Abstract

The Qur'an is the word of Allah SWT for all mankind which contains knowledge, so to obtain it, humans need to think. Calls for research and thinking activities have been reiterated in the Qur'an with various words such as ta‘qiluun, tafakkara, tafaqqahun and others. However, in the surah al-A'raf verse 179 mentions the heart combined with the word faqiha (yafqahuun), giving the meaning that the heart functions to understand something, this shows the existence of a thought process through the heart and mind. The formulation of the problem of this research, what is the meaning of the words يَفْقَهُوْنَ and قُلُوْبٌ in the Qur'an surah al-A'raf verse 179 and how is the relationship between the mind and heart in the surah al-A'raf verse 179. The aim is to know the relationship between reason and heart. heart, then humans should be able to use it according to His will. This research is a library research, the primary data source is the Qur'an and the book of interpretation, while the secondary data sources are books and scientific works related to research. The conclusion of this research is that in the Qur'an surah al-A'raf verse 179, it shows that there is a combination of heart and mind in the process of working in the human body. Through this combination, healthy humans will be formed and their spiritual potential will be nurtured so that they can relate to Allah SWT and other creatures correctly according to commendable morals by applying them in social life.

Abstract

Mangolat boru is an event to confront the bride and groom before the bride's departure to the namboru's house (in-law) which is carried out by the namboru's son from the bride as a farewell so that there is a pangolat wage or money. Pangolat money will be given by the men to the namboru from the women. the wages or pangolat money given by the groom is not enough, so the namboru child of the bride continues to hold and ask for more mangolat wages to the groom. In addition to slowing down, sometimes the time of the mangolat jam approaches the Maghrib call to prayer, which is where the implementation of this mangolat still continues. The purpose of the study was to find out how Islamic law reviews the mangolat tradition in marriage customs in the Bondar flower family, Sipirok district, South Tapanuli district and to find out the implementation of the mangolat tradition in the community of Bunga Bondar village. This type of research is field research. Research conducted in collecting data on phenomena that occur, is natural and scientific. The data collection of this research uses observational field studies, interviews, as well as documentation and libraries, and uses a systematic discussion. The results revealed in the thesis entitled Mangolat Tradition in Marriage Customs in the Bunga Bondar Village, Sipirok District, South Tapanuli Regency is that the mangolat custom tradition carried out by the community has been carried out for generations in various generations, this mangolat event is the last event in the implementation of the mandatory custom. carried out in a wedding ceremony, with that wages or money pangolat will always be a complement to the implementation of the mangolat pickle, where the mangolat event will take a lot of time so that the departure of the bride and groom will take a long time due to the implementation of this mangolat event.

Abstract

Implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 66 of 2017 Article 8 Concerning the Mechanism of Replacement of Village Heads in Matondang Village, Ulu Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency". The replacement of the village head is a stage that is carried out when the term of office of the village head has ended, whether it is the end of the term of office because the village head resigns, dies, requests himself or is dismissed. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to implement the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation number 66 of 2017 article 8 regarding the replacement of village heads in Matondang village, Ulu Barumun district, Padang Lawas district?, and what are the factors that hinder the implementation of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation number 66 of 2017 article 8 regarding the replacement of the village head in Matondang village, Ulu Barumun sub-district, Padang Lawas district?. This research is a type of qualitative research, Qualitative research emphasizes efforts to answer research questions through formal argumentative ways of thinking. This type of research is research in the form of field studies or field research.In this study, the researchers found that the mechanism for replacing the village head in Matondang Village, Ulu Barumun sub-district, Padang Lawas district, was an important thing that must be done in the village government so that there was no vacancy in the village head position. The community considers that the replacement of the village head in Matondang Village, Ulu Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency has been in accordance with the applicable stages or mechanisms, but the majority of people consider it not in accordance with the Implementation of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an is the word of Allah swt which sometimes has words in it that hold many meanings like the word qalbun salim. The word qalbun salim which is implied in the qur’an by mufassir which has many meanings, one of which is a clean heart and a safe heart. One of the commentators, Ahmad Musthafa Al-Maraghi, said that the heart of qalbun salim is a clean heart and a safe heart.As for the formulation of the problem of this research, how is the interpretation of the verses about qalbun salim according to Ahmad Musthafa Al-Maraghi. The purpose of this study is to find out the interpretation of the verses about qalbun salim according to Ahmad Musthafa Al-Maraghi.As for this research is library research, namely library research, which collects data sources in the form of primary and secondary library materials. The primary data source in this study is al-Maraghi’s interpretation and the secondary data sources in this study are books, journals, and books related to this research. The interpretation of verses about the heart of qalbun salim is the keyword of the qur’an in the thematic method, by collecting data on all verses related to the topic of qalbun salim.From the previous explanation the author concluded that Ahmad Musthafa Al-Maraghi said the word qalbun salim in the Qur’an, namely qalbun salimis the heart that is safe from shirk and empties his heart from actions that pollute his heart in the form of false beliefs and bad traits. Thean his heart becomes clean from sin and immorality and abstains from acts that are forbidden by Allah swt. Because on the day of resurrection a person cannot be protected  from the punishment of Allah with wealth, even if he redeems it with gold all the earth and not with the son he has.

