Abstract

Periksa payudara sendiri atau SADARI hingga saat ini merupakan cara deteksi dini kanker payudara yang cukup efektif. SADARI mudah dilakukan dan bisa diterapkan kepada semua usia, baik remaja dan wanita dewasa. Dengan melakukan SADARI yang benar dan rutin, sebanyak 80 persen kanker payudara bisa ditemukan. Meski gerakan sangat mudah, nyatanya belum banyak wanita yang tergerak untuk melakukan SADARI. Penyuluhan deteksi dini kanker payudara dengan SADARI dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan praktik. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 41 peserta wanita Dusun Candirejo. Penyuluhan efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta dilihat dari hasil uji paired sample t-test, terlihat nilai mean perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum penyuluhan dan sesudah penyuluhan sebesar 2,92 dengan standar deviasi 15,79. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p-value = 0,030Kata Kunci : SADARI, pengetahuan, penyuluhan

Abstract

Latar belakang : Remaja putri masih banyak yang mengalami ketidakteraturan pada siklus menstruasinya, baik dengan rata-rata siklus pendek maupun rata-rata siklus panjang. Hasil studi pendahuluan diketahui bahwa 53,3% remaja putri mempunyai rata-rata siklus menstruasi yang tidak teratur. Salah satu kemungkinan penyebab ketidakteraturan siklus menstruasi pada remaja putri adalah kondisianemia. Masih ada 59,9% remaja putri yang mengalami anemia. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui hubungan kadar hemoglobin dengan siklusmenstruasi pada remaja putri di SMP negeri 8 Kota Magelang. Metode penelitian : Penelitian menggunakan metode analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel adalah 65 siswi, teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Pengukuran kadar hemoglobin menggunakan metode cyanmethemoglobin. Analisa data menggunakan uji korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil : Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin responden adalah 11,81 g/dl dan rata-rata siklus menstruasi responden adalah 33,26 hari. Secara statistika didapat nilai p = 0,010 (p < 0,05) ini berarti ada hubungan antara kadar hemoglobin dengan siklus menstruasi. Sedangkan nilai korelasi pearson product moment r = -0,319 menunjukkan hubungan dengan kekuatan korelasi sedang dan arah korelasi berpola negatif, artinya semakin rendah kadar hemoglobin semakin panjang siklus menstruasinya.Kesimpulan dan Saran : ada hubungan antara kadar hemoglobin dengan siklus menstruasi. Bagi remaja putri diharapkan lebih menjaga kesehatan diri dengan mengkonsumsi makanan dengan menu seimbang dan meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang kebutuhan gizi dan nutrisi bagi kesehatan reproduksi mereka.

Abstract

This research is based on the lack of students’capability in composing sentences to be meaningful text. This condition can be seen from the students’writing score which is relative low and their writings are lack of coherence and cohesion. Based on this problem, the reseacher creates interesting innovation for the teaching learning process by using demonstration and discussion method.  The objective of the research is how to compare between demonstration and discussion to improve students’writing skill statistically. It uses demonstration and discussion inwhich students’writing were compared significantly using t-test formula for analyzing the data.The result shows that there is a significant difference between making use of demonstration and discussion. The students’score of writing taught by discussion are better than those taught using demonstration method. It is also supported by students’questionaire. Finally, the researcher encourages lecturers not only to use interactive media, method, or technique but also support students’ to learn how to write well writing.

Abstract

The condition in a learning process characterized the certain barriers to reach study results called by a learning difficulty. A learning disability students wouldhave an impact on student learning achievements. The research is a follow-upto previous studies said that intelligence quotient (IQ) have an significantagainst difficulties study results students in subjects chemical. This studyfocused on the relationship between intelligence quotient and student’sdifficulty in chemistry class at SMA N 9 Semarang. It was a descriptivequalitative research which used observation, interview, documentation, andquestionnaire as the method to collect the data. From the result it can beconcluded that there was relationship between student’s learning difficulty andthe intelligence quotient, especially on student’s reasoning ability during thechemistry class. The ability to think students include computation capabilitiesand memorization.This proved that hypothesis right, namely intelligencequotient have an significant against difficulties study results students inparticular to the matter memorization in matter a periodic system element on the subjects of chemical in SMA N 9 Semarang. Keywords:Intelligence quotient (IQ), Learning difficulty, Chemistry

Abstract

Young women are more susceptible to anemia than boys. That's because the iron requirement in young women is 3 times greater than in men. Young women every month have menstruation that automaticallybleeds. That is why young women need iron to restore their body condition to its original state. It is unfortunate that most teenage girls do not realize it because of too much teenage activity, or a restricted diet because they want to look slim and so on. Community service activities aims to help improve adolescent  knowledge about anemia in adolescents and prevent the occurrence of anemia in adolescents. Activity targets are young women aged 12-15 years who are in MTS Yapik Karanganyar Pekalongan district. The expectedbenefits of this activity is the increased knowledge of adolescents about the importance of reproductive health in this case to prevent the occurrence of anemia with the extension services anemia, held a discussionon anemia and drinking iron tablet together to provide awareness among adolescents about the importance of preventing anemia in adolescents. The methods used in this activity are discussion of questions and answers, lectures, and demonstrations. Resource persons in this activity is a lecturer team STIKESMuhammadiyah Pekajangan, teacher Yapik MTS. The results of this activity are almost all teenagers active in the activity and an increased knowledge about anemia in adolescents.Keywords: Anemia, adolescents, iron tablets

