with respondents consisting of teachers and students. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data processing process includes data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The research results show that the programs prepared by the teachers are used as guidelines in carrying out learning and instilling character values. The challenges faced in implementation include the misalignment between the school programs that have been applied and the living environment of the students. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of character education in the subject of Pancasila education at SDN 14 Koto Baru has been well carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' understanding of the material on flat-sided spatial figures in grade IV students of SDN 04 Pulau Punjung. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used three stages, namely the planning stage, implementation and evaluation. This study uses a quantitative research method. The first stage carried out is the planning stage, in the planning stage the researcher prepares an observation permit, the media used, student worksheets and an assessment questionnaire on the material on the concept of flat-sided spatial figures. The second stage is the implementation stage, at this stage the researcher explains the material on flat-filled spatial figures and gives a worksheet to students. The last stage is evaluation, at this stage the researcher is carrying out teaching activities, other researchers provide assessments using the Flat-sided spatial figure questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, the average value of students' understanding of the material on flat-sided spatial figures in grade IV students of SDN 04 Pulau Punjung was obtained with a percentage of 69%. So, it can be concluded that students' understanding of the material on flat-sided spatial figures in grade IV students of SDN 04 Pulau Punjung is included in the good category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interest in learning mathematics of fifth grade students in the second semester of the 2025 academic year at SDN 19 SITIUNG. This study can help improve the interest in learning mathematics of fifth grade students at SDN 19 SITIUNG by using the Cooperative Learning method of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type. This study found that there were problems that occurred due to the lack of interest in learning mathematics in fifth grade students at SDN 19 SITIUNG. The researcher found a solution to increase students' interest in learning by using the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model because this model is one of the models that is easy to apply in learning, this research method uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) and the researcher's data collection technique uses Descriptive Statistics analysis

Abstract

This research was conducted in two cycles as Classroom Action Research (CAR). ELKPD designed using Canva became the main focus because of its ability to improve the achievement of fourth-grade students at SDN 10 Koto Baru. The research subjects consisted of eleven fourth-grade students. At the end of each cycle, data was collected through observation and learning outcome tests. The collected data was then analyzed quantitatively. The research results showed an increase in student learning outcomes after using Canva-based E-LKPD. In the first cycle, the average score reached 70 with a learning completion rate of 45%. This figure increased to 81.8% in the second cycle with an average score of 85.4. The research concluded that teachers can make learning more interesting and relevant by utilizing digital teaching materials such as ELKPD created using Canva.

Abstract

The low science learning outcomes of third-grade students at SDN 10 Koto Baru highlight the importance of teachers using creativity in their teaching methods. Based on assessments of students' scientific understanding, it was found that students still demonstrated low performance in science subjects. The objective of this research project is to improve student learning outcomes through the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. This study is classified as Classroom Action Research (CAR), with a methodology that includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research was carried out in two cycles.Tests were used as the data collection method in each cycle. Data analysis was conducted using both qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. With a mastery level of 92%, the findings indicate that teaching using the Problem-Based Learning model can effectively improve students' learning outcomes in science subjects.

Abstract

From the research results, the researcher raised the topic of implementing traditional games in increasing interest in learning physical education, sports and health at SDN 12 Koto Baru. This study uses a qualitative research type with observation and interview methods for teachers and students in grade 3 at one of the state elementary schools 12 Koto Baru, Tiumang District. From the interview questionnaire for teachers and 14 students, it shows a lack of student interest in learning PJOK lessons.