Abstract

Buying and selling is exchanging maal (goods or property) with maal which is carried out in acertain way. Or exchange goods of value with the like in a legal way. In buying and selling, the seller must be honest, based on the desire that for others to get the goodness and happiness he wants.In the problem of buying and selling in tanjung marulak, where some rubber farmers sell rubber latex which is amixture of sand, wood, leaves into the rubber sap and this can damage the quality of the rubber sap.The main point of the problem in this study, the author is interested in triying to examine more deeply about how the practice of buying and selling rubber sap in Tanjung Marulak hamlet, Huta Godang Village, Kec. Sungai Kanan Kab.Labuhan Batu Selatan and how to review the compilation of syariah economic law on the sale and purchase of rubber latex in the hamlet of Tanjung Marulak.This study uses the field research method (field research) and is sourced from primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation.And the results of the research that the practice of buying and selling rubber sap in tanjung marulak hamlet, huta godang village, kec sungai kanan kab. Labuhan batu selatan in the sale and purchase thereis a fraud comittied by the seller, this fraud has become a habit for some of the farmers, they mix rubber sap with sand, wood, leaves so that there are parties who feel disadvantaged, namely Tokesap, because mixing rubber sap can damage its quality and if sold the factory the price is cheaper and sometimes Toke dosen’t sell sap wich has a mixture of sand, wood,leaves. The sale and purchase of the latex when viewed from the perspective of the compilation of sharia economic law, the terms and conditions are valid, and in article 76 it has been explained in the section that “the goods being traded must be known by the buyer” but in the object of the sale and purchase there are parties who don’t know the object, this can be resulting in the loss of one of the parties, in buying and selling the perpetrator must know the principle of like and equal. Love the freedom of transactions.

Abstract

This study discusses the Compilation Review of Sharia Economic Law on the Practice of Leasing Badminton Fields in Tano Bato Village, North Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan City. This research is motivated by the use of rented goods that are not in accordance with the provisions of Sharia Economic Law (KHES) due to the tenant misusing the rented goods into provisions that have been prohibited according to Islamic Shari'a. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the practice of renting badminton courts in Tano Bato Village, North Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan City and how the Compilation Review of Sharia Economic Law on the practice of renting badminton courts in Tano Bato Village, North Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan City. Based on the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is to find out the practice of renting badminton courts in Tano Bato Village, North Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan City and to find out how the Sharia Economic Law Compilation reviews the practice of renting badminton courts in Tano Bato Village, North Padangsidimpuan District. Padangsidimpuan City. This study uses qualitative research that seeks to describe, describe a situation and event based on the facts that occur in the field to obtain conclusions. As for the subject in this study, the tenants use the rented goods to the road which is clearly contrary to the provisions of KHES in article 274 paragraph 2. Then the data collection technique in this study uses snowball sampling technique by using interviews, observations to field tenants and owners. badminton court in Tano Bato Village. The results of this study indicate that the practice of leasing badminton courts in Tano Bato Village is not in accordance with the provisions of the Sharia Economic Law Compilation in article 274 paragraph 2 because the tenant has used goods into immoral ways or gambling, which in essence the practice is not allowed according to the Shari'a. Islam and the provisions of the Sharia Economic Law Compilation.

