Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of leadership, discipline, and organizational commitment on the effectiveness of teacher work in several elementary schools in Gresik Regency. The effectiveness of teacher work is measured based on the quality of learning, understanding of the individual needs of students, and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment. The research method used a quantitative approach with associative methods, and data was collected through literature studies, field studies, and filling out questionnaires by 64 teachers from four elementary schools. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to evaluate the effect of independent variables on the effectiveness of teacher work. The results show that leadership, discipline, and organizational commitment together have a significant effect on the effectiveness of teacher work. Individually, all three independent variables also had a significant positive influence. The implications of this study provide an in-depth understanding of the factors that can improve the effectiveness of teacher work, taking into account aspects of leadership, discipline, and organizational commitment.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has a central role in shaping students' personality and morals. This study aims to formulate effective strategies in fostering students' personality and morals through Islamic education. The research methods used are literature analysis and case studies. In this study, the method used is a qualitative approach. The population of this study was addressed to Islamic Religious Education Teachers (GPAI) in shaping the character (char¬acter building) of students at MA Zainul Ulum BKL. The study highlighted the need for the integration of Islamic religious values in every aspect of education, rather than just as separate subjects. One of the main strategies is to develop a well-rounded curriculum, covering aspects of students' daily lives and encouraging the application of Islamic moral values in their actions. In addition, the role of teachers in guiding and providing role models is very important. They need to understand and internalize Islamic moral values, so they can convey them clearly to students and create a learning environment that supports good character building. The use of interactive and applicable learning methods is also proposed so that students can experience Islamic values in real-life situations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of product quality and brand equity on online purchasing decisions by Lazada users in Mojokerto. Along with the rapid growth of the e-commerce market, this phenomenon is increasingly significant, especially during the pandemic. Product quality and brand equity are key factors in making online purchasing decisions. This study involved 100 respondents with an age range of 25-35 years and various educational backgrounds. The regression analysis results show that product quality and brand equity significantly influence online purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that efforts to improve product quality and build brand equity can be important strategies in optimizing sales performance and strengthening Lazada's position in the Mojokerto market.

Abstract

With the existence of the Village Fund Allocation, the village has the authority to regulate and manage its household in accordance with the authority given, which involves the role of the village government as the organizer of public services in the village and as a goal in the process of planning and implementing regional development involving the community at the village level. In carrying out this authority, the village government has revenue resources that are used to finance activities carried out in the village, and this is also based on village policy. This study aims to determine the role of accountability in the management of village fund allocations and village policies for the welfare of villagers. This type of research is quantitative, involving a total of 180 respondents taken according to the purposive sampling technique. The type of data includes primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis, instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. This research was assisted by the SPSS 26 program to process the data. The results of the analysis of 180 people as respondents using multiple linear regression analysis The results showed that the accountability variable of village fund allocation management played a significant role in the welfare of villagers, and the village policy variable played a significant role in the welfare of villagers. For this reason, all hypotheses in the study were accepted.

Abstract

Providing halal label certification on food products has become an effective means for consumers to more easily choose food that complies with halal principles. This is a form of producer responsibility in running a business and as a protection for consumers. However, consumers have the right to obtain clear and detailed information about each composition or ingredient used in the manufacture of the products they buy. The reason behind this need is because products circulating in the community cannot always be considered safe, especially for Muslim consumers. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is for producers and consumers to have an awareness of the importance of including halal labels and halal certification on every product they market in the community. In writing this article, the author uses a qualitative method of literature study The results obtained from this writing show that the awareness of producers was initially minimal, and consumers initially did not really consider the importance of halal labels. However, along with the widespread lifestyle that prioritizes halal principles, they began to realize how crucial halal certification is for food products.

Abstract

In the pursuit of ensuring a satisfactory standard of living for individuals with disabilities, legal protection becomes a crucial necessity, with the right to access health services being one integral aspect. However, the current scenario indicates that health service facilities have not yet attained optimal parity of opportunities between individuals with disabilities and the general public. The objective of this research is to delineate the implementation of legal protection for the right to access health services for individuals with disabilities and to identify potential obstacles that may arise. The research employs a normative legal study approach. The findings reveal that the government has incorporated the right to access health services for individuals with disabilities into statutory regulations, encompassing building requirements and the availability of proficient health personnel to cater to their needs. Nevertheless, obstacles persist in achieving equal access, and this article will delve into a more comprehensive discussion of the challenges and measures necessary to enhance the implementation of legal protection regarding the right to access health services for individuals with disabilities in Indonesia.

