Abstract

Credit risk ins an inseparable aspect of financial institutions, wich can impact the operations or income of such institutions, including BMT Maslahah Sukorejo branch. This study aims to identify the strategies implemented by BMT Maslahah Sukorejo Branch in addressing the issue of non-performing loans, which poses a significant challenge for islamic financial institutions. Non-performing loans have the potential to disrupt the liquidity stability an operations of BMT Maslahah, especially in the Sukorejo Branch. The research method used is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews with employees of BMT Maslahah Sukorejo Branch regarding their strategies for managing non-performing loans. The results indicate that BMT Maslahah Sukorejo Branch applies several key strategies, including rigorous evaluation in the financing approval procces, intensive monitoring of costumers, restructuring of financing for customers experiencing difficulties, and optimal use of collateral. These strategies have proven effective in reducing non-performing loans and maintaining the financial stability of BMT Maslahah Sukorejo Branch. It is recommended that BMT Maslahah Sukorejo Branch continues to develop and strengthen its financing supervision system to enhance risk management efficiency.

Abstract

Pendampingan Pembuatan  Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) Toko R&M guna Meningkatkan Daya Saing Usaha. Penguatan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) menjadi fokus utama dalam upaya meningkatkan perekonomian nasional. Salah satu alat yang menunjang legitimasi dan daya saing UMKM adalah Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). NIB memberikan status hukum kepada pelaku ekonomi, sehingga memfasilitasi akses terhadap modal, jaringan kerja sama, dan program dukungan pemerintah. Jurnal ini memaparkan proses dukungan penyusunan NIB  Toko Kelontong R&M, sebuah UMKM  ritel. Metode dukungan yang digunakan antara lain pelatihan administratif, bimbingan teknis, dan pendampingan pendaftaran NIB melalui sistem Online Single Submission (OSS). Hasil dari program pendampingan ini menunjukkan bahwa toko R&M mengalami peningkatan akses terhadap layanan perbankan dan peningkatan peluang kolaborasi bisnis. Selain itu, NIB juga membantu memperkuat kepercayaan konsumen terhadap  R&M Stores sebagai perusahaan yang sah dan dapat dipercaya. Oleh karena itu, mendukung penciptaan NIB terbukti menjadi langkah strategis untu meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

Etika Jaya Makmur, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) located in Benowo Village, Surabaya, faces challenges in expanding the market for its leather shoes due to the continued use of traditional marketing methods. A major obstacle is the lack of knowledge among MSME owners about digital marketing, which hinders the optimization of product promotion. This study aims to enhance the competitiveness and market reach of the MSME by introducing and utilizing information technology, specifically through the development of a website as a digital marketing platform. The methods employed include observation, socialization, discussions, and hands-on training sessions. The results of this activity show an increase in the MSME owners' understanding of digital marketing strategies and their skills in creating and managing a website. The developed website serves as a promotional tool that enables the MSME's products to reach a wider range of consumers, unrestricted by distance and time.

