Abstract

Commanditaire Vennotschaap or often reffered to as CV is a buseiness entity that can be used as another option besides PT for business actors with small capital who want to open a business considering that the process of establishing a CV is not as complicated as the process of establishing a PT. The first objective of this study is to analyze the regulation of CV which is an unincorporated business entity. The second objective is to analyze the legal position of CV in conducting legal acts in Indonesia. This research is conducted with an empirical research model with a descriptive analysis approach and uses data collection methods through interviews. This is done to find out whether CV as a business entity is in accordance with existing regulations. The results of this study reveal first, that the regulations on CVs are regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2018 concerning Registration of Commodity Partnerships, Firm Partnerships, and Civil Partnerships and the Commercial Code. Second, CV as a business entity that is not incorporated, can still perform various legal acts such as conducting sale and purchase agreements, cooperation agreements, and other legal acts because it has a deed of establishment. Commandiitaire Vennotschaap atau yang sering disebut sebagai CV merupakan badan usaha yang dapat dijadikan opsi lain selain PT bagi para pelaku usaha dengan modal yang tidak besar yang ingin membuka usaha mengingat proses pendirian CV tidak serumit proses pendirian PT. Tujuan pertama penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaturan tentang CV yang merupakan badan usaha yang tidak berbadan hukum. Tujuan kedua adalah untuk menganalisis kedudukan hukum CV dalam melakukan perbuatan hukum di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan model penelitian empiris dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis dan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah CV sebagai badan usaha sudah bersesuaian dengan peraturan yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan pertama, bahwa peraturan tentang CV diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia No. 17 Tahun 2018 tentang Pendaftaran Persekutuan Komanditer, Persekutuan Firma, dan Persekutuan Perdata; dan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Dagang. Kedua, CV sebagai badan usaha yang tidak berbadan hukum, masih tetap bisa melakukan berbagai perbuatan hukum seperti melakukan perjanjian jual beli, perjanjian kerja sama, dan perbuatan hukum lainnya karena telah memiliki akta pendirian.

Abstract

Selama ini, pengukuran pendapatan nasional terutama bertumpu pada indikator ekonomi tradisional seperti Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), yang lebih menekankan aktivitas produksi. Pendekatan ini dinilai belum mampu menggambarkan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara menyeluruh karena belum memasukkan aspek sosial dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan metodologi baru dalam perhitungan pendapatan nasional dengan mengintegrasikan variabel sosial meliputi ketimpangan pendapatan, tingkat kesehatan, dan mutu Pendidikan serta komponen lingkungan seperti emisi karbon, kerusakan sumber daya alam, dan biaya pemulihan ekosistem. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui penyesuaian model pendapatan nasional standar dengan indikator sosial dan lingkungan, disertai analisis perbandingan terhadap model sebelumnya. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan terintegrasi ini mampu memberikan gambaran pembangunan ekonomi yang lebih akurat serta mengungkap potensi bias ketika kebijakan hanya berfokus pada pertumbuhan PDB. Model yang ditawarkan diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif dalam perumusan kebijakan ekonomi yang lebih adil, berkelanjutan, dan adaptif terhadap dinamika global, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi bagi pembaruan metodologi statistik ekonomi dan kerangka pembangunan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Instagram as a storytelling media in the @temangagal_muu community, Instagram becomes a story-sharing information tool categorized as social media that can provide a st ory zone in self-disclosure for individuals who do not have social support around them. The @temangagal_muu online community is present as a means of commun ication and a means of educating related to mental health issues. The theoretical foundation used is the communication privacy management theory which explains that every individual has the right to their personal information, so information according to this theory is a variety of types of information that will make individuals control the information they have and use the conceptual basis of communication, social media, Instagram, storytelling, community. The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study technique, constructivism paradigm, descriptive, research nature. Using data collection techniques in the form of online interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Instagram as a medium of interaction for introverted individuals and as a means of self-disclosure that has a confidential range so that individuals feel safe and comfortable. The completion of Instagram as one of the media used by @temangagal_muu in interacting with individuals, in the activity of managing the publication and interaction activities of the @temangagal_muu online community.

Abstract

The development of information technology has increased the use of computer networks in various sectors, including educational settings. However, this increased network usage has also been accompanied by an increase in cybersecurity threats that can disrupt service availability and data security. One frequently encountered threat is a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack, which can degrade network performance and disrupt academic activities. This study aims to analyze network security threats and the implementation of firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) to improve system protection in computer network environments. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach through an analysis of several studies discussing DDoS attacks in educational environments. The results indicate that DDoS attacks can degrade the quality of network services and hinder user access to academic systems. Furthermore, the implementation of firewalls, IDS, and IPS has been proven to improve network security through more effective filtering, detection, and prevention of attacks. Based on the analysis, implementing layered security that combines firewalls, IDS, and IPS can be an effective solution for improving system protection and maintaining the stability of computer network services.

