MEDIANTARA: Indonesian Journal of Creative Business and Technology (IJCBT) is the first journal developed within the Multimedia Nusantara Polytechnic, an academic journal in creative and technology-based business. This journal aims to stimulate scientific thoughts from professionals and scholars from all over the world regarding research issues in the fields of business, management, and tourism that support technology-based creativity. MEDIANTARA: IJCBT accepts manuscripts from all areas of management, business, and creative business research, as well as applied and theoretical research. MEDIANTARA: IJCBT is published twice a year: January and July. Abstract

Tourism in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth thanks to various unique local destinations. In Riau Province, Kampar Regency boasts significant tourism potential, including Candi Muara Takus, a historical Mahayana Buddhist site. Unfortunately, limited promotion has led to the site's lack of widespread recognition. This study aims to develop an Android-based Augmented Reality (AR) application that presents Candi Muara Takus interactively, using the Luther-Sutopo method, which includes the stages of concept, design, material collection, production, Testing, and distribution, with Unity, Vuforia, and Blender employed for asset creation. Testing results indicate that the AR application successfully installed and operated on three Android Devices-Tecno Pova 5, Oppo A18, and Poco M3 Pro 5G with a 100% success rate on each Device. Feasibility Testing using Black Box Testing confirmed that all application features functioned as expected, including navigation and exit functions. Additionally, marker Testing showed that the system could read markers effectively if at least 50% of the marker image was visible, while markers were unreadable at 25% visibility. The AR application aims to enrich the experience of exploring Candi Muara Takus, present information interactively, and support broader tourism promotion. It is also expected to enhance public understanding and appreciation of the site's history, potentially attracting more tourists and supporting local economic growth through the tourism sector.

Abstract

Inventory has a strategic role as an essential asset for the company, especially in managing stock and controlling operational costs. Proper inventory management is key in balancing stock availability and the company's operational needs. CV. Miss Nomi Kreasi Indonesia faces challenges in aligning production planning with sales levels and market demand, which often results in excess or shortage of stock. This condition has a direct impact on increasing raw material and storage costs. This research focuses on applying forecasting methods to predict stock and production needs more accurately, using an approach of Exponential Smoothing to project inventory needs and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) to measure the level of prediction accuracy. In addition, the method of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is used to determine the most efficient ordering quantity of raw materials. The research results show that the method of Exponential Single Smoothing with an alpha value of 0.2 has an accuracy rate of 41.03%, while the implementation of EOQ succeeded in reducing total annual costs from IDR 3,315,537,185.50 to IDR 1,866,260,675.68. This research proves that using appropriate forecasting and inventory management methods increases the company's operational efficiency and can provide practical solutions to overcoming the problems of suboptimal costs and stock. Using this approach, this research can provide an effective solution to increase company operational efficiency and reduce costs related to inventory management.

Abstract

Medicine supplies are the main thing for various health care services. Analysis of needs for managing medicine supplies in several healthcare service institutions, especially clinics, is still carried out manually. Management of medicine supplies is closely related to the continuity of health services in clinics, where errors in medicine supply management will result in incidents in some clinics of having a shortage of medicine supplies when needed or even excessive medicine supplies, resulting in the medicine expiring before it is sold. To overcome errors in managing medicine supplies, clinics need a system to assist in managing supplies and analyzing medicine needs, thereby minimizing the number of mistakes in purchasing medicines or losses due to medicines not being used until they expire. Business Intelligence Companies often use it to conduct business analysis to help companies make the right decisions according to existing data. Business Intelligence It is also widely used by health care service providers. This research aims to design and implement a Business Intelligence Dashboard system for clinic inventory systems, starting from planning the Data Warehouse, processing Extract Transform Load from the transaction database to the Data Warehouse database, and developing the Business Intelligence Dashboard. The Business Intelligence Dashboard system helps clinic managers procure medicines more accurately, minimizing the occurrence of shortages or excesses of medicine supplies. The research was conducted at the leading XYZ clinic in Jakarta, with several patient visits per month of around 4,000 patients. The results of this research are in the form of a system Business Intelligence Dashboard, which can display information according to the needs of clinic managers and can help manage medicine supplies at the XYZ clinic, including by displaying medicine stock information Fast Moving blanks and the stock distribution pattern of a medicine.

Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of the Website module in the Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to support the marketing strategy of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) Bakso Krucil Tukuwo. The objective of this research is to develop a technology-based solution capable of enhancing marketing efficiency while effectively managing product information. Using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, the system development process is carried out rapidly, in a structured manner, and oriented toward user needs. The research stages include user requirement identification, system planning, user interface design, module development, as well as implementation and evaluation. The results of the study indicate that the Website module in Odoo provides various features that support integrated content management, product cataloging, and customer interaction. These features facilitate MSMEs in presenting product information professionally, expanding market reach through digital media, and increasing customer engagement. The developed system not only helps MSMEs market their products more broadly but also reduces operational barriers, such as time-consuming manual information management. Marketing digitalization through this module has proven to enhance efficiency and competitiveness of MSMEs in the era of information technology. This study offers a practical solution for MSMEs to utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology as a tool for digital transformation. The designed website platform enables more modern, organized, and measurable business management. As a result, the system not only supports effective marketing but also opens opportunities for innovation and sustainable growth in the MSME sector.

