Abstract

This study aims to explore online marketing factors that influence purchase decisions and analysis of what factors mostdominant influence. This study uses a quantitative approach. The study population is consumers shop Naufal Bag Collectionever shopped online. Research using purposive sampling size of 125 respondents. Methods of data analysis using factoranalysis. The results showed that the discovered five factors: the process of purchase, price cuts, clarity of information, productexcellence and service excellence that is proven to significantly affect consumer decisions. Naufal product excellence BagCollection is the most dominant factor influencing the consumer's decision to shop online.

Abstract

Nowadays the quality of life as the priority issue for many countries and the quality of human’s life in generally has been usedto describe individual prosperous in society. This research purposes to find out the characteristic and the role of Bugis societytowords their quality of life in Jembrana regency which is connected to social, economics, culture and religion aspect. Theanalysis method which is used in this research is Participatori Rural Appraisal (PRA) method and Depth Interview method.From those result of analysis can be concluded that Loloan Bugis society has some changes. The changes happen to the social,economics, culture and religion value.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of organitation culture on motivation, individual characteristics on motivation,organitation culture on performance of employees, individual characteristics on performance of employees, and motivation onperformance of employees in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Regional Office I Jember . The population in this research is allemployees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Regional Office I Jember. The sampling method used was sensus method.withrespondent total as many as 37 people. Variables used as many as four variables; organizational culture, individualcharacteristics, motivation, and performance of employees. The analysis tool used is the path analysis (path analysis). Theresults showed that: 1) There is influence of organizational culture on motivation in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII RegionalOffice I Jember; 2) There is influence of individual characteristic on employees motivation in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIIRegional Office I Jember; 3) There is influence of organizational culture on performance of employees in PT. PerkebunanNusantara XII Regional Office I Jember; 4) There is effect of individual characteristics on employees performance PT.Perkebunan Nusantara XII Regional Office I Jember; and 5) There is effect of motivation on performance of employees PT.Perkebunan Nusantara XII Regional Office I Jember.

Abstract

Fluctuations of exchange rate against Rupiah to U.S Dollar which unstable are influenced the domestic and foreign’s economicconditions. Macroeconomic conditions in the two countries both Indonesia and United States can make the exchange ratedepreciate or appreciate. The purpose of this research is to acknowledge the difference impact macro variables in both countriesIndonesia and the United States against the value on rupiah to US Dollar. Dynamic model is applied in this research that isPartial Adjustment Model (PAM). This model is considered to existing inertia variable that is expectation of exchange rateinfluence by the value of exchange rate that occurred previously. There are two analysis is descriptive analysis and causalanalysis. Causal is using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. OLS estimation of PAM shows all independent variable havepositive impact to the exchange rate expectation besides difference Export variable, in addition the difference of the interest ratevariable can’t influence the exchange rate significantly on important of the exchange rate expectation. In conclusion, theinterest rate policy is considered to influence the rupiah exchange rate if two countries do not change the interest ratesimultaneously and other macro policy variables must bring into line.

This research perform with explanatory research. Thesample was 35 respondents. The population in this study as well as samples so this research included in the populationresearch (census). Abstract

Research conducted aims to: 1)the know which area the center of growth in ex besuki residency , 2)the know what the sectorhave a competitive advantage in each area , 3)the know the impact of a multiplier income of the sector have a competitiveadvantage in each area , 4) to know a growth center in hinterland areas. An analysis method that used a method of quantitativeanalysis by using secondary data obtained from the Statistic Indonesia and other institutions needed. The analysis is useanalysis scalogram, analysis of shift share classic, and gravitation analysis. The analysis showed Jember district emerged as agrowth center in the region of ex Besuki residency because it has the largest number of facilities .The agricultural sector intosectors which it has value Cij ( competitive advantage ) highest among the other sectors in the four districts in ex Besukiresidency. The multiplier income calculations showed the electricty, gas and clean water have a multiplier largest income inJember district, sector buildings in Banyuwangi district, the electricty, gas and clean water in Bondowoso district, the otherservice sector in Situbondo district. While calculation gravitation analysis showed of the economic growth centers have amagnet for the region of hinterlandnya because it has value Tij ( attractiveness ) that also.

Abstract

This research describes the relation between variables of population, inflation, minimum wage, economic growth, and humandevelopment index toward the unemployment rate in Jember. The type of data used in this research was secondary data in theform of ‘time series’ obtained from Jember Department of Labor and Central Bureau of Statistics in the year of 2002-2013.The research method was a kind of statistical descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Moreover, theresearcher used partial test (T-test), simultaneous test (F-test), and coefficients determination test (R2) for the hypothesis.Whereas the assumption test was conducted in the use of normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelationtest. From the result of the data analysis, it confirmed that the population positively and significantly affected theunemployment rate in Jember. The variables of inflation, minimum wage, and human development index negatively andsignificantly affected the unemployment rate in Jember. Whereas the variables of economic growth positively and significantlyaffected unemployment rate in Jember. Finally, the result of the data analysis highlighted the variables of population,inflation, minimum wage,economic growth, and human development index that simultaneously and significantly affectedunemployment rate in Jember.

Abstract

The interest rate has an important role to regulate the exchange rate affecting an economy and banking transactions betweencountries.The interest rate as a trigger factor of development of a country has a very important role to cope with the level ofinflation and the exchange rate in the country. In this study, several factors are considered to influence the interest ratesinclude inflation, and exchange rates. The method used is multiple linear regression with time series data. The study wasconducted using monthly data from July 2005 until December 2012. The results of the regression carried out showed thatindlasi positive and significant impact on interest rates. While the exchange rate and no significant negative effect on interestrates.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the neutrality of money in various countries invited economists determines its existence. Neutrality ofmoney is being debated throughout history until this time in economics. The debate became two mahzab economic is mahzabof Classic and schools of Keynes. The findings of the neutrality of money by the camp Classic, bringing new discourse ineconomics, especially monetary economics. However, the flow Keynes against the neutrality of money is also a new discoursein the field of monetary economics. The aim of the study to determine the existence of neutrality of money against economicgrowth in Indonesia, besides of simulation models goal of this study to determine the relationship of exchange rates, inflationand 1-month SBI rate to economic growth in Indonesia. The analysis method used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) with theestablishment of model simulation and analysis of descriptive narrative. Results clause analysis with Ordinary Least Squaremethod (OLS) on model simulations indicate that the neutrality of money is not applicable in Indonesia, as well as simulationmodels in line with the 1-month SBI interest rate and the nominal exchange rate have a significant effect. While inflation stillshows the same dominant relationship. Descriptive narrative analysis gives an overview of the non-neutrality of money inIndonesia, so there needs to be an analysis or monitoring on the growth of the money supply M2.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource quality, professionalism of work, commitment to employeeperformance PDAM Jember partially and simultaneously. Research approach used in this study is quantitative. Population inthe company amounted to 150 and taken 75 respondents to use the sample with the sampling method is simple randomsampling or simple random sample by means of a lottery / raffle of names of employees PDAM Jember is then taken assamples used lottery of 75 names of employees Selected in the draw. Methods of analysis using multiple linear regressionanalysis were used to determine the influence of strong between the dependent variable and independent variables. The testresults and analysis conducted states that the variable quality of human resources and a significant positive effect on employeeperformance PDAM Jember Regency. Variable professionalism and significant positive effect on employee performancePDAM Jember. And variable commitment and significant positive effect on employee performance PDAM Jember. And thequality of human resources, professionalism, and commitment to simultaneously positive and significant influence on employeeperformance PDAM Jember Regency.