Abstract

Women's empowerment has become a crucial issue in achieving sustainable development, particularly in Muslim communities where religious values and local cultural traditions strongly influence social and economic practices. This study aims to examine how Islamic perspectives and local wisdom contribute to women's empowerment in Bondowoso Regency, East Java, Indonesia. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design to explore women's experiences in economic, social, and community development activities. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis involving Muslim women, religious leaders, community leaders, and local empowerment facilitators. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings reveal that women's empowerment in Bondowoso is strengthened by the integration of Islamic values, including amanah (trustworthiness), ta'awun (mutual assistance), ukhuwah (solidarity), and maslahah (public welfare), with local wisdom characterized by kinship networks, mutual cooperation, indigenous knowledge, and community-based economic traditions. Women actively participate in agriculture, livestock management, small-scale enterprises, religious organizations, and social activities that contribute to household welfare and community resilience. The study also identifies the TENGKA model (Trust, Effort, Networking, Keeping, and Active Participation) as an effective framework for understanding empowerment processes within Madurese Muslim communities. The integration of Islamic principles and local wisdom enhances social capital, leadership capacity, economic resilience, and environmental sustainability. Therefore, women's empowerment programs should incorporate culturally embedded and faith-based approaches to achieve inclusive and sustainable community development.

Abstract

Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Mina Samudera is one of the most rapidly growing cooperatives in Tangerang Regency, with a total membership of 9,877 people. This study was conducted in May 2017 at KUD Mina Samudera, Pakuhaji District, Tangerang Regency, using descriptive statistical analysis, motivation theory, and SWOT analysis. KUD Mina Samudera operates four main business units: the Swamitra Mina Savings and Loan Unit (USP), Pesisir Store, Grameen Pesisir , and the Fishermen’s Fuel Station (SPDN). These business units have consistently increased their annual profits and provided significant benefits to fishermen, including financial support, logistics, fuel, and additional business opportunities for their wives. A growth and development strategy serves as an alternative approach for the cooperative by optimizing its financial strength, management, and existing business units. However, challenges remain, including limited access to information and location, low community participation, and the need for more competent human resources. To address these issues, improving cooperative accessibility, increasing member participation, and fostering collaboration with the government are essential to ensuring the sustainability and growth of the cooperative.

Abstract

Morse code is a code that is still used by ORARI and the Scout in communicating. LearnMorse code requires an understanding of the cues delivered because Morse code was notsubmitted as a visualization of dots and lines, but must understand the long and shortsignal of Morse code. Morse tree method is used to facilitate the deciphering Morse codemessage. The aim of this study is to apply the method in a binary search tree andimplements Morse on android platform in the form of short messages using Morse code.Methods of approach and the development of systems using object-oriented approachand waterfall method. Results from this study that to change or alter the text to Morsebe required text identification numbers used to trace the Morse tree with a binary searchtree method. The application of Morse code signaling carried out in the interval of 200milliseconds for every point. Binary tree search method can be applied in tracing theMorse tree and implemented on the android platform for deploying long and short signalMorse code.

Currently the use of web-based applications in various fields is increasing. This is because the benefits are very large especially to spread the information widely. Many area are using web-based application such as medical and health, advertizement, education, and also in the field of government, especially the KPUD in order to provide services to the community. In this research, an analysis on the performance of KPUD website of Central Java province where the result is recommendation for improvement of performance of Use of CDN and Mobile Speed from website.

Abstract

Transnasional Crime as a from of crime that could potentially threaten the life of the community such as the economy, social orderl and security, both nationally and regionally. The development of transnational crime in Indonesia as the impact of globalization are also other factors relating to the movement of people from one country to another region or from one region to another. All these factors led to the emergence of transnational crime. Interpol is an internasional organization formed to handle transnational crimes. In handling transnasional crimes, Interpol has a global communication system (1-24/7) which is very effective in the exchange of information between Interpol member countries in dealing with transnasional crimes. Interpol also involves in effective cooperation in handling transnasional crimes through various notifications that are given by the Interpol, one through red notices. Develomment of a crime that was once a crime of corruption of national and derived from national law into internasional crime transnasional organized, because of corruption related to economic crime, as well as the joint can be fragile democracy in a country. Internasional cooperation is needed in order to combat crimes that are transnasional corruption.

Abstract

Big Data is data characterized by very large, very varied, fast-growing of data and may not need to be treated specially structured with innovative technology to obtain in-depth information and can help in making a better decision. The important things of Big Data is not just about technical capability to process data, but the benefits of its that can be realized by the company by using Big Data Analytics Terminology and it is believed come from web search company which process data the aggregation of distributed very large and unstructured. The challenge of Big Data includes the acquisition, accuracy of data, storage, search (search), the distribution, transfer, data analysis, and data visualization. The trend of Big Data is increasingly enlarged set of data caused by the increase of information from large sets of inter-related, compared with other small associations with the total number of the same data. One of the utilization of Big Data is a boost in sales with improved marketing strategy in matters such as: product campaigns, consumer segmentation and markets analysis, location-based marketing, sentiment analysis, personalized marketing and lure customers.
