Abstract

Supply chain governance limitations and high logistics costs represent major obstacles for local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in competing within the digital commerce ecosystem. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of developing a sustainable e-commerce platform integrated with Internet of Things (IoT)-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) logistics, alongside its impact on enhancing the social welfare of local MSMEs. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a critical ethnographic framework, data were gathered through contextual interviews, field observations, and transaction log data analysis across regional craft industry hubs. The findings demonstrate that the deployment of IoT logistics sensors delivers full transparency regarding inventory movement, cuts transportation costs, and reduces order cancellations resulting from delivery delays. This supply chain efficiency directly leads to increased profit margins for artisans, creates new employment opportunities, and simplifies access to business financing. This study concludes that the integration of digital technology and smart logistics systems successfully creates a fair, independent, and sustainable business ecosystem for local MSMEs.

Abstract

Recommendation algorithm architectures and content management policies on social media platforms play a crucial role in shaping public information consumption patterns, yet frequently trigger social division. This study aims to analyze the interaction between artificial intelligence-based recommendation systems, content moderation governance, and their impact on escalating social polarization. Employing a qualitative approach with a critical discourse analysis design, data were gathered through platform policy document reviews, transparency reports, and in-depth interviews with media sociology experts and digital regulators. The findings demonstrate that recommendation algorithms consistently prioritize high-emotion content to maximize user retention, directly isolating the public within homogeneous information filter bubbles. The absence of transparency in automated curation criteria and the limitations of content moderation accelerate the spread of misinformation and reinforce group bias. This study concludes that restructuring platform governance through algorithmic accountability and external regulation represents a crucial step in mitigating social division risks within virtual spaces.

Abstract

This research discusses the dissolution of limited liability companies due to reasons of public interest and the role of the Prosecutor's Office in such a mechanism based on Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies. The main focus of the research is to analyze the juridical foundation of the existence of limited liability companies and the principle of public interest, the criteria of public interest in the dissolution of limited liability companies, the authority of the Prosecutor's Office in the civil field and the dissolution filing mechanism, as well as the relationship between corporate criminal liability and the dissolution of limited liability companies. This normative legal research uses statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches with primary and secondary legal materials analyzed qualitatively through grammatical and systematic interpretation. The results of the research indicate that the ambiguity of public interest criteria in the Limited Liability Company Law creates legal uncertainty and has the potential to cause abuse of authority. The authority of the Prosecutor's Office as a state attorney is limited and must be based on a special power of attorney from the government. Corporate criminal liability has a relationship with the dissolution of limited liability companies but requires more integrated regulation. This research recommends the formulation of clearer public interest parameters and the strengthening of control mechanisms in filing for the dissolution of limited liability companies.

Abstract

This research discusses the cancellation of land rights certificates as a product of state administrative decisions based on laws and regulations in the land sector. The main focus of the research is to analyze the juridical basis for the cancellation of certificates, the administrative mechanism of cancellation, the authority of the State Administrative Court in cancellation disputes, as well as the legal consequences and administrative responsibility for the cancellation of certificates. This normative legal research uses statutory, conceptual, and case approaches with primary and secondary legal materials analyzed qualitatively through grammatical and systematic interpretation. The results of the research indicate that the parameters of administrative and juridical defects in implementing regulations still give rise to differing interpretations and legal uncertainty. The administrative mechanism of cancellation involves a complex procedure with an imperative five-year time limit. The State Administrative Court has the authority to adjudicate cancellation disputes, but its decisions require further administrative actions. The National Land Agency bears administrative responsibility and potential civil liability for errors in certificate issuance. This research recommends the refinement of cancellation parameters and the strengthening of control mechanisms.

Abstract

This research discusses the crime of adultery in the National Criminal Code based on Article 411 of Law Number 1 of 2023. The main focus of the research is to analyze the regulation of the crime of adultery, the comparison of elements with the old Criminal Code, the implications of the changes for the litigation process, as well as the challenges of proof and the role of evidence in adultery cases. This normative legal research uses statutory, comparative, and case approaches with primary and secondary legal materials analyzed qualitatively through grammatical and systematic interpretation. The results of the research indicate that Article 411 of the National Criminal Code has undergone significant changes from Article 284 of the old Criminal Code in terms of the expansion of legal subjects, the increase in criminal penalties, the expansion of parties entitled to file complaints, and the abolition of the requirement for a divorce petition. The nature of an absolute complaint delict is maintained so that a complaint constitutes an absolute prerequisite for prosecution. The regulatory changes have implications for litigation strategies and require the adaptation of law enforcement officials. The challenges of proof remain a major obstacle because the crime of adultery is often committed covertly without eyewitnesses. This research recommends enhancing the understanding of law enforcement officials and drafting technical guidelines for the application of Article 411 of the National Criminal Code.

Abstract

The acceleration of educational digitalization serves as the primary pillar in overcoming learning quality disparities caused by geographical isolation in remote areas. This study aims to analyze the utilization of Educational Technology (EdTech) platforms within school operational management strategies in isolated regions while evaluating its impact on addressing educational inequality and achieving social justice. A descriptive qualitative approach using a multiple-case study design was implemented through in-depth interviews, field observations, and analysis of school operational documents. The findings indicate that successful EdTech adoption is largely determined by adaptive managerial strategies, including teacher digital literacy training, local curriculum harmonization, offline-first e-learning systems, and transparent data-analytic supervision. Integrating digital technology significantly narrows academic achievement gaps, enhances students’ digital skills, and fosters local community social commitment toward children’s educational continuity. This study concludes that combining responsive school management strategies with inclusive EdTech access represents the core foundation for realizing social justice and equitable national education quality in remote regions.

Abstract

This study discusses the crime of false testimony under oath in the Indonesian criminal law system based on Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code. The main focus of the research is to analyze the regulation of the crime of false testimony under oath, the elements of intent and additional criminal penalties, the interpretation of important phrases in the formulation of the offense, as well as the rules regarding the granting of special power of attorney and the equivalence of oaths with promises or statements. This normative legal research uses statutory and conceptual approaches with primary and secondary legal materials analyzed qualitatively through grammatical and systematic interpretations. The results of the study indicate that the regulation of the crime of false testimony under oath has undergone changes from the previous provisions with the removal of heavier criminal threats for false testimony that harms a defendant or suspect. The element of intent is a subjective element that must absolutely be fulfilled, and its proof becomes a challenge in judicial practice. The interpretation of important phrases in the formulation of the offense requires a careful approach to ensure legal certainty. This study recommends the dissemination of regulatory changes and the formulation of technical guidelines for law enforcement officers.
