Abstract

This study reveals the positive impact of using audiovisual media in teaching Kang's Escape athletics to fourth-grade students at SDN 2 Suka Mukti. The main findings indicate a significant influence of audiovisual media on students' learning motivation, evidenced by a strong significance value (p < 0.05). This suggests that the use of videos, animations, or multimedia presentations in athletics learning can stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm, thus encouraging them to learn more actively and enthusiastically. The results of this study are in line with the importance of the role of learning media in creating effective and efficient teaching and learning processes. Audiovisual media, with its ability to present information in an interesting and interactive format, has proven to be able to overcome students' passive behavior and encourage active participation in learning. The use of this media is also in line with the differentiated learning approach that recognizes the diversity of students' needs and abilities, providing opportunities for each student to reach their maximum potential. Overall, this study confirms that the integration of audiovisual media in learning, especially in the context of Kang's Escape athletics, has a significant positive impact on students' learning motivation. These findings provide empirical support for educators to make better use of the potential of audiovisual media in creating a more conducive learning environment and motivating students to learn more diligently.

Abstract

Public interest in sports plays a crucial role in improving health, fitness, and active participation in physical activities. Observations in Puri Anggrek indicate that although volleyball is quite popular, community involvement is not yet optimal. This study aims to analyze the level of interest in volleyball among the Puri Anggrek community based on intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The research method used a descriptive approach with 66 respondents aged 20–40 years selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted using a closed-ended questionnaire containing 33 statements that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used descriptive statistics in the form of mean, median, standard deviation, and interest categorization based on standard deviation intervals. The results showed that overall community interest was in the moderate category. Intrinsic factors, including enjoyment, attention, and activity, were also in the moderate category, as were extrinsic factors, including environmental and family support. These findings illustrate that community interest has been established, but still requires strengthening through increasing positive experiences, access to activities, and consistent environmental support.

Abstract

Physical education is a learning process that utilizes physical activity as a medium to achieve educational goals. It not only utilizes physical activity to achieve the goals of physical education, but also other equally important aspects, namely psychological and social aspects, to build a better character for children. To achieve learning goals, students must be motivated in learning activities. Because learning outcomes will be optimal if students be motivated from within themselves (internal) and from outside (external). According to observations made by researchers, obstacles to student motivation can be influenced by environmental conditions. Therefore, by using the inquiry learning model, it is expected that students can increase their motivation in learning influenced by the inquiry learning model. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence on learning in cycle I and Cycle II. This study is a continuous experimental study and quantitative research using Classroom Action Research design. The population in this study were all students of SMPN 4 Tarogong Kidul Class IX-G, totaling 30 people. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. Data analysis in this study used tests, observations, questionnaire tests. Based on the results of the data analysis carried out, it stated that there were changes in cycles I and II from the results of the questionnaire respondent data distributed with a percentage value of 80.0%.

Abstract

The Ketuk Tilu Dance as a typical West Javanese folk dance which initially functioned as a ceremonial dance welcoming the rice harvest, and in its development has changed its function to become an entertainment and spectacle dance that usually appears on night market events, celebrations and so on. In the 1980s came the Jaipongan Dance created by Gugum Gumbira. So that makes dancers become more active. The appearance of the dance by Gugum Gumbira was originally called “Ketuk Tilu Development", which at first the work was still thick with the color of Ibing ketuk Tilu, both in terms of choreography and accompaniment. The dance is then more popularly known as Jaipongan. In its journey, Jaipongan is considered a emphasizes eroticism, because in the jaipongan dance it contains "3G" elements that are very vulgar namely geol, gitek, and rocking. But for Gugum Gumbira the viewpoint of eroticism is beauty, not what leads to sex appeal. Because if the so-called beauty or the usual carry to the erotic elements is not just rocking. The method used is observation, literacy, exploration, and improvisation. Meme in Jaipong Dance is tap tilu dance which is the forerunner to the creation of Jaipong Dance. In addition to the theory of picking this paper, there is also the theory of ideology, which was born from Gumbum Gumbira which creates patterns of motion in jaipong dance. then with its actualization proves that its emergence enriched the Sundanese dance in West Java with the pressure and encouragement so that the jaipong dance is now increasingly known to the international stage.