Abstract

Immunization has been proven to be effective in reducing morbidity, disability and death. The government requires the public to undergo immunization, and regulations regarding rights and obligations in administering immunization have been regulated in Minister of Health Regulation Number 42 of 2013. Even though this regulation already exists, challenges arise, especially when Post-Immunization Adverse Events (AEFI) occur, which can haunt Immunization Implementers in carry out his duties. This study intends to explore legal protection and policies for Immunization Implementers based on these regulations in Indonesia. This study method uses a qualitative approach with a focus on normative juridical analysis. The results of the study show that the legal instruments for implementing immunization are adequate, but a lack of understanding of the law often raises concerns about the risk of Adverse Events Post-Immunization.

Abstract

ABSTRACT – Mental health is still a significant health issue throughout the world, including in Indonesia. Most families in Indonesia still consider that having a family member with mental health problems is something to be ashamed of. In health law, special protection is provided by health service providers. For this reason, this study will explore the Juridical Review regarding the Government's Legal Policy in Providing Protection of the Rights of Social Security Administering Bodies for Health to Patients Suffering from Mental Disorders. The study method used is a normative juridical study with a conceptual approach and statutory analysis. The study results show the implementation of this policy still has shortcomings, which causes patient dissatisfaction with hospital services. One of the problems detected was the lack of information conveyed by health facilities to participants of the Health Social Security Administering Agency. Provisions for legal protection for individuals experiencing mental disorders are explained in Article 4 paragraph 1 letters c and d of Law Number 18 of 2018 concerning Mental Health, which discusses healing and rehabilitation health care initiatives.

Abstract

Digitalization changes transactions that initially had to meet without physical meetings. One example is online social gathering which is the result of this development, where the agreement and implementation of the social gathering is carried out via social media platforms. At the same time, this agreement also creates an agreement, so that online or virtual social gatherings become the basis for its implementation. Even though this transaction has provided convenience, it will also pose risks for participants in the virtual social gathering. This research aims to find the characteristics of online arisan agreements which are based on positive Indonesian legal rules and identify legal protection efforts for online arisan members. The data was analyzed qualitatively after going through the stages of examination, reconstruction and data systematization. The study results indicate online social gathering agreements exhibit a number of distinguishable features. To begin with, these agreements made online can be categorized as anonymous agreements, standard agreements, and reciprocal agreements. This indicates the various forms of online social gathering agreements that exist. Second, the requirements for participating in online social gatherings are usually broadcast via social media, and communication occurs online or virtually, without direct face-to-face meetings. The existing online social gathering agreement is carried out virtually, based on the level of trust that is built between the owner/organizer as well as the participants in the social gathering. Third, from a legal perspective, Agreements related to online social gatherings are regarded as electronic transactions as per the electronic information and transactions law (UU ITE). This indicates that electronic rules apply to this agreement. Fourth, proof of The agreement for the online social gathering can be located using the withdrawal serial number provided by the owner or organizer to the members at the beginning of the event. This is concrete evidence of the agreement that has been made. Apart from that, legal protection for the public, especially online social gathering members, is divided into two. First, preventive legal protection or in other words efforts to prevent legal problems before they occur, which have been regulated in the laws and regulations related to online social gatherings, namely in the Civil Code (KUHPerdata), the ITE Law, and online social gathering agreements. have been made by the parties themselves. This aims to prevent violations and conflicts in online social gathering agreements. Second, Stringent legal safeguarding encompasses penalties, including monetary fines and restitution given in cases of violation of online social gathering agreements. For this reason, legal remedies are available to maintain the security and validity of online social gathering agreements in accordance with Indonesian law.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of imposing criminal sanctions on defamation through social media on society at large. Using a normative juridical research method, analysis is conducted on relevant legal regulations and the elements involved in defamation. The study highlights the importance of imposing criminal sanctions as an instrument to uphold justice, prevent similar actions in the future, and consider the psychological and social impacts on victims and perpetrators. By understanding the deterrence effect of criminal sanctions and evaluating their effectiveness, this research contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the role of legal enforcement in addressing defamation issues in the digital era. It provides insights into the complexities of defamation cases in the online realm and underscores the significance of legal measures in safeguarding individual rights and maintaining societal integrity in the face of evolving digital communication platforms.
