Hygiene sanitation of food in the canteen is important because of the existence of a canteen to ensure the health of canteen users. The behavior of food handlers determines the quality of food served. During this time there were still many cases of food handlers who lacked good behavior as food handlers. This study aims to improve the behavior of food handlers in the Jember State Polytechnic canteen using poster media without counseling. This research is a quasi-experimental study with the design of one group pretest posttest. Respondents from this study came from 10 food stands at the Jember State Polytechnic canteen. The first month was given a pretest and poster installation. Then the poster was left for 2 months and posttest. Data retrieval uses a behavior checklist form that has been validated. The results of statistical analysis show that the value of p = 0.9981 which means > 0.05 (alpha). That is, there were no significant changes between before and after the poster was given. This means that giving posters without counseling was not effective in changing the behavior of food handlers for the better. Viewed from the poster media itself there are no problems. However, explanations such as short presentations or counseling are needed so that food handlers change their behavior. Keywords: Canteen, Counseling, Food Handler Behavior, Posters

Achievement of athlete in PPLP has not given good results, and even tends to decline. Physical fitness is an important factor in achievement. Among the factors that affect fitness are somatotype and nutrient intake. Suitable somatotype and balanced nutritional intake will support good performance. The purpose of this study was to study the relationship of somatotype and physical and macro nutrition intake in athletes. This study uses a cross-sectional design with a total sample of 37 people taken in total sampling. Somatotype were taken using the Heart Carter method, intake data with a 3x24 hour food recall method, and fitness data used the bleep test. Data were processed using SPSS to see the relationship of somatotype with fitness were analyzed by Chi-square statistical tests and correlation pearson test to see the relationship of macro nutrient intake with fitness. The results showed that most of them had ectomorph somatotype balance, the average nutrient intake was in the good category except that air was lacking (51,4%.%). Most athletes are in the fitter category with an average fitness of 52,12 mL/ kg /minute. Bivariate results showed that there was no relationship between somatotype and fitness but there was a relationship between macro-nutrient intake and fitness.

Patients with cardiovascular diseases such as chronic heart failure may develop cardiac cachexia. This occurs due to various mechanisms associated with pathological processes in the heart. The incidence of cardiac cachexia is also a marker of poor prognosis in patients. This condition is characterized by weight loss in patients and a decrease in muscle mass. We conducted a manual search method to find the topic-related article. A total of 30 relevant works of literature were studied. We aimed to understand the role of cardiac cachexia on the physiological function and its proper management. From our study, it wasfound that systemic inflammation had a role in the development of cardiac cachexia. The presence of cardiac cachexia is associated with the disruption in several systems such as cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and also the immune system. Strategies for prevention and appropriate management will reduce the incidence of this event. The treatment given can be pharmacological and non-pharmacological. In conclusion, cardiac cachexia impairs the functional capacity of the patient. Proper management can reduce the mortality and morbidity in patients with cardiac cachexia. Keywords: Cardiac cachexia, physiological function, preventive and management
