Abstract

Painting is a work of art with various strokes, textures, and color gradations so that a painting that is synonymous with beauty is created. The various paintings created have characteristics, such as the paintings by Van Gogh, which have tightly arranged strokes, creating a repetitive and patterned impression. This study classifies paintings by Van Gogh or not by using the VGG-19 and ResNet-50 feature extraction methods. The SVM method is used as a classification method with two optimizations, namely random and grid optimization in the linear kernel. The data set used consisted of 124 Van Gogh paintings and 207 paintings by other painters. The use of VGG-19 feature extraction using grid optimization has the best value of 93,28% using the use of random optimization which has a value of 92,89%. The use of ResNet-50 using grid optimization with the best value of 90,28% using the use of random optimization which has a value of 90,15%. The extraction feature of VGG-19 is better than ResNet-50 in paintings by Van Gogh or not.

Abstract

Redundancy Link merupakan upaya pencegahan permasalahan jaringan dengan menyediakan jalur cadangan terhadap jalur utama yang digunakan. Redundancy Link untuk layer 3 Network memiliki beberapa metode, salah satunya adalah Hot Standby Router Protokol (HSRP). Secara default HSRP tidak memiliki fitur Load Balancing, oleh karena itu dalam tulisan ini akan dibahas penerapan Load Balancing menggunakan beberapa Group HSRP secara manual pada empat buah VLAN. Hasil yang didapat adalah proses transisi penanganan failover dan recovery berlangsung mulus dan jarang terjadi hilangnya packet atau time out, namun terjadi peningkatan delay selama beberapa saat sebelum akhirnya kembali normal. Selain itu didapati bahwa terjadi perbedaan yang cukup signifikan antara waktu failover dan recovery yang diperlukan ketika terjadi permasalahan jaringan pada satu interface fisik dan interface dengan empat sub-interface yang mewakili empat Group HSRP untuk masing-masing VLAN. Dimana penanganan failover antara keduanya memiliki selisih waktu 6.35 detik, sedangkan waktu recovery memiliki selisih waktu sebesar 6.58 detik.

Abstract

This research is purpose to design a virtual machine to simulate cyber attacks and find out how to design and build a virtual machine with a security gap that has been designed, so that it is used as education for web and server developers. The method used in building this system is the waterfall method which starts from designing a system to make it easier to build a system and then collecting data using observations to students of informatics engineering and computer engineering. The results of this system show that the system is able to run well, the guide for working on questions can be understood by the player, the player can inputs flags without problems, the clues provided are understandable and the educational videos provided are easy to understand. From the explanation aboce, the researchers concluded that this system can provide questions and education well

Abstract

The role of information technology in an organization is growing so fast. Vehicle Testing of Management Information System (VTMIS) is a system that uses information technology to serve users in motor vehicle administration in the Banyumas transportation service area. VTMIS at the Banyumas Transportation Department is an integrated information system for the motor vehicle testing process starting from the registration process, levy payment, and vehicle testing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the risk management at VTMIS in Banyumas Transportation Department using Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT 4.1) domain Plan and Organize (PO) 9. COBIT 4.1 is a framework for analyzing and ensuring information technology aligns with business management by calculating maturity levels. The data analysis results from the PO9 domain show that VTMIS risk management has a maturity level of 3.46. The maturity level of VTMIS at the Banyumas Transportation Department is at level 3, namely defined, meaning that procedures are in a position of standardization, documentation, and individual communication. The recommendation for VTMIS at the Banyumas Transportation Department needs to carry out risk management in a structured, massive and integrated manner

Abstract

Water quality is very important for plant’s growth and development. Some of the important part of the water qualities are TDS(Total Dissolved Solid), EC(Electrical Conductivity), pH(Acidity). Cultivation inside a greenhouse provides some benefits but also have some deficiency, such as lack of soil nutrition because most plants inside greenhouse uses non soil growing media. To overcome the deficiency, An automated and remote system is needed to ease the controlling of water quality and nutrition feeding to the plant. This study aims to create low-cost greenhouse water quality monitoring that automatically display the real time data on a website. This research is done by using an engineering design methods. This system can be integrated with auto-pot watering system . The result shows that the system can adjust the TDS and pH as programmed, which are TDS= 1000-1200, and pH =5.5-6.5(these are recommended needs for Tomato plant). The TDS sensor in this reseach have the limitation of reading 0~1500ppm.

