Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the accounting system Cash Receipts disbursements in terms of the relevant parts, the documents used, and theinternal control system at PT Pratama Mitra Sejati..The research methodology was carried out in the form of a literature study by studying various forms of written materials, and field studies by means of observation and interviews.Based on the results of practical work, the authors conclude that cash disbursement accounting system at PT. Pratama Mitra Sejati is good.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how debt management is implemented and to analyze the role of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Epicor in improving debt management at PT XYZ. Debt management is a crucial aspect in maintaining the financial stability of a company and ensuring smooth relationships with suppliers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that each division in the company, including Sales, Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC), Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance, plays an important role in the emergence of trade payables. The use of ERP Epicor has proven to facilitate the process of recording debt invoices, monitoring payable status, and scheduling payments systematically and efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the related parts, documents used and flowcharts in the Sales Accounting Information System at PT. XYZ. The Accounting Information System is a subsystem of the management information system that provides accounting and financial information as well as other information obtained from the routine processing of accounting transactions at PT. XYZ. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that the related parts in the Sales Accounting Information System at PT. XYZ have functioned well according to their respective roles and responsibilities. The documents used in the Sales Accounting Information System at PT. XYZ have been systematically structured and meet the needs of the sales process, and the flowchart in the Sales Accounting Information System at PT. XYZ has been designed with a clear and comprehensive structure

Abstract

In every transaction activity in the company always affects the cash balance. Because the nature of cash is very easy to embezzle and misappropriate. So it is important to have an adequate accounting system so that the realization and use of cash can really be used to cover the company's costs. The accounting system is a cash disbursement accounting system. The purpose of this study is to determine the cash disbursement accounting system in terms of the parts involved, the documents required, the accounting records used, the procedures required, and the internal control system implemented by the company. The research methodology used is a field study by means of observation, interviews and literature studies. The steps used are to discuss the implementation of the Cash Disbursement System and Procedures at PT Federal Izumi Manufacturing. The results of the study show that the cash disbursement accounting system at PT Federal Izumi Manufacturing is fairly good, from the appropriate parts and functions, procedures, records and internal control elements to the complete and fairly good, only for the cash disbursement evidence document, namely the payment slip, only one document is made so that if the document is lost, the company does not have a backup for the document

Abstract

The purpose of this final assignment is to find out the transaction recording and financial report preparation of the berkah jaya plastik shop. The research method used by the author is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique was carried out through observation of the berkah jaya plastik shop for one month and conducting direct interviews with the shop owner. The results of the observation showed that the berkah jaya plastik shop still recorded transactions manually using a notebook and had not prepared financial reports. Thus, it is not possible to know for sure the financial condition and performance of the business. Based on the results of the author's observations, it can be concluded that the owner of the berkah jaya plastik shop needs training to record transactions and prepare financial reports because the berkah jaya plastik shop has not been able to apply the accounting cycle to its business.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the purchasing accounting system applied at PT XYZ, as well as identify weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvement in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of recording purchasing transactions. The research method used is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, which includes direct observation, interviews with related parties, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the purchasing accounting system at PT XYZ has generally been running in accordance with standard procedures, but there are still some weaknesses, such as the lack of separation of duties in the purchasing and recording process, and delays in recording transactions. Therefore, it is recommended that PT XYZ make improvements to its internal control structure, implement an integrated computer-based accounting information system, and improve training for related employees. With these improvements, it is hoped that the purchasing process will be more effective, efficient, and accurate in recording and financial reporting

