Abstract

Digital marketing has become a very effective marketing strategy in influencing consumer buying interest. Various digital platforms such as websites, social media, and email allow companies to connect more personally with potential customers. Digital marketing is used to attract more consumers faster, connect with them, promote business brands, build consumer loyalty and increase sales, which ultimately is to increase profits. In this case, to increase profits, continuous communication is carried out and will find the theory of social interaction. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence digital marketing has on the buying interest of Tabaxain.aja consumers. The methodology used in this analysis uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques that utilize google forms for filling out questionnaires distributed online. The results of the research data show that digital marketing (X) has significant results on the buying interest of Tabaxain.aja consumers (Y).

Abstract

Kemampuan spasial mencakup kemampuan untuk memahami dan memanipulasi informasi visual yang berkaitan dengan objek dan ruang. Hal ini mencakup proses mental untuk memahami, menyimpan, mengingat, menciptakan, memodifikasi, dan mengkomunikasikan struktur dan objek spasial. Kemampuan spasial setiap siswa berbeda dan dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan gender. Pemecahan masalah matematika sangat penting karena mengungkapkan karakteristik berpikir siswa dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk menganalisis kesimpulan yang diambil dari hasil penelitian yang menyelidiki kemampuan spasial siswa sekolah dasar ditinjau dari gender. SLR adalah metode penelitian untuk mengumpulkan dan mengevaluasi temuan penelitian yang terkait dengan topik fokus penelitian. Penekanannya adalah pada identifikasi, evaluasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan dari temuan-temuan penelitian yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Penelitian ini menganalisis hasil dari berbagai makalah yang diterbitkan dari tahun 2018 hingga 2023 dan difokuskan pada kemampuan spasial matematis berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan tipe. Jenis kelamin siswa sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laki-laki cenderung lebih cepat memahami kemampuan spasial. Namun, jika ditelaah berdasarkan pemenuhan komponen kemampuan spasial, tidak banyak perbedaan pencapaian antara laki-laki dan perempuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menjelaskan Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Penjualan Spare Part Mobil pada Toko XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu menggambarkan dan menganalisa data berdasarkan fakta dan informasi yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi lapangan bertujuan untuk mengambil sample data dan melakukan wawancara terhadap penjual yang bekerja pada Toko XYZ. Sistem informasi penjualan ini dibuat dengan MySQL sebagai database nya, dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Sistem informasi ini dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pencarian barang, pengecekan stok barang, dan melakukan pembayaran barang. Dengan adanya sistem informasi penjualan ini, proses pencarian barang dapat dilakukan secara online tanpa harus mencari secara manual.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine employee performance based on the influence of Self Efficacy, work environment and organizational culture. The sample in this study were 77 employees at the Bangkalan Primary Tax Service Office. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially the Self Efficacy variable, work environment and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then the results of simultaneous testing of self efficacy variables, work environment and organizational culture affect employee performance, at the Bangkalan Pratama Tax Service Office, East Java.

Abstract

An agency is required to have human resources that have work motivation, organizational culture, and a disciplined attitude to increase the work productivity of an employee, work discipline is the most important human resource management function and is closely related to resource management for an organization. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence between organizational culture, work motivation, and work discipline on employee productivity at work. The sample in this study were 96 employees at the Cianjur Primary Tax Service Office. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially the variables of organizational culture and work motivation had a significant effect on employee work productivity, but partially the work discipline variable had no effect on employee work productivity. Then simultaneously the variables of organizational culture, work motivation, and work discipline affect the work productivity of employees at the Cianjur Primary Tax Service Office.

The sample in this study were 77 employees at the Bangkalan Primary Tax Service Office. In writing this thesis, the author uses primary data collection techniques, which are obtained by distributing Likert scale questionnaires. The results showed that partially the variables of situational leadership style, emotional intelligence, and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance, at the Bangkalan Primary Tax Service Office simultaneously the variables of situational leadership style, emotional intelligence, and work discipline had an effect on employee performance, at the Bangkalan Primary Tax Service Office.

Abstract

This study examines the influence between democratic leadership style, work engagement, and work environment on employee performance at KPP Pratama Bangkalan. The sample in this study involved the entire existing population, namely 77 employees at the Bangkalan Primary Tax Service Office. The data collection technique used in this study was a Likert scale questionnaire. This study uses SPSS analysis tools as a data processing method. This research data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially the variables of democratic leadership style, work engagement, and work environment had a significant effect on employee performance at KPP Pratama Bangkalan. Then simultaneous testing shows that the variables of work engagement, performance allowances, and job training affect employee performance at KPP Pratama Bangkalan.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important key to bringing effective and efficient results to an organization. Organizations can improve the performance of their employees if the role of leadership, especially charismatic leadership, the work environment and the existing organizational culture are well implemented in the relevant agencies. This study was conducted to examine employee performance based on the influence of charismatic leadership, work environment and organizational culture. The sample in this study were 77 employees at the Bangkalan Primary Tax Service Office. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially the variables of charismatic leadership, work environment and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then the results of simultaneous testing of charismatic leadership variables, work environment and organizational culture affect employee performance, at the Bangkalan Pratama Tax Service Office, East Java.

Abstract

This study examines the influence between job design, compensation system, and work motivation on employee performance at work. The sample in this study were 77 employees at the Bangkalan Primary Tax Service Office. In writing this thesis, the author uses primary data collection techniques, which are obtained by distributing Likert scale questionnaires. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical application SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 22. The results showed that partially the job design variables, the compensation system, and work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, at the Bangkalan Primary Tax Service Office simultaneously the job design variables, the compensation system, and work motivation. Simultaneously, job design variables, compensation system, and work motivation affect employee work performance, at the Bangkalan Primary Tax Service Office.

Abstract

Seedless watermelons, both seeds and fruits, possess a significantly higher economic value than their seeded counterparts. Serif Saga Agrihorti, a variety developed by the Tropical Fruit Research Institute, offers several advantages, including a sweet taste, high fruit yield, bright red flesh, and large fruit size. However, it is characterized by a relatively high number of seeds. The development of a new seedless variety from Serif Saga Agrihorti is crucial. Polyploid induction using mutagenic agents like colchicine is an effective method to obtain tetraploid female parents. This study aimed to identify the optimal method and colchicine concentration for inducing polyploidy in watermelons and to produce putative tetraploid plants. Polyploid induction was conducted using two methods: directly applying colchicine solution to plant shoots and soaking seeds in colchicine solution for 24 and 48 hours at concentrations of 0.2% and 0.4%. The observed traits included stem diameter, leaf length and width, stomatal length and width, pollen diameter, pollen viability, male and female flowering periods, harvesting time, fruit weight, fruit diameter, seed count, and seed dimensions (length and width). Data were analyzed using an unpaired t-test using the Statistical Tools for Agricultural Research (STAR) software. The results identified four putative tetraploid genotypes based on morphological observations of pollen diameter, stomatal size, and seed dimensions. In conclusion, seed soaking in colchicine solution effectively induces polyploidy in watermelons compared to shoot application.
