Abstract

Abstrak Dusun Dampar Desa Bades Kecamatan Pasirian Kabupaten Lumajang memiliki tradisi prosesi upacara pernikahan yang berbeda dari tradisi pernikahan yang ada di Lumajang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, mendeskripsikan tahapan dan makna prosesi upacara pernikahan di Dusun Dampar Desa Bades Kecamatan Pasirian Kabupaten Lumajang, melestarikan dan memperkenalkan upacara adat pernikahan di Dusun Dampar Bades Kecamatan Pasirian Kabupaten Lumajang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, studi literatur buku dan jurnal. Hasil dari penelitian adalah tahapan prosesi upacara pernikahan yaitu, njaluk, bakal besan, lamaran, balesi lamaran, ndesek, manggulan, tebus kembar mayang, akad nikah, dan panggih. Makna dari prosesi upacara pernikahan yang berbeda dari masing-masing tahapan yang secara keseluruhan bertujuan untuk menjaga keselamatan dan kedamaian bagi kedua pengantin dalam menjalankan rumah tangga. kata Kunci : Upacara Pernikahan Dusun Dampar, Kajian, Makna. Abstract Dampar su-village Bades, Pasirian District at Lumajang Regency has a tradition of wedding ceremony processions that is different from thr other district in Lumajang. This research aimed to describe the phase and the meaning of the wedding ceremony processions in Dampar sub-village Bades, Pasirian District, Lumajang regency preserve and introduce the tradisional wedding ceremony in Dampar seb-village Bades, Pasirian district, Lumajang regency. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive method with data collection in the form of interview, book and journal literature.. The result of the study are the phase of the wedding ceremony processions, namely njaluk, bakal besan, lamaran, balesi lamaran, ndesek, manggulan, tebus kembar mayang, akad nikah, and panggih. The meaning of the wedding ceremony processions that is different from each of the phase which as a whole aims to maintain safety and peace for the bride and groom in running the household. Abstract

AbstrakTata rias merupakan ilmu yang mempelajari seni merias wajah untuk menampilkan kecantikan diri sendiri atau orang lain dengan menggunakan kosmetik yang dapat menyamarkan kekurangan pada wajah dan menonjolkan kelebihan sehingga kecantikan seseorang menjadi sempurna. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) perbandingan hasil pembentukan alis dengan menggunakan pomade dan pensil alis pada riasan pengantin modern, dan 2) tingkat kesukaan observer tentang pembentukan alis dengan menggunakan pomade dan pensil alis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang diambil berupa hasil observasi menggunakan lembar cecklist dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 11 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data 6 aspek yang diamati maka hasil pengaplikasian pembentukan alis dengan penggunaan pomade, rata-rata menilai sangat baik digunakan daripada pensil alis. Pada hasil penilaian kesukaan observer, pomade menunjukkan prosentase 91%, dengan kriteria sangat baik dan pensil alis menunjukkan prosentase 45%. Hasil observasi peneliti menunjukan banyak keunggulan pomade daripada pensil alis. Dalam pengaplikasian pomade pada riasan alis lebih terlihat jelas pada serat bulu alis dan memiliki ketahanan yang lebih kuat karena pomade mengandung unsure wax yang waterproof. Walaupun penggunaan pomade merupakan metode baru tapi metode ini sangat menguntungkan bagi masyarakat terutama dalam pengaplikasian riasan alis pada riasan pengantin modern.Kata Kunci: Perbandingan pomade dan pensil alisAbstractCosmetology is the study of the art of putting on makeup to show the beauty of oneself or others by using cosmetics that can disguise flaws in the face and accentuate the advantages so that ones beauty becomes perfect. The purpose of this study was to determine 1) comparison of the results of eyebrow formation using pomades and eyebrow pencils on modern bridal makeup. and 2) the level of observers preference regarding eyebrow formation using pomade and eyebrow pencils. This type of this research was descriptive quantitative. Data obtained was result of observation using questionnaire with 11 observers. Based on the results of data analysis of 6 aspects observed, the results of the application of eyebrow formation with the use of pomade was better than eyebrow pencil. But at the result of observer preference, pomade showed a percentage of 91% with very good criteria and eyebrow pencil showed a percentage of 45%. The observation results of the observer response, Pomade showed more advantages than eyebrow pencil. The application of pomade makes eyebrow hair look clearer and has stronger resistance because pomade contains waterproof wax. Although the use of pomade is a new method but this method provides benefits for people especially for modern bridal makeup.Keywords: Comparison of pomade and eyebrow pencil