Abstract

The practice of singing bird competitions is often carried out in Ujungpadang Village, South Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan City, namely on Sundays once a week and once a month.Each participant buys a registration ticket to take part in the competition.Ticket prices vary depending on the class and the event that will be followed by the participants of the competition.The awarding of prizes is determined by the number of participants who take part in the competition, and the proceeds from ticket sales. The objectives to be achieved in this study were to find out the practice of the chirping of birds that occurred in Ujungpadang Village, South Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan City and an overview of Muamalah Fiqh on the practice of the competition. This research is a qualitative field research, namely data collection is carried out by direct observation to Ujungpadang Village, South Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan City, documentation, and interviews with the Chair of the Organization/Committee, Contest Participants, Judges, and the community who know about the practice of the chirping birds competition. occurred in the Village. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the practice of chirping birds competition in Ujungpadang Village, South Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan City, namely each participant is required to buy a registration ticket to the committee to take part in the competition. The factors that cause people to be interested in participating in the competition include as a means of entertainment, to channel the hobbies of bird lovers, the selling price of birds becomes more expensive and they are interested in the prizes for the competition. The practice of the chirping of birds that occurred in Ujungpadang Village, South Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan City, can be said to be a competition that is not appropriate and is not allowed. This is because the prize giving to the winner has an element of maysir, with the funds given coming from the money for the registration ticket for the competition participants.

Abstract

The Qur'an provides motivation or encouragement for humans to think about their personality, about the extraordinary creation of Allah SWT with all the uniqueness in every event. This is the impetus for humans to conduct research on the soul and its secrets. As contained in the letter Ali-Imran verses 42-48 regarding Psychology Maryam faced extraordinary events during the moments of the birth of the prophet Isa as. The formulation of the problem in this study is how Maryam's character is immortalized in the Qur'an, and how is Maryam's psychology in the Qur'an based on the thematic interpretation approach to Q.S. Ali-Imran: 42-48). The type of research used in this thesis is library research. Sources of data used in this thesis are in the form of primary library materials such as the Qur'an and interpretation books such as Tafsir Al-Azhar. The secondary data sources include commentaries, books and scientific papers related to research. The results of the study indicate that the character Maryam enshrined in the Qur'an is a woman chosen by Allah SWT because she comes from a good lineage, worships a lot, zuhud, is noble and purified from various forms of doubt and bad character. As for Maryam's psychology, based on the explanations of several commentators, namely Maryam has a good and tough personality, it can be seen from Maryam's obedient attitude and does not deny the news of her pregnancy which was conveyed through the angel Gabriel, even though Maryam is not married and has never been touched by any man. The good personality embedded in Maryam comes from a very conducive childhood background, she was born to pious parents and was raised by a prophet, namely the prophet Zakaria as.

Abstract

Muamalah is carried out on the basis of considerations of bringing benefits and avoiding harm in people's lives. Muamalah is carried out by maintaining the value of justice, avoiding elements of persecution, avoiding elements of taking opportunities in narrowness. In buying and selling honesty and truth are the most important values. Islam forbids fraud in all human activities, including in business activities and buying and selling. buying and selling carried out by the Simardona village community, Batang Onang District, North Padang Lawas Regency where the seller, as it is often seen, is that in the markets the seller of chicken pieces uses a sitting scale so that every sale of chicken pieces is easily weighed and so that it is clearly seen by the buyer the weighing process. Chicken sellers in Simardona Village, Batang Onang District, North Padang Lawas Regency, sell live chickens, not slaughtered. Chicken sellers only catch live chickens and then state the price to the buyer and in fact the chicken sellers in Simardona Village, Batang Onang District, North Padang Lawas Regency when selling chickens, the chickens are not weighed first, even the chicken sellers do not know how much the chicken will be selling. On the one hand, the seller sees that the chickens that he is about to sell already look big in size and in fact it often happens that the body size of the chicken which is covered with chicken feathers does not match the chicken that has been cleaned or slaughtered.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that there are still many children who do not continue their education in high school, some of them drop out of school because of the lack of family economy and children's interest in learning who follow their friends. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the implementation of Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning Compulsory High School Education, what hinders public awareness of the importance of compulsory high school education. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning Compulsory High School Education is, and to find out what factors hinder the compulsory education program for school-age children. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, namely research that is directed to describe the symptoms or events that occur in fact. Informants in this study were children aged 16-18 years as many as 20 people, parents as many as 15 people who were in Gunung Tua Village, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation and interviews. The results of the study stated that: the implementation of Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning Compulsory High School Education has not gone as expected, some children have followed the compulsory education program and some have not continued their education. Whereas this law was formed in order to improve the intelligence and ability of children in the nation and state. However, this law has not been able to improve the quality of children's education in Gunung Tua Village. What hinders public awareness of the importance of compulsory education is the lack of attention from parents to their children in the field of education, lack of public knowledge about existing education rules, and the lack of family economy in financing their children's education.
