Abstract

Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is the airport with the most passengers and continues to increase every year. This will certainly affect the airport bus service. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the transportation needs of the Soekarno-Hatta Airport bus fleet. In this study, the forecasting method was used to see the increase in passengers in the coming year, and the method of calculating fleet needs based on Headway and circulation time, as well as the method of calculating passenger waiting time using actual arrival time and scheduled arrival time. The results of the forecasting show that passengers in 2024 are 26,407,749 and the number of passengers in 2025 is 26,899,319 passengers. The average results of bus arrivals from 26 routes obtained an average of 3 actual arrival schedules that exceeded the standard waiting time for public transportation. Therefore, in overcoming the increase in passengers, there must be an increase in airport infrastructure and the Ottobus company must minimize the factors that affect bus delays.

Abstract

PT Jasa Marga (Persero) a state-owned enterprise managing toll roads in Indonesia, including the Jagorawi Toll Road connecting Jakarta-Bogor-Ciawi, is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the functionality of toll roads for public benefit. Designed to reduce distance and travel time, the toll road now faces challenges such as increased vehicle volume and traffic congestion, which affect its effectiveness. This study aims to evaluate the performance of Jagorawi Toll Road services and its impact on user satisfaction. The research utilizes the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to measure overall satisfaction and Index Performance Analysis (IPA) to identify key service attributes requiring prioritization. The analysis reveals that overall satisfaction with Jasamarga's service on the Jagorawi Toll Road is rated as "satisfied" with a CSI of 0.59. Key attributes needing improvement include: road and shoulder conditions, towing services, response time of road patrols, road lighting conditions, cleanliness and comfort of rest area toilets, cleanliness and condition of prayer facilities in rest areas, and the affordability of food in rest areas. The PT Jasa Marga focus on these attributes to enhance user satisfaction and overall service performance on the Jagorawi Toll Road.

Abstract

PT. Kereta Api Logistik JICT Station West Area 1 is a subsidiary formed by PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) based on Deed No.10 dated September 8, 2009. PT. Kereta Api Logistik was formed to serve rail-based logistics distrtribution with door to door service. This research method uses quantitative methods and then processed using Customer Satisfaction Indeks (CSI) analysis to mesuare customer satisfaction, and Importance Performance Analisysys (IPA) method to mesuare perceptions at the performance level and cunsumer expectations at the level of customer importance. Based on the results of the analysis obtained, the result of the level of conformity score is 97.38%. This result shows almost perfect. And the results of the reliability of 0.8 can be stated that all statements are reliable with a very good level of reliability. However, the company still needs to improve several indicators consisting of the amount done (-0.2), the quality of work produced (-0.1), attendance (-0.1), ability to work together (-0.1), service quality (-0.2), price (-0.2), and situational factors (-0.2). For punctuality and personal factors have been well realized.

Abstract

The shift in route from the Suez Canal to the Cape of Good Hope has led to delays in export shipments, resulting in reduced vessel space allocation and increased shipping costs. This indicates that the company is not effectively implementing supply chain resilience. This study aims to analyze the supply chain resilience at the company, a freight forwarding company in the maritime logistics industry, and provide recommendations for possible mitigation steps. The methodology used in this study is Quality Function Deployment (QFD) with the application of three Houses of Quality (HOQ). HOQ 1 is used to analyze the relationship between customer needs and potential risks, thereby identifying risk priorities. Next, HOQ 2 evaluates the relationship between potential risks and their causes, resulting in prioritized risk causes. Finally, HOQ 3 assesses the relationship between risk causes and mitigation measures, to determine the priority of these measures. The study findings indicate that the top three risk priorities are Document discrepancies and handling errors, Service errors, and Communication tool failures. To enhance supply chain resilience at the company, the recommended mitigation measures are: establishing good communication with customers, implementing a performance assessment system for employees with monthly evaluations, and maintaining effective communication and monitoring with shipping line partners.

Abstract

The global fashion industry, including in Indonesia, is experiencing rapid growth with significant challenges in packaging and warehousing, as faced by PT. XYZ, a footwear distributor. This study applies Fast, Slow, Non-Moving (FSN) analysis to categorize items based on their movement speed, resulting in a 15% reduction in travel distance and a decrease in picking time for fast-moving items from 33.98 seconds to 26 seconds. The implementation of FSN also successfully reduced the packing cycle time from 2.61 minutes to 1.73 minutes, aligning with the set takt time, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and reducing time waste in the order picking and packing processes.

Abstract

PT. Blue Gas Indonesia is a company engaged in sales, distribution, gas refiling and assembling. This company also has a household equipment production and assembly business unit under the Vienta trademark and markets Blue Gas and Vienta kitchen equipment products such as Hand Stand Mixers. This company has a problem, namely PT. Blue Gas Indonesia still uses a manual system to plan Raw materials for making handstand mixers. This can cause problems, such as frequent calculation errors when Raw material stock is too small, resulting in the production process being hampered. Therefore, this research aims to find out the optimal quantity of Raw material needed and to know when to place a new order using the MRP Method, Lot For Lot-for-lot technique, Economic Order Quantity, and Period Order Quantity. The results of the research produced From the results of analysis using the Material Requirement Planning method by calculating Lot Sizing using three techniques, namely Lot For Lot, Economic Order Quantity, and Periodic Order Quantity on Raw materials for Hand Stand Mixer products, it can be concluded that the lotting or lot-sizing technique costs money. The minimum inventory for almost all Raw materials is the Lot For Lot technique with a total inventory cost of IDR 4.422.348.978,59.
