Abstract

The purpose of the research is to produce a Learning Model of Ippon Seoinage Slamming Skills for Judo Sports Branch. This research was carried out through a Research and Development (R&D) approach. The researcher conducted research by referring to the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The research sampling technique carried out in this study is 1 research subject of 30 students. Data analysis used an analysis of the effectiveness test of the Ippon Seoinage Technique Slamming Skills Learning Model for Judo Sports using SPSS. The results of the research are in the form of (1) Learning Model of Ippon Seoinage Technique Slamming Skills in Judo Sports (2) Learning Model of Ippon Seoinage Technique Slamming Skills in Judo Sports .which presents 16 Learning Models of Ippon Seoinage Technique Slamming Skills in Judo Sports. (3) Product Evaluation: That there is an improvement in the skill ability of the Ippon Seoinage Technique for Judo Sports Athletes which is developed based on the results of the effectiveness test using SPSS. Obtained mean = -shows the difference from pre-test and post-test, t-count result = -11.02, df =29 and p-value = 0.000 < 0.05 which means there is a significant difference between before and after the treatment of the Judo Sports Ippon Seoinage Slamming Technique Model (4) obtained mean = -showing the difference between pre-test and post-test, t-count result = -11.02, df =29 and p-value = 0.000 < 0.05 which means there is a significant difference between before and after given treatment of the Ippon Seoinage Slamming Technique Model of Judo Sports

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of ladder drill training on dribbling performance in youth football players. A pre-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design was employed involving 20 players from SSB Untag Rosita Surabaya. Dribbling performance was assessed using a cone-based dribbling test in which players completed a timed course. The intervention consisted of structured ladder drill training integrated into regular training sessions over a three-month period. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a paired sample t-test at a significance level of p < 0.05.The results showed a significant improvement in dribbling performance following the intervention. The mean dribbling time decreased from 18.54 seconds in the pretest to 15.61 seconds in the posttest, with an average improvement of 2.93 seconds. Statistical analysis confirmed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (p < 0.05). The findings indicate that ladder drill training effectively enhances agility, coordination, and movement control, which contribute to improved dribbling performance. In conclusion, ladder drill training represents a practical and effective method for improving dribbling performance in youth football players and can be integrated into regular training programs to support technical development.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of ball feeling training on agility performance in youth soccer players and to compare the effectiveness of Side Stop and Go and Toe Tap training variations. A quasi-experimental design with a two-group pretest–posttest control group approach was employed. Twenty-one U16 football players were randomly assigned into three groups: Side Stop and Go (n = 7), Toe Tap (n = 7), and Control (n = 7). The intervention was conducted over six weeks with a frequency of three sessions per week. Agility performance was measured using the Illinois Agility Test before and after the training period. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired sample t-tests with a significance level of p < 0.05. The results showed significant improvements in agility performance in both experimental groups, with the Side Stop and Go group demonstrating the greatest reduction in test time. The control group showed only minimal improvement. These findings indicate that ball feeling training effectively enhances agility performance, particularly when incorporating rapid directional change movements. The study supports the integration of structured ball feeling drills into youth football training programs.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the active role of teachers in increasing students' learning motivation in PJOK learning. The purpose of this study is to find out the extent of the active role of teachers in increasing student learning motivation at MTs Al-Musadaddiyah Garut. The method used was a quantitative descriptive approach involving 33 students as respondents, using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that the active role of teachers was in the good category with a percentage of 76%, while students' learning motivation reached 78.4% with a good category. These findings show that the more active teachers are in managing learning, the higher the students' motivation to learn. Thus, the purpose of the activity was achieved, namely the positive relationship between the active role of teachers and students' learning motivation in PJOK learning.

Abstract

Futsal requires players to have good physical abilities, especially agility to change direction quickly and precisely during the match. Agility is influenced by several biomotor components, such as flexibility, speed, and body composition, which can be measured through Body Mass Index (BMI). This study aims to analyze the relationship between flexibility, speed, and Body Mass Index (BMI) on the agility of futsal players. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The research sample consisted of 30 players who are members of the Futsal Student Activity Unit (UKM) at Subang University and were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a sit and reach test to measure flexibility, a sprint test to measure speed, height and weight measurements to calculate BMI, and the Illinois Agility Test to measure agility. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson Product Moment correlation. The results showed that speed had the strongest relationship with agility (r = 0.58), followed by flexibility (r = 0.42) and Body Mass Index (r = 0.36). These findings indicate that futsal player agility is influenced by several interrelated biomotor components. Therefore, training programs need to address speed, flexibility, and body composition to improve futsal player performance
