Abstract

This article aims to examine the relationship between money market mechanisms and the role of financial institutions in supporting national economic stability. This research was conducted using a systematic literature review method, reviewing various scientific articles from SINTA-accredited journals and trusted sources on Google Scholar. This approach was chosen to gain a more comprehensive understanding of how the money market functions and to examine the contribution of financial institutions in supporting the economy, especially amidst constantly changing market conditions. Financial institutions play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth flow of funds, building market participant trust, and reducing the risk of liquidity imbalances that could disrupt the economic cycle. Meanwhile, the existence of an efficient money market helps maintain financial system stability, particularly in the face of current economic pressures and market uncertainty. With clear regulations and effective supervision, the money market can serve as a pillar of economic stability. This mechanism helps mitigate economic shocks and strengthens the resilience of the national economy. Ultimately, this is expected to build stronger economic independence in the future to improve public welfare.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has led to significant changes in marketing strategies, particularly through the implementation of digital marketing. Digital marketing enables companies to reach consumers more widely, quickly, and efficiently, and plays an important role in influencing purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing and price on consumer purchasing decisions of natural stone products at Jibalstones. This research employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to Jibalstones consumers. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to examine the influence of each variable. The results indicate that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, suggesting that effective utilization of digital platforms can increase consumer interest and trust. In addition, price also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, where consumers tend to choose products with competitive prices that are proportional to the quality offered. Simultaneously, digital marketing and price have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. These findings are expected to provide insights for companies in formulating effective digital marketing strategies and appropriate pricing policies to enhance competitiveness and increase sales of natural stone products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of E-Service Quality and sales promotion on consumers' usage decisions of GoFood services in Bandung City. Indonesia's food delivery service industry has experienced significant growth with transaction values reaching USD 5.5 billion in 2022 and projected to grow to USD 12.7 billion by 2025. Amid intense competition between GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood, understanding the factors influencing consumer decisions has become crucial. The research employs a quantitative approach with a causal design to examine cause-and-effect relationships between variables. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 GoFood users in Bandung City using nonprobability sampling with incidental sampling method. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing through t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results indicate that E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on GoFood usage decisions, as does sales promotion. Simultaneously, both variables are proven to have a significant influence on GoFood service usage decisions. These findings provide practical implications for digital platforms to enhance electronic service quality and optimize sales promotion strategies in maintaining consumer loyalty in the digital economy era.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically analyze the role of business ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in strengthening integrity and sustainability within the financial sector. This research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method on journal articles relevant to business ethics, CSR, corporate governance, and financial performance in banking and financial institutions. The synthesis results indicate that the implementation of CSR and business ethics practices positively influences financial performance, corporate reputation, and firm value. Transparent CSR disclosure has been proven to enhance investor trust and customer loyalty, particularly in industries that rely heavily on trust. Furthermore, Good Corporate Governance (GCG) mechanisms such as independent boards of commissioners and audit committees strengthen the effectiveness of CSR implementation and minimize conflicts of interest. In Islamic banking institutions such as Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, CSR also reflects the implementation of Islamic ethical values emphasizing trustworthiness and social responsibility. Overall, the integration of business ethics, CSR, and corporate governance serves as a crucial pillar in building a transparent, accountable, and sustainable financial sector.

Abstract

The concept of time value of money is a fundamental principle in finance. Basically, the value of money can change over time. In conventional finance, this principle is often used to make decisions on investment, financing, and long-term financial planning. However, in Sharia finance, this concept is often debated because it is related to interest, which is prohibited in Sharia law itself. This article aims to explore how the concept of time value of money is applied, both from a conventional and Sharia perspective. This research was conducted through a systematic literature study method by reviewing various scientific articles from SINTA-accredited journals and reliable sources on Google Scholar published between 2019 and 2025. This approach was chosen to gain a better understanding of conventional finance, which views money as a commodity whose value can increase over time. Meanwhile, Islamic finance places greater emphasis on the economic value of time, how time is used in productive activities, rather than just interest or nominal growth. This difference in perspective has a major impact on financial decision-making, accounting practices, and the management of financial institutions. Therefore, understanding these two perspectives is very important so that the decisions made are not only efficient but also in accordance with the principles adopted.

Abstract

Digital finance and global marketing have emerged as transformative forces reshaping the contemporary economic landscape. This study presents a systematic literature review examining the intersection of these domains, analyzing 287 peer-reviewed articles published between 2019 and 2024 from reputable international databases. Following rigorous methodological protocols, the research synthesizes current trends, identifies key research gaps, and provides actionable insights for stakeholders. The results reveal a significant growth trajectory in scholarly attention, with publications increasing from 12 in 2019 to 45 in 2024. Key research focus areas include digital marketing strategies, digital payment systems, and consumer behavior. Findings indicate that successful organizations integrate multiple technologies—specifically Artificial Intelligence (AI), blockchain, and mobile payments—into comprehensive strategies rather than isolated adoptions. Consumer trust is identified as a critical mediator influencing adoption, while regulatory fragmentation and the digital divide remain substantial barriers to global implementation. The review concludes that sustainable competitive advantage derives from integrated and customer-centric innovation.

Abstract

The United States' protectionist policies, culminating in the "Liberation Day" announcement on April 2, 2025, have significantly altered the global trade landscape. This research aims to analyze the U.S. high export tariff policy and its substantive impact on the Indonesian economy using a narrative review method. The results indicate that the implementation of a 32% tariff on Indonesian products poses serious macroeconomic challenges, particularly for the textile, electronics, furniture, and palm oil sectors. The palm oil sector recorded a 22.5% decrease in export value, while national GDP growth is projected to slow from 5.20% to 5.03%. Theoretically, U.S. policies are driven by neo-mercantilist views utilizing domestic legal instruments (Sections 301 and 232) to justify protectionism on national security grounds. Indonesia responds through a five-pillar strategy encompassing trade diplomacy, market diversification via RCEP, and regulatory reforms to enhance manufacturing competitiveness. This study concludes that structural transformation toward high value-added economies is crucial for Indonesia to navigate global economic fragmentation and the erosion of the multilateral trading system

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Disiplin kerja pegawai merupakan faktor penting dalam mendukung efektivitas pelaksanaan tugas dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara yang berjumlah 42 orang, sehingga teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. Secara parsial, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan disiplin kerja pegawai dapat dicapai melalui penguatan motivasi kerja, penerapan budaya organisasi yang positif, serta penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi instansi dalam merumuskan kebijakan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia guna meningkatkan disiplin dan kinerja pegawai.
