Abstract

AKI dan AKB di Kabupaten Semarang masih tinggi yaitu 146,24/100.000 KH dan 13,40/1000 KH pada tahun 2011. Pertolongan persalinan oleh tenaga kesehatan menurun dan masih terdapat 410 persalinan oleh dukun dengan 0,24 %kematian ibu pada tahun 2011. Hal ini terjadi meskipun sudah dilakukan kemitraan bidan dukun dan jampersal.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis alasan pemilihan penolong persalinan oleh ibu di Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data  dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi.  Subyekpenelitian terdiri dari informan utama sejumlah 8 ibu bersalin (4 ibu bersalin oleh dukun dan 4 ibu bersalin oleh bidan)dan 17 informan triangulasi (4 suami/keluarga dari ibu bersalin dengan dukun, 4 suami/keluarga dari ibu bersalin dengan bidan, 4  tokoh masyarakat/ tokoh agama, 4 bidan koordinator dan Kepala Seksi Kesehatan Keluarga DinasKesehatan.  Metode analisis data dengan  content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang persalinan sehat dan aman masih kurang. Ibu yang memilih dukun sebagai penolong persalinan bersikap negatifterhadap bidan karena bidan merobek jalan lahir. Ibu yang memilih bidan berpersepsi baik karena bidan ramah, trampildan cekatan, ibu yang memilih dukun berpersepsi baik dalam hal perawatan post partum. Tidak ada budaya khususdalam pertolongan persalinan baik oleh bidan maupun dukun. Kemudahan akses pada saat melahirkan merupakan faktor penentu pada pemilihan penolong persalinan. Biaya persalinan dukun  terjangkau karena bersifat suka rela dan dapat berbentuk barang. Dukungan suami dan keluarga cukup kuat dalam pemilihan penolong persalinan. Disimpulkanbahwa pemilihan dukun sebagai penolong persalinan berkaitan dengan pengetahuan, sikap, persepsi mutu pelayanan,biaya dan kemudahan akses.

Abstract

Problems in this research that is learning of derivative matter about problem solving problem still considered difficult. Lack of motivation and responsibility result in problem-solving abilities also low. This study aims to develop a valid learning media and learning with learning media developed effectively. Effective is referred to in this research is to achieve mastery, the influence and the difference of average. This research is a type of development research with ADDIE Model which is an abbreviation of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The population in this study are all students of class XI in SMA N 1 Jatinomacademic year 2016/2017. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. Techniques used to collect data in this study are interviews, documentation, observation, questionnaires and tests. Kevalidan mediaproduct developed based on validation consisting of validation of expert media I with achievement level of 93,75%, media expert II equal to 87,5%, material expert equal to 77,5% and media user equal to 86,67%. The average achievement rate is 86.355%, so the learning media is feasible to be used. The result of completeness test of problem solving ability reaching completeness of study individually with KKM 77 counted 31 students from 38 students and mastery classically 83,87%. Result of influence test by using linear regression test in SPSS program showed that motivation and responsibility influence problem solving equal to 98,1%. The mean difference test results indicate an average difference in problem solvingskills of the experimental class and control class. The average problem solving ability of the experimental class is better that 82.90 than the control class of 70.25. So the Uno Static Learning Media in the Application of Snowball Throwing Learning Model The Class XI Derivative Material is valid and effective learning. Abstract

Environmental issues have now become a global issue, one of which is the use of plastic in the bag. The use of plastics in modern life looks very rapidly, causing the level of human dependence on the higher the plastic. This resulted in the amount of plastic waste growing more and more. Various efforts to reduce the use of plastics have been done, namely by using methods 3R or Recycle, Reuse, and Reduce. But the fact is that people's knowledge about efforts to reduce the use of plastic is still lacking. Efforts to understand the young generation of plastic dangers is one solution to reduce the use of plastics. Therefore it is necessary to do reusable bag manufacturing as one solution to the problem. Researchers do devotion in MI Mu'awanah Muslimin Muslimat to train students to make reusable bag. Data were collected using observation, lecture, question and answer, and demosntration. Theaverage value of creativity of product that produced by class VI is around 83 while class VI is around 89. The average value of neatness and arranging equipment after doing activity on the same grade student equal to 80, while the students of class VI successively 83 and 80. From data obtained by good student enthusiasts in following the service program and produce products that can be used to reduce the use of plastics. Keywords: Environment, Plastic, Reusable Bag

