Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of demographic faktors and financial technology on financial performance in MSMEs in Makassar City mediated by financial inclusion. This study discusses the conditions of society that are encouraged to survive in the economic situation by establishing small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) which are influenced by several faktors, namely demographic faktors and financial technology to assess financial performance mediated by financial inclusion faktors. This study is an associative type of research with a sample of 130 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Smart PLS. The results of this study indicate that demographic faktors and financial technology have a positive and significant effect on financial performance mediated by financial inclusion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Teamwork Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Self Adaptation Sebagai Variabel Moderating Pada PTPN 1 Regional 8 Unit Kebun Bone Kabupaten Bone. Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang dilakukan adalah Teamwork dan Komunikasi sebagai variabel independen, kinerja Pegawai sebagai variabel dependen, dan Self Adaptation sebagai variabel moderasi. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui survei menggunakan kuisioner. jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu 109 orang. Data diolah dengan metode menggunakan Smart PLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teamwork berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, teamwork berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimoderasi self adaptation, dan komunikasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimoderasi self adaptation. Kata kunci: Teamwork, Komunikasi, Kinerja Karyawan, Self Adaptation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik kepribadian dan nilai-nilai budaya lokal terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepemimpinan sebagai variabel intervening pada PT Mega Indah Sari Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif melalui survei menggunakan kuisioner. Data diolah dengan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS) dan diterapkan menggunakan Smart PLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepemimpinan, nilai-nilai budaya lokal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepemimpinan, karakteristik kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, nilai-nilai budaya lokal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, karakteristik kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepemimpinan sebagai variabel intervening, dan nilai-nilai budaya lokal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepemimpinan sebagai variabel intervening. Abstract

This study iams to determine the effect of job insecurity and self efficacy on employee performance through job statisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Mega Indah Sari. This study is a quantitative study collacted through a survey using a questionnaire. Data were processed using the partial least squares (PLS). Method and implemented using smart PLS 4. The results of this study indicate that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job saticfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job msecunty has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, and self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction Keywords: Job Insecurity, Self Efficacy, Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of interest rates, exchange rates, and inflation on the stock prices of companies in the food and beverages sub-sector. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This study uses secondary data with the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling. The research sample was 180 data obtained from 15 food and beverages companies that passed the sampling process, using quarterly data. The data in this study was processed with the help of the IBM SPSS for windows program. The results of this study show that partially interest rates have a significant effect on stock prices. Exchange rates and inflation partially do not have a significant effect on stock prices. However, simultaneously the variables of interest rates, exchange rates, and inflation have a significant effect on the stock price of food and beverages companies.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Tri Global Pratama in Makassar City. The variables used in this study are career development and work motivation as independent variables and employee performance as dependent variables. This study is a quantitative study. The data source in this study is primary data where the data collection method uses a questionnaire method distributed to employees of PT. Tri Global Pratama in Makassar City, as well as secondary data through documents related to the variables studied. The number of samples used was 21 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the help of SmartPLS version 4.0 for windows. The results of this study explain that career development and work motivation simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance, career development has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and work motivation does not affect employee performance.