Abstract

The continuous advancement of technology requires every business sector to constantly adapt. One of the most widely used technologies in the business sector is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, which integrates all core business processes. ERP software comes in various forms, each with its own strengths and unique features. For this study, we selected Odoo ERP as the solution platform to address the challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Odoo ERP was chosen because it is considered more user friendly and accessible for various types of businesses, including MSMEs. This research aims to implement the Odoo ERP system for the MSME Optik Family , which has been experiencing issues with inventory recording that often results in inaccuracies and disrupt several business processes. The study begins by designing Porter’s Value Chain Model to identify the potential application of Odoo ERP modules in the company’s primary activities. The developed system is then tested using the Black Box Testing method to assess the functionality of each module. The designed Odoo ERP system includes modules for product ordering, inventory storage, and invoicing. These three modules enable realtime inventory monitoring and provide accurate historical data. Testing results confirm that the implemented modules function properly and significantly accelerate the previously manual inventory recording processes. The improved speed and accuracy in stock data recording contribute to faster, more efficient, and more precise operational activities for the optical business.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry in Indonesia is experiencing significant growth, and Japfa Best Serpong as part of Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. faces operational challenges related to product quality management, particularly in inventory management and product delivery. This research aims to analyze and optimize the implementation of ERP system, especially Odoo inventory module, to improve the efficiency of inventory management and reduce stock recording errors. The research methodology was conducted through interviews with the Administrator of Japfa Best Serpong, analysis using Porter's Value Chain Model, and design and testing of an Odoo-based ERP system. The results show that the implementation of the Odoo inventory module can increase the accuracy of stock records, improve product quality control, and reduce losses due to customer complaints and refunds. The system also enables better integration with logistics partners and flexibility in feature customization, which supports continuous innovation for the company. In conclusion, implementing Odoo as an ERP solution can increase Japfa Best Serpong's competitiveness in an increasingly competitive industry by improving operational efficiency and customer service quality.

Abstract

Ani Mart is a traditional basic food stall in South Jakarta, facing significant challenges in operational management, such as inefficient transaction recording, difficulty monitoring stock, and a lack of financial transparency. This problem causes operational inefficiencies in stock management and financial transparency. This research aims to improve operational efficiency and financial transparency through a POS (Point of Sale) system based on Odoo, which is designed to record all sales activities during store operations, making it easier to prepare financial reports and daily bookkeeping more efficiently. The methodology includes identifying business processes and problems, manufacturing value chain model Porter, business process planning, system implementation, and system testing. Business process identification obtains detailed data on sales business processes and operational issues while manufacturing value chain model porter supports the operational development of Ani Mart. Business process planning produces structured workflows through swimlane diagrams and use cases for integrated solutions. The ERP system implementation stage is Odoo-based integrated, with automation supports and operational accuracy. The final stage is testing to validate system function through black-box testing, ensuring system reliability and mitigating implementation risks. The research results show that the implementation of the Odoo POS system increases efficiency in recording transactions, speeds up inventory management, and produces financial reports that are accurate and accessible online. Real-time. This research emphasizes the importance of digitalization as a strategic solution for MSMEs in facing modern business competition, especially in the traditional retail sector.

Abstract

North Musi Rawas Regency has great potential for sustainable Geopark tourism development. This study analyzes the factors that affect the sustainability of tourism in the North Lake Rayo Musi Rawas Geopark, focusing on the interaction between community involvement, destination components, learning and awareness, and stakeholder collaboration. This study uses a quantitative method with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) model to analyze data collected from respondents involved in Lake Rayo Geopark tourism. The results of the study show that community involvement in the destination component, learning and awareness, as well as stakeholder collaboration have a positive and significant influence on the sustainability of Geopark tourism. This research highlights the importance of building strong collaboration between various parties, including communities, local governments, business actors, and community institutions, to achieve responsible, sustainable, and economic, social, and environmental tourism development. In addition, this study also emphasizes the importance of improving the quality of destinations and public awareness of the important value of Geoparks. Improving the quality of destinations can be done through the development of infrastructure and attractive tourist attractions. Meanwhile, increasing public awareness can be done through education, socialization, and promotion about Geoparks and their benefits. This study makes an important contribution to the development of sustainable Geopark tourism in North Musi Rawas Regency. The results of this study can be a guide for stakeholders in formulating effective and sustainable Geopark tourism development policies and strategies.

Abstract

Advanced technology enables trade transactions through internet-linked computers and smartphones. Consequently, consumers increasingly opt for online purchases due to their practicality. Impulse buying is expected to occur when consumers search for product information online. However, not all consumers make impulse purchases easily, despite an attractive marketplace atmosphere and sales promotions. This study examines and analyzes the effects of web atmospherics and online promotions on impulse online purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace. Data collection was conducted using purposive sampling, focusing on young respondents who had made unplanned purchases on Shopee. The sample consisted of 198 respondents from a private university who had engaged in impulsive buying on Shopee. Multiple regression analysis (cross-sectional) was employed as the data analysis tool. The study results indicate that online sales promotions and web atmospherics exert a significant direct influence on impulse online purchasing among young consumers. Among these factors, web atmospherics have a stronger effect, as they enhance the ease of navigating the marketplace platform.

Abstract

The decline in guest visits to Tjokro Restaurant, Grand Tjokro Hotel Yogyakarta, has become a critical concernamid the competitive hospitality industry. This study aims to analyze the influence of food quality, pricing, and menu variety on guests’ repeat purchase decisions, with satisfaction as a mediating variable. The researchemployed a quantitative approach, using ques tionnaires distributed to restaurant guests. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine the relationships between variables. The findings reveal that food quality, price, and menu variety significantly affect guest satisfaction. Furthermore, guest satisfaction plays a key mediating role in enhancing repeat purchase intention. These results indicate that improving food quality, applying appropriate pricing strategies, and innovating menu variations can directly and indirectly increase customer loyalty. The practical implication of this study is to encourage restaurant management to prioritize these elements in order to promote sustainable guest satisfaction and loyalty. This research also highlights that negative customer reviews can be transformed into strategic opportunities for improving servicequality.
