Abstract

University  is one of the educational providers who establish experts for the future. Especially for the teacher education major is always needed innovation in learning. Related to this case, a learning model for increasing creativity of students in transfering knowledge and skills possessed is needed. Constructivist and collaborative learning models can assist students in developing character education (moral character and performance).The method used interpretative method, some literatures related to interpreting, it was analyszed into a learning concept. The elements of constructivist are put in the lesson study steps.Keyword: Contructivist, Character.

Abstract

Pelnellitian ini melngkaji telntang gaya bahasa sindiran yang dipakai olelh Najwa Shihab dalam Acara Lapor Pak di Stasiuln Tellelvisi Trans7 yang ditayangkan ullang pada youltulbel. Meltodel pelnellitian yang digulnakan adalah jelnis pelnellitian delskriptif kulalitataif. Telknik pelngulmpullan data yang digulnakan olelh pelnullis dalam pelnellitian ini melnggulnakan telknik analisis isi. Sulmbelr data dalam pelnellitian ini belrulpa kalimat yang ditultulrkan olelh Najwa Shihab dalam acara Lapor Pak, yang belrisi gaya sindiran selrta melngandulng makna ulntulk melnyindir para tokoh politik dan peljabat-peljabat di Indonelsia. Hasil pelnellitian ini melnulnjulkkan bahwa telrdapat gaya bahasa sindiran yang diulcapkan olelh Najwa Shihab keltika seldang melmelrankan adelgan di acara Lapor Pak. Data yang didapat dalam pelnellitian ini selbanyak 19 gaya bahasa sindiran, yang telrdiri dari selpullulh gaya bahasa sindiran ironi, dula bahasa sindiran sinismel, lima bahasa gaya bahasa sindiran sarkasmel, satul bahasa sindiran satirel, satul bahasa sindiran innelulndo yang disampikan julga disellingi delngan kalimat-kalimat hulmor agar tidak melnimbulkan kelsalahpahaman dan ulntulk melnghindari konflik. Adapuln kellayakannya selbagai altelrnatif bahan ajar di SMP pada kompeltelnsi dasar (KD) 3.6, yaitul melnellaah strulktulr dan aspelk kelbahasaan celrita pelndelk yang dibaca ataul didelngar. Kompeltelnsi dasar ini belrtuljulan seltellah melngikulti pelmbellajaran pelselrta didik dapat melnjellaskan gaya bahasa yang telrdapat pada videlo selbagai meldia pelmbellajaran. Belrdasarkan kompeltelnsi dasar telrselbult pelselrta didik dapat melmpellajari belbagai jelnis gaya bahasa yang di gulnakan olelh Najwa Shihab.

Abstract

Permasalahan kesejahteraan sosial selalu ada dalam kehidupan manusia, tidak terkecuali dalam lingkungan masyarakat desa Bagelen. Desa Bagelen Kecamatan Gedong Tataan Kabupaten Pesawaran merupakan desa yang sanagat strategis yang berada di pusat Kabupaten Pesawaran.Berbagai potensi desa yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pengembangan dan kemajuan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Bagelen Kecamatan Gedong Tataan Kabupaten Pesawaran seiring dengan kemajuan tekhnologi yang semakin maju dan berkembang diantaranya adalah pengembangan ekonomi kreatif, penguatan program Smart Village, dan mendirikan Pojok Baca disetiap dusun desa Bagelen yang berguna untuk merangsang minat baca masyarakat desa Bagelen dan juga meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia Masyarakat Desa Bagelen. Oleh karena itu, malalui Program Kuliyah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang merupakan implementasi Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk dapat menggali lebih dan mengembangkan potensi desa yang ada di desa Bagelen. Sehingga Masyarakat desa Bagelen dapat mengatasi permasalahan kesejehteraan sosial yang ada dilikungkungannya. Sasaran pengabdian ini antara lain tokoh masyarakat, karang taruna dan petugas pemerintahan desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah menggunakan metode Penyuluhan yaitu dalam bentuk ceramah. Adapun manfaat kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat iini adalah untuk menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan masyarakat untuk dapat menggali dan memanfaatkan potensi desa yang ada meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether the numbered head together learning model has a significant influence on students' learning outcomes in the game of soccer in elementary schools. This model uses quantitative research methods, this research was conducted in elementary schools with a sample of 16 class VI students. Data collection was carried out using observation instruments, tests and documentation. This research measures the effect of the TGFU model and modified ball on increasing students' active learning time as a result of playing soccer. The instrument used is The Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI). To obtain data on the results of learning about soccer skills, The Game Performance Assessment Instrument was used. The Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI) can be used as a means to assess the ability to play games in sports. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence between Teaching Game For Understanding on the learning outcomes of elementary school students in the game of soccer with a calculated t value of 2.631 with a significant value (sig) of 0.014 < 0.05, which means the variable X (Teaching Game For Understanding) on the terical variable (soccer game learning outcomes) is 19.8%.