Abstract

Abstrak: Cat kuku menjadi penunjang penampilan kuku untuk menunjukkan nilai estetis dalam sebuah karya fotografi sesuai tema yang diinginkan. Tema glow in the dark yang artinya bercahaya dalam gelap menggunakan cat kuku yang dapat berpendar dalam gelap sebagai penunjang penampilan kuku. Cat kuku tersebut memanfaatkan bubuk pigmen fosfor yang dapat berpendar kemudian di campurkan dengan cat kuku bening. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbandingan proporsi bubuk pigmen fosfor dan cat kuku bening terhadap hasil jadi cat kuku warna glow in the dark ditinjau dari sifat fisik yang meliputi warna, tekstur, kekentalan, intensitas cahaya, dan tingkat kesukaan panelis, serta mengetahui hasil jadi cat kuku warna glow in the dark yang terbaik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah perbandingan proporsi bubuk pigmen fosfor dan cat kuku bening dengan perbandingan 1:5, 2:5, 3:5, 4:5, dan 5:5. Variabel terikat dari penelitian ini adalah sifat fisik cat kuku warna glow in the dark meliputi warna, tekstur, kekentalan, intensitas cahaya, dan tingkat kesukaan panelis. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis varians tunggal (one way anova) dengan bantuan program SPSS 21 dan akan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,000 (sig=<0,05) maka dapat diartikan bahwa proporsi bubuk pigmen fosfor dan cat kuku bening dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil jadi cat kuku warna glow in the dark di tinjau dari sifat fisik meliputi warna, tekstur, kekentalan, intensitas cahaya, dan tingkat kesukaan panelis. Dari 5 perbandingan proporsi bubuk pigmen fosfor dan cat kuku bening, hasil jadi cat kuku yang terbaik adalah cat kuku dengan perbandingan 3:5 (3 gram bubuk pigmen fosfor dan 5 ml cat kuku bening) dengan rata-rata tertinggi ditinjau dari warna sebesar 3,57; tekstur sebesar 3,63; kekentalan sebesar 3,50; intensitas cahaya sebesar 3,67; dan tingkat kesukaan panelis sebesar 3,73. Kata Kunci : Cat Kuku Glow in the Dark, Bubuk Pigmen Fosfor, Cat Kuku Bening.Abstract : Nail polish supports the appearance of the nail to show the aesthetic value in a photographic work according to the desired theme. The glow in the dark theme, which means glowing in the dark, uses nail polish that can glow in the dark to support the appearance of the nails. The nail polish utilizes phosphorus pigment powder which can glow and then mixed with clear nail polish. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the comparison of the proportions of phosphorus pigment powder and clear nail polish to the result of glow in the dark nail polish in terms of physical properties including color, texture, thickness, light intensity, and the level of preference of the panelists, as well as knowing the best finished glow in the dark nail polish. This type of research is a type of experimental research. The independent variable in this study is the ratio of the proportion of phosphorus pigment powder and clear nail polish with a ratio of 1: 5, 2: 5, 3: 5, 4: 5, and 5: 5. The dependent variable of this study is the physical properties of glow in the dark nail polish including color, texture, thickness, light intensity, and panelist preference level. Data collection method used is observation. The data analysis method used is a single way analysis of variance (one way anova) with the help of the SPSS 21 program and will be followed by the Duncan test. The results of data analysis showed a significant value of 0,000 (P <0.05), it can be interpreted that the proportion of phosphorus pigment powder and clear nail polish can have an effect on the finished results glow in the dark nail polish in terms of physical properties including color, texture, thickness, light intensity, and panelist preference level. Of the 5 proportions of phosphorus pigment powder and clear nail polish, the best nail polish is nail polish with a ratio of 3: 5 ( 3 grams of phosphorus pigment powder and 5 ml of clear nail polish) with the highest average in terms of warm of 3,57; texture of 3,63; thickness of 3,50; light intensity of 3,67; and the panelist preference level of 3,73. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh penggunaan sampo silver terhadap hasil pewarnaan rambut artistik menggunakan teknik tipping. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Eksperimen yang dilakukan pada rambut model. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan sampo silver, variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil akhir pewarnaan rambut artistik menggunakan teknik tipping. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi yang dilakuan oleh 24 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji statistic analisis variasi klasifikais tunggal (one way anova) dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 21. Dari hasil penelitian , rambut dengan undercoat level 10 yang menggunakan sampo silver dengan aspek pewarnaan atau warna rambut sebesar 3,04 , aspek porositas rambut sebesar 3,04, aspek keawetan warna rambut sebesar 3,03 , aspek penetralan pigmen rambut sebesar 3,04, dan aspek tingkat kesukaan sebesar 3,05. Berdasarkan jumlah nilai rata-rata hasil yang didapatkan oleh tingkat kesukaan mendapatkan hasil baik dengan rata-rata 3,05. rambut dengan undercoat level 10 yang tidak menggunakan sampo silver dengan aspek tingkat kesukaan sebesar 2,08 , aspek penetralan pigmen rambut sebesar 2,06 , aspek porositas rambut sebesar 2,05 , dan aspek keawetan warna sebesar 2,03. Berdasarkan jumlah nilai rata-rata hasil yang didapatkan oleh aspek warna rambut mendapatkan hasil baik dengan nilai 3,00. Karena nilai signifikan kurang dari 0,5. This type of research is an experiment conducted on a hair model. The independent variable in this study is the use of silver shampoo, the dependent variable in this study is the final result of artistic hair coloring using tipping technique. Data collection methods used were observations carried out by 24 people. The data analysis technique used is the statistical test analysis of single classifical variation (one way anova) using SPSS 21. From the results of the study, hair with a level 10 undercoat that uses silver shampoo with the coloring aspect or hair color of 3.04, the porosity aspect of the hair is 3.04, aspects of hair color durability of 3.03, the neutralizing aspect of hair pigment is 3.04, and the favorite level aspect is 3.05. Based on the average number of results obtained by the level of liking get good results with an average of 3.05. hair with a level 10 undercoat that does not use silver shampoo with a favorite level aspect of 2.08, the neutralizing aspect of hair pigment is 2.06, aspect of hair porosity of 2.05, and the color durability aspect of 2.03. Based on the average number of results obtained by the aspect of hair color get good results with a value of 3.00. Because the significant value is less than 0.5. Abstract

