Abstract

Water is a very valuable material in the life cycle and needs of everyday life, especially to be consumed as mineral water. Mineral water is stated to be health-safe if it fits the standards. The quality of mineral water must also be the best for health by being constantly monitored and evaluated. Abstract

Sustainable tourism aims to establish an appropriate balance between the environmental, economic and socio-cultural aspects of tourism development and play an important role in conserving biodiversity. It tries to minimize its impact on the local environment and culture so that it will be available to future generations, while contributing to income generation, employment and conservation of local ecosystems. In the national context, sustainable tourism in Indonesia develops in harmony with global dynamics. Therefore, a policy direction is needed. This paper is a brief study of sustainable tourism and policy directions.

Abstract

Government regulations and business sector implementation regarding environmental accountability remain suboptimal. This study aims to analyze the role of moral reasoning in enhancing environmental accountability. The research adopts a normative juridical approach, focusing on an in-depth examination of the general principles of environmental accountability as stipulated in existing laws and regulations. Through this study, it is emphasized that every business actor is obliged to uphold environmental accountability not only as a legal mandate but also as an ethical imperative within business practices. Social and environmental responsibility reflects a company’s commitment and obligation to account for the impacts of its operations across social, economic, and environmental dimensions. These impacts must be managed in a way that avoids harm and instead contributes positively to societal welfare and environmental sustainability.

Abstract

In social life, ethical behavior is very important. This is because, the interaction between individuals in society is strongly influenced by ethical values. Basically, it can be said that the awareness of all members of society to behave ethically can build a bond and social harmony. However, we cannot expect everyone to behave ethically. Ethical behavior can be formed from good self-control, especially control from within the individual himself or is called an internal locus of control so that unethical individual behavior can be controlled. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between internal locus of control and ethical behavior of employees in organizations. With the role of this internal locus of control, it is expected that the ethical behavior of employees within the organization can be well formed.

Abstract

Taxes play an important role in contributing to state revenue so that taxes have urgency as the main part in supporting all forms of financing in state governance including state development in Indonesia. This research aims to explain the optimization of the role of information technology in supporting taxpayer compliance in Indonesia. In addition, this study also analyzes the transformation of digital technology used by the Directorate General of Taxes as a tax collector as an effort to increase taxpayer awareness in Indonesia. The research method applied is using quantitative methods with the analysis used is simple regression. The population in this study were taxpayers in the city of Surabaya and sampling was convenience sampling with 63 taxpayers as respondents. The results of this study reveal that information technology has a role in supporting taxpayer compliance. The role of information technology is proven to have a considerable impact in increasing taxpayer awareness to pay taxes so that the increase in state revenue through tax collection also increases every year.

Abstract

Implementation of Islamic Religious Education is an effort to instil Islamic Aqidah to students as a generation of Islam to understand, live, believe in the truth of Islamic teachings, and be willing to practice the values of Islamic teachings at all times, whenever and wherever they are. Currently, the situation and conditions faced by teachers are related to the existence, involvement and advancement of technology. There are challenges that must be faced by adapting to all aspects of life that involve technology. The educational process has involved technology and every educator must use it to assert themselves as worthy of being a conveyer of knowledge and knowledge. The Covid-19 pandemic has hampered the learning process that has been accustomed to being done face-to-face in the classroom. The emergence of online learning methods has provided the latest alternative for the learning process. The concept of online learning is a reference in rebuilding the education system that is adapted to the current era of development. This paper will describe e-learning media, implementation, effectiveness and challenges of Islamic religious education learning. Digitalization of Islamic religious education learning can be done through the application of e-learning in teaching and learning activities with the help of media to connect the results of interactions between educators and students in online-based learning spaces without being hindered by time and space.