Abstract

Pekon Mulyorejo, located in Pringsewu Regency, Lampung, has great potential in the development of local food-based culinary businesses. Most of the people in this region make a living as farmers and catfish cultivators, but their production is still sold in raw form with relatively low economic value. This community service program aims to increase the added value of local products through food processing innovation by combining cendol, catfish, and durian into unique and high-selling value culinary products. The methods used in this program include production training, technical assistance, and marketing development. The program was carried out for 6 months involving 25 participants consisting of PKK women and MSME actors in Pekon Mulyorejo. The results of the program showed a significant improvement in the participants' food processing skills, the creation of an innovative product "Cendol Lele Durian" which has received a positive response from the local market, as well as an increase in the average income of participants by 35%. The sustainability of the program is guaranteed through the formation of business groups and continuous assistance in production and marketing aspects.

Abstract

This research aims to discover: (1) The influence of teacher perceptions about educational standards on teacher performance. (2) The principal's leadership style influences teacher performance. (3) The influence of teachers and the principal's leadership style on teacher performance. This research focuses on Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) in West Tulang Bawang Regency, Lampung. This research method includes correlational/associative with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, questionnaires and documentation. First, the regression analysis calculated t value reached 2.594, exceeding the t table value of 0.320 with a significance of 0.014, lower than 0.05. In addition, the teacher's perception of educational standards (R Square) is 0.157, showing that the principal's leadership can explainaround 15.7% of teacher performance. Second, the regression analysis calculated t value for teacher perceptions reached 3.583, exceeding the t table value of 0.320, with a significance value of 0.001 which is less than 0.05. Third, the magnitude of the influence of teacher perceptions on educational standards is (R Square) 0.263, which indicates that around 26.3% of teacher performance can be explained by teacher professionalism. Third, with the calculated F regression results of 9.437, greater than the value of 3.27, with a significance value of 0.001, less than 0.05. In addition, the influence of teachers' perceptions of educational standards and principals' leadership styles (R Square) of 0.350 indicates around 35% of variation in teacher performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Tik-Tok terhadap pemerolehan Bahasa anak usia 3-5 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Tik-Tok dalam pemerolehan Bahasa anak usia 3-5 tahun, yaitu (1) Anak-anak lebih cepat memperoleh bahasa baru, (2) Anak lebih cepat mengingat bahasa yang baru didapat dan (3) Dapat meningkatkan kreativitas anak dalam menyusun kata. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh negative dari Penggunaan Tik-Tok terhadap pemerolehan Bahasa anak 3-5 tahun, yaitu (1) Banyak konten yang kurang sesuai dengan umur anak jika kurang diawasi oleh orang tua, (2). Terdapat kata-kata yang tidak pantas diucapkan (sarkas, sara, rasis, dll), (3). Berkurangnya waktu anak untuk beraktivitas dengan teman-teman mereka, (4) Gangguan pada waktu tidur anak, dan (5) Dapat menghabiskan waktu yang seharusnya digunakan untuk aktivitas lain yang lebih bermanfaat atau produktif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini, yaitu orang tua dapat memahami konten yang tepat sesuai dengan usia anak, dan melakukan pengawasan dalam penggunaan media Tik-Tok, agar kemajuan teknologi dapat mendukung perkembangan bahasa anak.

Abstract

Problem Indication SDN 2 Gisting Permai students' understanding of anti-corruption education is still low, due to the curriculum that has not been integrated, conventional learning methods, and the lack of interesting learning resources. Objective To introduce anti-corruption education to students of SDN 2 Gisting Permai through the method of playing situation cards. Method Adopted Qualitative case study approach with problem-based learning and situation card game technique. 57 grade 6 students were involved. The results found that students' understanding and attitude towards anti-corruption increased significantly after the activity. The situation card game method proved effective in instilling anti-corruption values. The activity also had a positive impact on students' daily behavior at school. The application of similar methods can be carried out in other schools to create a young generation with integrity.

This socialization is intended to provide an overview to parents at SD Negeri 1 Gisting Permai about their role in preventing sexual violence. This study uses the method of counseling analysis (initial, core, and final activities) in a qualitative descriptive approach. Parents and students of grades V and VI of SDN 1 Gisting Permai participated in this study. The findings of the study showed that every 6th grade student of SDN 1 Gisting Permai and their parents who attended the seminar responded well. Abstract

Abstract: This study analyzes the strategic planning implemented at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Ummah NW Bagek Nunggal, Lombok Tengah, to improve the quality of education. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was used to explore data on educational policies, challenges faced, and the impact of the strategies applied. The findings indicate that planning involving various stakeholders, such as the headmaster, teachers, and the community, has a positive impact on the quality of education. The development of a competency-based curriculum, improvement of teacher quality, and the utilization of technology in learning are important steps. Partnerships with various parties are also crucial for supporting resources and funding. This study provides recommendations for the sustainable improvement of educational quality in the madrasah. Keyword: Strategy, Madrasah, Improve, Education Quality. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi perencanaan yang diterapkan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Ummah NW Bagek Nunggal, Lombok Tengah, untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif digunakan untuk menggali data tentang kebijakan pendidikan, tantangan yang dihadapi, dan dampak strategi yang diterapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan yang melibatkan berbagai pihak, seperti kepala madrasah, guru, dan masyarakat, memberikan dampak positif terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Pengembangan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi, peningkatan kualitas guru, dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran menjadi langkah penting. Kemitraan dengan berbagai pihak juga penting untuk mendukung sumber daya dan pembiayaan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan di madrasah. Kata kunci: Strategi, Madrasah, Meningkatkan, Pendidikan.