Abstract

The author sees obstacles that are often experienced by MSME actors, namely the absence of correct and unstructured records for their financial reporting. The purpose of this study is to find out how to record transactions, prepare financial reports, and how to present financial reports at TOKO XYZ for the March 2024 period. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method to be able to describe, describe, and explain the actual events of the objects studied based on the situation and conditions when the research was conducted at Toko XYZ. Research data was obtained through field studies and literature studies in the form of observations and documentation. Based on the results of observations made by the author, it can be concluded that preparing financial reports using Microsoft Excel can make it easier and more efficient.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of media ownership and organizational structure on determining news content in Indonesia, using the 2024 Election as a case study using Shoemaker & Reese's Hierarchy of Influences framework at the Organizational Influences on Content level. The purpose of this research is to understand the extent to which organizational structural interests shape public perception through editorial policies. The method used is a qualitative case study with content analysis of news coverage during the campaign period. The results show that media ownership, concentrated in conglomerates with specific political affiliations, significantly determines the agenda, framing, and intensity of coverage. Editorial routines such as reliance on official sources, standard formats, and deadline pressures serve as instruments for implementing editorial policy. Three main patterns were identified: positive coverage of candidates aligned with the owners, the omission of sensitive issues, and imitation of the agendas of major media outlets by smaller media outlets, which has resulted in reduced diversity of issues in the public sphere. In conclusion, news content reflects political realities "curated" by structural interests and market logic rather than actual facts on the ground. Therefore, strengthening media independence, diversity of perspectives, and public media literacy are necessary to maintain the media's function as a pillar of democracy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat literasi digital pada Generasi Z yang memiliki pendidikan tinggi dan berlatar belakang profesi di era digital pasca pandemi, khususnya di tengah perubahan proses pembelajaran dari offline ke daring. Literasi digital dalam penelitian ini diukur secara komprehensif menggunakan delapan indikator menurut Belshaw (2012): budaya, kognitif, konstruktif, komunikatif, kepercayaan diri, kreatif, kritis, dan sosial-emosional, dengan instrumen berupa 16 pertanyaan skala Likert 1-5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Generasi Z cenderung memiliki keterampilan digital yang tinggi, mampu mengoperasikan perangkat digital, memanfaatkan aplikasi pembelajaran daring, dan aktif mencari informasi secara online. Namun demikian, tantangan nyata masih dihadapi, seperti kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam memilah informasi, pemahaman tentang etika digital, serta kesadaran menjaga keamanan data pribadi di ruang maya. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa aspek kolaborasi digital dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan teknologi belum optimal, sehingga Generasi Z membutuhkan dorongan lebih dalam mengembangkan kepercayaan diri untuk menciptakan dan membagikan konten secara etis dan bertanggung jawab. Fenomena rendahnya literasi digital juga tercermin dari perilaku mudah percaya pada informasi viral tanpa verifikasi serta kurangnya pemahaman terhadap risiko keamanan data pribadi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan literasi digital secara menyeluruh, agar Generasi Z tidak hanya menjadi pengguna aktif teknologi, tetapi juga mampu berperan sebagai individu yang cerdas, kritis, dan bertanggung jawab dalam menghadapi dinamika dan tantangan era digital. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya intervensi pendidikan literasi digital yang berkelanjutan dan berbasis kebutuhan generasi muda untuk menciptakan ekosistem digital yang sehat, aman, dan produktif.

Abstract

Company Profile merupakan media promosi dan komunikasi yang digunakan untuk memperkenalkan perusahaan kepada khalayak. Dengan adanya  company profile  dapat  memberikan  dampak  pada keberlangsungan perusahaan dan meningkatkan citra baik perusahaan. Penerapan company profile berkembang melalui bentuk digital maupun konvensional  secara  seimbang  yang  terus  berinovasi  semakin  kreatif untuk mempersuasi dan menarik minat konsumen/klien. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Radio 103 POP FM Jakarta yang berlokasi di Ruko Permata Boulevard, Jalan Raya Pos Pengumben Blok AE No. 1 Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini berlangsung dari Februari hingga Maret 2022. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan wawancara secara mendalam. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis bermaksud menerapkan pembuatan company profile yang menarik dengan mengevaluasi dan memperbaharui company profile sebelumnya, sehingga dengan pembaharuan  company  profile  ini  mampu  mempersuasi  dan  menarik minat klien untuk melakukan kerjasama.