Abstract

The digital era has brought a major impact on the retail industry, especially in terms of customer relationship management (CRM). This study aims to analyze the implementation of technology-based CRM in Indomaret based on the Diffusion of Innovations (DOI) Theory. Using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods that include data collection and questionnaires, this study explores how technologies such as mobile applications and digital loyalty programs can improve customer experience and increase loyalty. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of technology-based CRM in Indomaret has increased customer interaction, service personalization, accelerated complaint handling, and created more efficient multi-channel integration. Thus, improving technology-based customer relationship management is expected to strengthen Indomaret's competitiveness in facing the challenges of the digital era in the retail industry.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has encouraged the emergence of e-commerce which makes it easier to make transactions online, but with that the competition in the business world is getting tighter, this requires business people to innovate and create creative and attractive marketing strategies, one of which is flash sale promotions. This study aims to determine whether flash sale promotions have an influence or not on buying interest in shopee e-commerce. This study applies a quantitative model with a causal approach. The population of this study were shopee application users. The sample was taken using nonprobability sampling technique with incidental sampling, obtained data as many as 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple regression model, coefficient of determination (R2). Hypothesis tested with partial test (t test). The results of this study are that the flash sale promotion variable affects buying interest positively and partially significant with the equation Y = 10.257 + 0.761X1, and the coefficient of determination of 54.5% on buying interest in buying interest and the remaining 45.5% is affected by other elements.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of Work Competence and Work Motivation on Employee Work Productivity at PDAM Tirta Boalemo. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a population of all employees of PDAM Tirta Boalemo, totaling 95 employees. The sampling technique used in this study employs saturated sampling due to the relatively small population size. So the sample used in this study consisted of 95 employees.The analytical test tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The data analysis method uses the SPSS 22 application. Based on the research results of multiple regression analysis tests, it shows that partially Work Competence has an effect on Work Productivity and Work Motivation has an effect on Work Productivity. Meanwhile, simultaneously Work Competence and Work Motivation influence Work Productivity. The results of the coefficient of determination obtained by the R square value show that the Work Productivity variable can be explained by the Work Competence and Work Motivation variables of 42.7% while the remaining 57.3% is influenced by other variables not included in the regression model. Such as Performance, Work Effectiveness, Training and Compensation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how PT PLN Icon Plus SBU Jawa Bagian Timur uses information technology systems to improve service quality through the use of customer relationship management (CRM). Effective customer relationship management is now more crucial than ever in the digital age to guarantee client loyalty and happiness. As a provider of information and communication technology services, PT PLN Icon Plus SBU Jawa Bagian Timur has put in place a technology-based CRM strategy to improve customer interactions, handle data effectively, and boost service responsiveness. This study contributes by highlighting the critical role that information technology plays in helping CRM enhance service quality in the telecom and energy industries and by offering tactical suggestions for future advancement.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the effectiveness of event sponsorship implemented by PT Telkomsel Branch Surabaya to increase brand awareness and product sales. The method used is participatory with a qualitative approach, where all related parties are directly involved in the effectiveness of event sponsorship activities to increase brand awareness and product sales at PT Telkomsel Branch Surabaya. The results show that event sponsorship carried out by PT Telkomsel Branch Surabaya has proven effective in increasing brand awareness and product sales, because through this event sponsorship activity, PT Telkomsel Branch Surabaya can promote products directly to the right audience. This event sponsorship can also attract attention and create a positive experience to increase brand awareness and purchase of Telkomsel products.

Abstract

The globalization of economic development has heightened industrial competition, impacting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. CV Andhy Karya, a metal casting company in Klaten, Central Java, specializes in producing aluminum melting pots (Kowi) and hot plates. Despite utilizing modern technology, the company experienced a decline in sales from October 2023 to March 2024 due to fierce competition and inefficient marketing and distribution strategies. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of CV Andhy Karya using a quantitative approach with SWOT and QSPM methods. Internal and external factors of the company are evaluated through the IFE and EFE matrices. The results show that CV Andhy Karya has improved its marketing by focusing on product quality, accelerating raw material delivery, and utilizing the latest technology. The company also conducts regular training to enhance employee performance. The internal factor analysis reveals strengths in team cooperation, while weaknesses are found in the distribution system. Opportunities arise from collaboration with government institutions, while threats come from competition. Based on the QSPM analysis, the company chooses strategies such as adopting the latest technology, expanding marketing efforts, and focusing on the industrial market.

Abstract

This research evaluates the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) in Morokrembangan Village, Krembangan District, Surabaya City. This research aims to assess the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of the program on the welfare of the poor in urban areas with high population density. Using qualitative methods with interviews and document analysis, the research results show that BPNT has helped increase food security and reduce the economic burden on beneficiaries, despite obstacles such as accessibility, sudden distribution and quality of goods. This research recommends increasing outreach, quality monitoring, more accurate data collection, and regular evaluation to increase program effectiveness. These findings are relevant for improving program implementation in the future, both at the local and national levels.