Abstract

Pendahuluan : Demam tifoid tergolong penyakit endemic di Indonesia dan dapat  sepanjang tahun. Gejala-gejala pada penyakit ini amat bervariasi tergantung pada tingkat stadiumnya.  Penyakit ini termasuk penyakit menular yang tercantum dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 6 tahun 1962 tentang wabah. Di Indonesia insiden penyakit menunjukkan angka yang terus meningkat, sementara data dari Rumah Sakit dan pusat kesehatan juga meningkat. Di Rumah Sakit Semarang khususnya di RSI. Roemani jumlah penderita demam tifoid dari tahun ketahun juga meningkat. Dan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi penderita demam tifoid menurut umur dan gejala. Metode penelitian : penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif analitik. Instrument penelitian yang dipakai adalah catatan medis penderita demam tifoid yang menjalani rawat inap di RSI. Roemani Semarang selama periode 1 Januari 2000 – 31 Desember 2000. Hasil penelitian : demam tifoid dalam kelompok umur 15-24 tahun ( 28 % ), kelompok umur 5-14 tahun ( 27 % ), kelompok umur 24-34 tahun ( 13 % ), sedangkan demam tifoid yang terendah adalah kelompok umur 55-64 tahun ( 1 % ). Kesimpulan : demam tifoid di RSI. Roemani Semarang periode 1 Januari – 31 Desember 2000 banyak didapatkan pada umur 5-24 tahun. Lama terjadi antara 1-14 hari. Gejala pada saluran pencernaan yaitu mual / muntah, dimana frekuensinya sebesar 70%, nyeri perut sebesar 22%, sedangkan untuk test widal frekuensi terjadi pada titer 1: 320 dengan jumlah 52%.

Abstract

Wound management is an important part in wound management of patients at the Hospital. In practice wound management is often overlooked by less applying knowledge continues to evolve today. Latest wound management is the principle of moist, which is conditioned wounds covered and accompanied bandage application by using a drug that can accelerate wound healing. This study was using descriptive approach. Subject were nurses who have worked in Hospital and interest with woundcare and selected by purposive sampling. The analysis data using univariate and bivariate. This devotion is done in Harapan Hospital by conducting seminar and workshop latest wound care, followed by practice on direct patient with injuries for a month. These activities are carried out in the span of two months implemented in the Harapan Hospital. The number of participants is 50 people during the workshop and 25 people on the presentation case. Results of this activity is an increase in knowledge and skills of nurses on the latest wound care and changing policies at the Hospital with special room as a wound care clinic by using the principles of modern wound care.Keywords: implementation, modern wound care

Abstract

This research is based on researchers’ previous finding over teachers’ complaint on the implementation of curriculum 2013. The low achievement of students’ reading comprehension has long been related to the low motivation of students in reading. This situation has been considered as sighnificant obstacle when the phases of scientific based learning are implemented in learning process. In general, this research and development is aimed at inventing a learning model of reading comprehension that is based on metacognitive learning strategy in the lesson of Bahasa Indonesia at SMP Klaten. The purpose of the first year: to describe learning strategy that has been employed by teachers. The second year: to develop learning model of metacognitive learning strategy in the lesson of Bahasa Indonesia. Third year: to conduct extended implementation by testing validity, practicallity and effectiveness of the model . In the first year, this research was carried out in four SMP, while in the second year was conducted in two schools. The data collection techniques used in this study were, observation, interview, document analysis, FGD, and questionnaire. To analyze the data, interactive model, evaluative analysis, and comparative analysis were employed. The result of the firs year shows that: (1) reading comprehension is carried out in different time allotment in Bahasa Indonesia learning; (2) teachers use reading aloud as the strategy to teach reading comprehension; (3) teachers are less intensive in guiding students; (4) teachers train students to answer 5W+1H. Meanwhile, the result of the second year shows that: (1) students master the metacognitive learning strategy consists of: underlining, note taking, summarizing, and concept maping; (2) students’ reading comprehension skills are improving; (3) learning beomes more meaningful; (4) students’learning autonomy is increasing. This research will be continued in 2016 to test the validity, practicallity, effectiveness, and dissemination of the model.Keywords: metacognitive, learning strategy, reading comprehension