Abstract

Current development of the internet world has been growing rapidly, especially in the field of website. People use search engines to find the news or information they needed on a website. One of the many indications of the success of a website is traffic. Traffic could be received from various factors, one of which is website rank in Search Engine Result Page (SERP). To improve the SERP, SEO methods are required. This research will implement SEO to website especially on the image, and then analyzed by using a tester tools, for example SEOptimer, Pingdom Tools, and SEO Site Checkup. After the website has been optimized, tested with the same tester tools. From the research results can be seen whether image optimization can affect SERP.

Abstract

Currently, Indonesian government is changing the government system into an Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) or often heard as e-government. With this change in the government system, it has an impact on various sector of life. One of many sectors is construction service sector. LPJK as a non-structural institution under Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing issued a letter to the construction services association regarding the development of integrated application with SIKI LPJK. LPJK and OSS institutions has implemented digital signatures on business entity licensing document. Construction service associations has responded to develop of these regulations by creating an association information system application that implements digital signatures. This research was conducted to apply an digital signatures to the validation of the Membership Card using the secure hash algorithm (SHA) and advanced encryption standard (AES) methods generated through the association information system. This application generates an digital signatures which is implemented with QR Code. The existence of this application is expected to be a form of support for the government which is making changes to the government system.

Abstract

In order to achieve the company goals, in Universitas Kristen Maranatha, Information system becomes the main tool and Information Technology infrastructure become the backbone in running the company business model, along with the increasing of portfolio application, number of Information Technology services and the amount of human resources. Universitas Kristen Maranatha requires an international standard instrument to measure several domains, both Manage and Operation domains, holistically. By implementing frameworks such as COBIT 5 or COBIT 5 for IT RISK, ISO 31000: 2018, the company is able to measure planning effectiveness, strategic policies implementation, IT service management measured by Service Level Agreement, monitoring and evaluation. In this research, there are 7 domains implemented as follows: EDM01-Ensure Governance Framework Setting and Maintenance, EDM03- Ensure Risk Optimization, AP002- Manage Strategy, APO09- Manage Service Agreements, AP012-Manage Risk, BAI01-Manage Programmes and Projects, BAI05- Manage Organizational Change Enablement.

Abstract

Single Sign-On (SSO) is a technology that can support user convenience in accessing a system. By using SSO, a user only needs to authenticate once to get access to a system. OAuth 2.0 is one of the protocols that can be implemented on the SSO system. Currently, many Application Service Providers (ASP) support the OAuth 2.0 protocol thus providing convenience in the development of a more standard SSO system. Google Identity is one of the services provided by Google that can be used to build SSO systems using the OAuth 2.0 protocol. Application of the request and response methods provided by the protocol specification OAuth 2.0 and Representational State Transfer (REST) architecture of the system implementation can also make SSO systems more secure. In its implementation, the use of an agile system development methodology with the Scrum framework is used to increase speed and flexibility. The results of this research show that the use of Google Identity, REST, and OAuth 2.0 can provide easy user access, guarantee access validity, accelerate client-server data exchange and simplify the SSO implementation process.

Abstract

Air Conditioner (AC) devices in Duta Wacana Christian University 2nd floor Agape computer laboratory are turned on in the morning and turned off in the evening manually by the computer laboratory officer every day after all the classes are over. Whereas there are sessions when laboratory rooms are not used, but the AC is still on. So, there is a waste of electricity. It wastes time and energy in vain. Therefore, the implementation of AC control and scheduling can be the solution. The implementation includes a program for PC that is used to control the AC and IR module that is attached to the computer laboratory’s AC. IR module consists of NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller and IR LED. All microcontrollers are connected to the internet over a WiFi network. The microcontroller substitutes conventional remote control. From the result, it can be concluded that the AC control and scheduling system is successfully implemented and worked well with good performance. After the system is implemented, computer laboratory officers no longer need to turn on and off the AC manually every day. Therefore, it can save energy and time. Besides that, waste of electrical energy can be minimized, because AC will turn off automatically when the laboratory room is not used.
