Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) and the Education Support Fund (DPP) in an effort to improve school financial performance. This research focuses on the period 2019 to 2024 with the place used as the object of research is SD Negeri Pasirmunding Kabupaten Sukabumi, for the research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach by means of data obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis related to the management of BOS and DPP funds at the school. The results showed that the management of BOS and DPP funds at the school had been carried out in accordance with the technical guidelines stipulated by the Permendikbud although there were several indicators that had not been met, especially in the summarization stage, and the reporting stage, namely the stage of making balance sheets, balances, journals, adjusting journals, preparing working papers, closing journals, making balance sheets after closing and making public journal paragraphs. As for the reporting stage that has not been achieved, namely the preparation of a surplus or deficit report, cash flow statement, balance sheet and financial statement notes, even though all of this is useful in knowing the fraud that occurs and is useful in decision making. Determining the right allocation of funds and efficient use of funds contributes greatly to improving school financial performance. In addition, transparent and accountable fund management also increases public and stakeholder trust in school financial management. However, the study also identified some challenges, such as limited human resources in fund management and the need to improve the capacity of financial managers in schools. The study concludes that the effective implementation of BOS and DPP funds is crucial to improving school financial performance but further efforts are needed to overcome the challenges to optimize fund management.

Abstract

This study aims to further investigate "The Effect of Halal Certificate Ownership on MSME interested in buyin" Micro or Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business groups that have a large percentage and contribution in Indonesia. Ownership of halal certificates has an important role in improving the interested in buyin of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Secang Village, Magelang Regency. This study aims to identify the effect of ownership of halal certificates on the interested in buyin of MSMEs in the region. The research method used used quantitative methods with questionnaire surveys distributed to MSME owners who have obtained halal certificates. Data analysis was carried out through regression techniques to determine the relationship between halal certificate variables, and MSME interested in buyin. The results showed that the ownership of halal certificates significantly contributed to improving the interested in buyin of MSMEs in Secang Village. The implications of this study provide a better understanding of the importance of halal certificate ownership in supporting the growth of MSMEs, as well as providing guidance to MSME owners to optimize their marketing strategies in improving the competitiveness of their products.

Abstract

Effective communication is an important element in improving employee performance in an organization. This research aims to examine the role of internal communication in improving employee performance at PT. Synergy Karya Abadi Kisamaun, Tangerang. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation with superiors and employees of PT. Synergy Karya Abadi Kisamaun, Tangerang. This research uses the Neoclassical theory (Human Relations) put forward by Elton Mayo in 1927. The research results show that internal communication has a significant impact on employee performance. Research findings show that effective internal communication can increase employee motivation, job satisfaction and productivity. This research recommends that organizations prioritize internal communication to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication plays a very important role in improving the quality of service. Effective communication between customer service and customers, and vice versa, will determine the quality of good service. Good communication will make customers feel valued, heard, and understood, thus increasing customer satisfaction with the quality of service. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of interpersonal communication at PERUMDAM TKR Tangerang Regency on the quality of service provided. By understanding the extent of the influence of interpersonal communication, the PERUMDAM TKR party can identify areas that need to be improved or enhanced in their communication with customers. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with a sample of 100 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to PERUMDAM TKR Tangerang Regency customers. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale with four answer choices, which allows respondents to provide more real assessments of the questions asked. The results showed that interpersonal communication significantly influenced the quality of service by 50.2%. This means that half of the variance in service quality can be explained by variations in interpersonal communication. The remaining 49.8% is influenced by other variables not studied in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what are the internal factors of micro, small and medium enterprises in Ilolangitla Village, North Gorontalo Regency and what are the external factors of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Itolangitla Village, North Gorontalo Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive and data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses SWOT analysis theory. The Data Analysis Technique uses Miles and Huberman, namely, Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing. Based on the research results, it shows that the external factors of the business, namely the Opportunities position (14.75), are greater when compared with the Threats position (7.5) and the internal factors in the Strength position have a score value (11.75) which is greater when compared. with Weaknesses position (5,5).

Abstract

This study was conducted on customers of PT Gojek Indonesia in the Cikole area, Sukabumi City. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Gojek Indonesia in the Cikole area, Sukabumi City. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study consists of customers of PT Gojek Indonesia in the Cikole area, Sukabumi City, while the sampling technique employed is Probability Sampling, with a purposive sampling method. A sample of 100 individuals was determined using Yamane's formula. To test the research instruments, reliability tests, validity tests, and classical assumption tests were conducted. For analyzing the effects, Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis were used. Based on the correlation analysis, the correlation value of price on customer satisfaction is 0.830 or 83%, which falls into the strong correlation category as it is within the range of 0.800 – 1.000. The correlation value of service quality on customer satisfaction is 0.933 or 93.3%, which falls into the very strong correlation category as it is within the range of 0.800 – 1.000. The determination analysis shows that the contribution of the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction is represented by an R Square value of 87.7%, while the remaining 12.3% is influenced by other variables not examined by the researcher.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of communication in the promotion of the Tangerang City National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Tangerang City. This research was conducted at Baznas Tangerang City from February to July 2024. This research used a case study qualitative research method. The author uses observation, interview and documentation techniques to collect data. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, in carrying out the role of communication for promotion, there are strategies that might be able to attract new muzakki at BAZNAS Tangerang City, and these strategies are also important tools to implement. This research uses IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) theory. Based on the results of the research that the author obtained, in practice at BAZNAS Tangerang City, when the socialization was carried out the role of communication media well, and implemented all the indicators contained in it, and was also able to inform the muzakki and many people who learned new things about zakat, as well as educate the public about paying zakat Fitrah and Zakat Maal, and several obstacles that can arise from several factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Effect of Café Atmosphere and Variety Product on Purchase Decision and Repurchase Intention. This research was conducted at Pesen Kopi Plus Pandaan consumers. This type of research is associative research using a quantitative approach. The number of samples used in the study amounted to 114 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The sample selection for this study used purposive sampling. The data analysis and processing method used is SEM-PLS analysis through Smart PLS 0.4 software. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the Café Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision, Variety Product has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision, Café Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, Variety Product has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention and Purchase Decision has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how SWOT analysis determines marketing strategies at PT. Lion Air Yogyakarta International Airport and find out what marketing strategies can be applied to PT. Lion Air at Yogyakarta International Airport. This research uses a qualitative approach with interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it shows that the development of marketing strategies that can be implemented by Lion Air YIA Airport is carried out using several approaches in the SWOT analysis, by integrating these strategies well it can help PT Lion Air strengthen its position at Yogyakarta International Airport and attract more many customers. Through EFAS matrix calculations, it can be seen that the difference between strengths and weaknesses is 1.23 – 0.27 = 0.96 and the difference between opportunity and threats values is 1.86 – 0.71 = 1.15. The value from the identification results above shows that Lion Air YIA is in Quadrant I. This position indicates that Lion Air YIA is in a strong condition and has opportunities, so it is possible to continue to expand, increase growth and achieve maximum progress.