SMA Double Track merupakan Program unggulan Provinsi Jawa Timur di Bidang pendidikan DoubleTrack merupakan pelaksanaan KBM (kegiatan belajar mengajar) reguler dan kegiatan pembekalan ketrampilan secara berdampingan sesuai dengan kearifan lokal. DikemasEkskul wajib konsepnya, keterampilan tambahan yang diberikan ekstra kurikuler (Ekskul) dengan ketentuan setiap siswa minimal satu tahun bergabung dengan Ekskul. Menurut Dindik Jatim, Saiful Rahman, sasaran daribeberapa SMA yang letak geografis sekolahnya berada di daerah terpencil, terutama diberikan kepada peserta didik yang tidak melanjutkan kuliah. Konsep ini sumber daya manusia sekaligus mengurangi jumlah pengangguran. DalamDouble Track dikhususkan kepada peserta didik kelas XI, mereka dapat memilih bidang keahlian yang mereka inginkan. Kata Kunci : Double Track, Keterampilan, Double Track High School is a superior program in East Java Province in the field of education. Double Track is the implementation of regular teaching and learning activities and organizes the provision of skills training side by side in accordance with lo(extracurricular) provided that every student at least one year joins the extracurricular activities. According to Dindik East Java, Saiful Rahman, the target of Double Track will be implemented and focused on several high schools whose geographical location of the school is in remote areas, especially given to students who do not continue their studies. This concephuman resources while reducing the amount of unemployment. Abstract

Abstrak Griya Tatha Salon & Wedding merupakan salon yang terletak di Kecamatan Pare, Kabupaten Kediri yang menyediakan jasa sewa baju dan merias pengantin serta berbagai macam perawatan. Strategi pemasaran yang lebih baik dan disesuaikan dengan perkembangan jaman diharapkan dapat meningkatkan popularitas dan penghasilan salon. Promosi yang baik dan menarik merupakan salah satu strategi yang harus dilakukan pengusaha supaya salon yang dikelola dapat terus berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh promosi online terhadap peningkatan penjualan di Salon Griya Tatha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, di mana data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan owner atau pemilik dari Griya Tatha Salon & Wedding, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari sumber pustaka dan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Pencarian data yang dilakukan menggunakan, observasi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dari wawancara dan observasi menunjukkan bahwa promosi online melalui berbagai media sosial dapat meningkatkan penghasilan salon. Efektivitas ini dapat dilihat dari antusiasme masyarakat era ini akan media sosial, sehingga promosi melalui media sosial akan lebih mudah tersampaikan dari pada melalui media cetak. Meskipun penghasilan meningkat seiring meningkatnya popularitas salon yang dipromosikan dari media sosial, peningkatan kualitas dan promo harga produk-produk salon. A better marketing strategy and adapted to the times are expected to increase salon popularity and income. A good and attractive promotion is one of the strategies that must be carried out by entrepreneurs so that the salon managed can continue to grow. This study aims to determine the effect of online promotion on increasing sales at the Griya Tatha Salon. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, where primary data is obtained through interviews with the owner or owner of Griya Tatha Salon & Wedding, while secondary data are obtained from literature sources and the results of previous studies. Data search is performed using, observation of documentation and interviews. Research results obtained from interviews and observations show that online promotion through various social media can increase salon income. This effectiveness can be seen from the enthusiasm of the people of this era for social media, so that promotion through social media will be more easily conveyed than through print media.