Abstract

Telah lama para peneliti mempelajari keausan yang terjadi karena kontak dua buah benda, baik secara analitik dan numeris untuk menganalisa secara tepat dalam komponen permesinan. Paper ini membahas tentang pemodelan keausan silinder pada bidang datar menggunakan pendekatan analitik dan simulasi elemen hingga. Pemodelan keausan dikembangkan dari model Hegadekatte untuk kasus line contact secara analitik. Dengan updated geometry dari simulasi software ANSYS, nilai tegangan maksimal yang diperoleh, digunakan untuk menghitung keausan Archard. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan model analitik dan simulasi elemen hingga memiliki hasil yang bagus.Over the years, many researchers have conducted some studies analytically and numerically dealing with wear on two contacting surfaces due to its important in reliability analysis on mechanical components. This paper presents analytical and numerical wear modeling of sliding contact between a cylinder against flat. The development of Hegadekatte’s analytical model for line contact is obtained to model the wear of the cylinder. The updating geometry is used in finite element software, ANSYS to predict the geometry change of the cylinder due to wear. The prediction is made by using the contact pressure, resulted from finite element simulation as an input in Archard wear equation. The comparison between the analytical and finite element simulation result performs good agreement.Kata kunci: kontak sliding, keausan, silinder

Abstract

Abstract. Teaching Indonesian language for foreign speakers at Khon Kaen University, Thailand. This was the first Bahasa Indonesia course in Khon Kaen University. Because the learners in this course never knew about Bahasa Indonesia before, so the teacher introduced them about Indonesian traditional dances. This was the best way to attract foreign learners about Indonesian culture and develop their character. They didnt only learn about Indonesian language, but also local culture. The learners in Bahasa Indonesia course were beginner level (A1) so the teacher chose Denok dance from Semarang and Jaranan dance from Central Java. Because the movements in both dances were also in basic level. The class consist of seven students, 3 boys and 4 girls, they are first and second year students. They came from different study programs, such as Nursing, Engineering, Spanish and Germany. The teacher taught Denok dance for the girls and Jaranan dance for the boys. They also learnt about the meaning of the lyric in these dances, the costumes that the teacher brought from Indonesia, such as sampur(shawl), jarit, kebaya, tapih, head band (ikat kepala) and how to use them, how to make Jaranan as the accessory to perform the dance. At the end of the course, they performed the dance on the stage and seen by many teachers and students in Khon Kaen University and the videos had been uploaded inYouTube.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan desa dalam implementasi penerapan UU Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, khususnya dalam hal APBDesa apabila dilihat dari perencanaan APBDesa, pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban APBDesa, akuntabilitas finansial,dan pengawasan APBDesa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah delapan desa di Kabupaten Sleman, yaitu desa Girikerto, Wonokerto, Donokerto, Bangunkerto, Jogotirto, Kalitirto, Tegaltirto, dan Sendangtirto. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatifdeskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari delapan desa yang menjadi sampel telah siap dalam implementasi penerapan UU Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, khususnya dalam hal APBDesa. Namun desa belum sepenuhnya siap karena masih ada kendala dalam implementasi UU Desa. Faktor utama yang menjadi penghambat adalah keterbatasan waktu dalam persiapanadministrasi dan pemahaman isi Undang-Undang sebagai dasar aturan. Faktor lainnya adalah sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang kurang mendukung. Kata kunci: UU Desa, Kesiapan Desa, APBDesa, Akuntabilitas Finansial

Abstract

University  is  a  distance  education  provider  college's  that  uses  Personal Assignment Scores, Team Assignment Scores, Quiz Score and Final Exam Score as parameters of Student Academic Performance. Anomalous data is data that deviates from a pattern in a data set. The existence of anomalous data can indicate  a  disturbance  in  a  system.  This  study  was  conducted  to  find  the association rules of academic performance parameters of student M who was studying at U University and then to identify anomaly based on the Association Rules obtained. Abstract

It takes an on-line learning system (learning management system) that can be used by prospective teachers, lecturers and tutor teachers. The purpose of this study is to produce educational apprenticeship web design. The type of research is development research. The development research model used is ADDIE. using the ADDIE development model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This research is only up to the web design stage. The results of the study are the results of web-based applications with teacher, student, lecturer and admin users. Each feature is developed with similar content. Keywords: Pembelajaran abad 21, Learning Management System.