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the similarities and the differences which talkdeeply about the strengths and weaknesses of PAI Ristekdikti Textbook and its development product for pre-teacher students. This qualitative research uses documentation. The collected data is analyzed using content analysis and comparative descriptive analysis. The result shows that the similarities of those two textbooks are in the general purpose and main subject matter, the main sources, as well the suitability of the SN DIKTI, KKNI, and the goal of PAI learning. The most prominent difference is that the developed material is arranged and it has met the needs of pre-teacher students, strengthening the values of character and nationalist spirit at the end of each chapter, presenting indicators of learning objectives at the beginning of each chapter, and enriching noble moral habituation. The shortcomings are in the ‘burhani’ scientific approach and the enrichment of Islamic civilization. While the PAIRistekdikti Textbook stands out in the ‘burhani’ scientific approach that isinterconnected with Psychology, Social, Theology, and Philosophy, enriching insights into Islamic civilization, and Indonesian contextualization. The shortcomings are in the form of inconsistencies in writing sources from the verses of the Qur'an and the hadith, the lack of material that is integrated with teacher’s characters and nationalist spirit.Keywords: Comparative study, PAI textbook, development, pre-teacher student

Abstract

University  is one of the educational providers who establish experts for the future. Especially for the teacher education major is always needed innovation in learning. Related to this case, a learning model for increasing creativity of students in transfering knowledge and skills possessed is needed. Constructivist and collaborative learning models can assist students in developing character education (moral character and performance).The method used interpretative method, some literatures related to interpreting, it was analyszed into a learning concept. The elements of constructivist are put in the lesson study steps.Keyword: Contructivist, Character.

Abstract

Onion's frying increase more delicious of fried rice, fried noodle etc. Sometimes onion's farmers have some problem, one of their problem is low price onion's product. Better they sliced their onions and fry it in order to have more economic of their product. lf the slicing process use engine, so this engine will help them to increase the slicing onion's product. Base on cutter rotor rotation is 200 rpm, research would like to know the effective of capacity and cutter angle with variables diameter is small up to big. The result of this research are : the capacity of small onions'diameter is (0.063 + 0.0016). 102 kg/sec. For middle diameter (r < o< 2.5 cm)is (0.04g t o.ooi+). 10 kg/sec. For big diameter (O> 2.5 cm) is (0.032 + 0.0019). t0-2 kg/sec. Ail of thesecapacity based on rotor's speed is 200 rpm and the cutter angle is 4o and slicing onion is a good thickness for fried onions.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Differensial counting merupakan hitung jenis lekosit dilakukan bersama-sama dengan pemeriksaanapus darah tepi. Bentuk preparat darah apus adalah simetris sehingga dimungkinkan distribusi yang sama atau hampirantara zona atas dan bawah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara zona atas dan bawahsehingga pembacaan pada zona IV sampai VI dapat dilakukan guna menghitung 100 sel lekosit.Metoda: Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Patologi Klinik Unimus antara bulan April sampai Juni 2009. Jenispenelitian ini adalah analitik dengan cara membandingkan hasil hitung jenis sel lekosit berupa basofil, eosinofil,staff, segmen dan limfosit pada zona atas dan bawah preparat darah apus. Sampel diperoleh secara purposif darimahasiswa D III Analis Kesehatan sebanyak 10 orang berupa darah vena. Masing-masing sampel dibuat preparatapus duplo menggunakan pengecatan Giemsa. Pembacaan preparat darah apus dilakukan pada zona atas dan bawahmasing-masing sebanyak 100 sel lekosit. Dibandingkan rerata zona atas dan bawah, analisis data menggunakananalisis statistik dengan program komputer SPSS. Teknik analisis data untuk mengetahui perbedaan jenis-jenis lekosityang berupa basofil, eosinofil, staff, segmen dan limfosit menggunakan analisis t test relatid / Wilcoxon.Hasil penelitian: tidak terdapat perbedaan hasil penghitungan jenis-jenis lekosit antara zona atas dan bawah.Simpulan: hitung jenis lekosit dapat dilakukan pada salah satu bagian yaitu atas atau bawah zona IV sampai VI.Kata kunci: Differential counting, zona atas dan bawah
