Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, promotion, influence of brand image and promotion together onconsumer decisions at the Club. Futsal Betang Muara Teweh The method used in this research is to use a descriptiveresearch form with quantitative data analysis. The population in this study was the consumers of Club Futsal MuaraTeweh, amounting to 370 people with a sample of 79 people. The data collection techniques used were observation andquestionnaire techniques. Data Analysis Techniques were performed with multiple linear regression tests. The results ofthe study concluded that there is an influence between brand image on consumer decisions at the Club Futsal BetangMuara Teweh, so to improve consumer decisions the company must pay attention to brand image. There is an influencebetween promotions on consumer decisions at the Club Futsal Betang Muara Teweh, so to improve consumer decisionsthe company must pay attention to promotions run by the company. There is an influence between brand image andpromotion together on consumer decisions at the Club Futsal Betang Muara Teweh, so to improve consumer decisionsthe company must pay attention to variables brand image and promotion.Further researchers suggested that the ClubFutsal Betang Muara Teweh always maintain the brand image company's in various ways including conductingactivities and social responsibility in the environment around the company and creating components that facilitate theintroduction of public targets to the company such as logos and slogans. Betang Futsal Club Muara Teweh whilemaintaining the performance of the company and further improved the company's performance, especially in services toconsumers. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of product quality on customer loyalty Frisian Flag. To find out if there is an influence of brand image on Frisian Flag customer loyalty. To determine whether there are influence product quality and brand image simultaneously on customer loyalty Frisian Flag. Metode collecting data used in this study were questionnaires and interviews. This research was tested with multiple Linear Regression. The population in this study are customers who are supplied by PT. Frisian Flag in Muara Teweh City area with 166 customers with sample criteria that is already a regular customer. The sample in this study amounted to 118 customers in Muara Teweh City and sold products from PT. Frisian Flag. There is a significant influence between product quality partially on Frisian Flag customer loyalty thus to increase customer loyalty the company management must maintain and improve the quality of its products. There is a significant influence between brand image partially on Frisian Flag customer loyalty. There is a significant influence between product quality and brand image simultaneously on customer loyalty Frisian Flag. The next researcher is expected to be able to examine with other variables beyond this studied variable to obtain more varied results. The company must be able to maintain or even improve product quality by designing attractive forms of packaging, products have good performance, more and more. fulfill these expectations as well the company can monitor the stock of Frisian Flag products in stores so that the stock of Frisian Flag products is maintained.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partial brand image on customer loyalty BRI Bank Muara Teweh Branch Office. To determine the effect of service quality partially on customer loyalty BRI Bank Muara Teweh Branch Office. To find out the effect of brand image and service quality simultaneously on loyalty customer of BRI Bank Muara Teweh Branch Office. This research method uses In this research the method used is an associative method which is causal that is a study that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study was 350,706 and the number of samples taken in this study were 100 people. In this study, multiple regression analysis is used to determine the extent of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The data collection results are concluded. There is an influence of brand image on customer loyalty with Positive coefficient means that the more brand image increases, the more customer loyalty increases. There is an influence of service quality on customer loyalty increasing the influence of service quality increases customer loyalty. There is an influence of brand image and service quality together on customer loyalty so that BRI Bank Muara Teweh Branch Office. It is recommended that BRI Bank Muara Teweh Branch Office provide training to employees whose job is to serve customers so that they have the same standards in hospitality, speed in service, and accuracy in responding to customer complaints and improve service quality.

This research method uses qualitative methods. Sampling technique is simple random sampling. With 32 respondents who are consumers of the Muara Teweh Motor Trio. Data Analysis Techniques SWOT Analysis and BCG Analysis (Boston Consulting Group). The results of data collection and conclusions obtained strength results from CV. Muara Teweh Motorcycle Trio is good product quality and the price is quite affordable, also a vast marketing area compared to other competitors. In the BCG portfolio matrix, Honda motorcycle products are in the "Stars" position where in this position Honda motorbikes based on product life cycle are in the maturity stage. In the competition of Honda motorcycles marketed by CV. Trio Motor gained sufficient market share because the prices were quite affordable. For further researchers, it is suggested that the Company should continue to maintain and continue to try to improve service quality and product quality in order to meet the needs of consumers and satisfying service. So the purpose of the company to create an image or a good corporate image in the eyes of society can be achieved.

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. MEGA Bank, Muara Teweh Branch. To determine the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. MEGA Bank, Muara Teweh Branch. This study aims to Want to see the magnitude of the influence of lifestyle on the decision to buy housing CV. NUSANTARA in Muara Teweh. Knowing the characteristics of consumers in the housing complex CV. NUSANTARA in Muara Teweh. This research method uses systematic observation and recording of the phenomenon being studied. This observation was conducted to obtain data on consumer behavior and variables that can influence it. The total respondents were 120 people. The results of data collection obtained that the lifestyle (activities, interests, and income) of consumers influence buying decisions in housing CV. NUSANTARA Muara Teweh. Prefers activities that involve many people, activities with neighbors, classic and elegant clothes that are the most dominant influence on consumers' decision to buy a house in housing CV. Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors are the main strengths and weaknesses of PT. RegionalDevelopment Bank of Muara Teweh. To find out what factors are the opportunities and weaknessof PT. Central Kalimantan Regional Development Bank Muara Teweh Branch, Knowing whatstrategies are right to be implemented at PT. Central Kalimantan Regional Development BankMuara Teweh Branch. The research method used in writing this thesis is a descriptive method witha field survey approach. Descriptive method is a method that discusses problems by describingcharacteristics, describing and interpreting them as a conclusion. The purpose of the field surveyapproach is to obtain facts from the symptoms that exist and look for information relevant to thepurpose of the study. From the sum of the TAS (Total Attractiveness Score) on the QSPM matrix,the product innovation strategy is higher than the market penetration and increasing the number ofcustomers, therefore a feasible strategy is to innovate the product, improve service, add or recruitemployees or experts in support product development. Abstract

This study aims to study the characteristics of individuals towards the smoothness of loans at BankBRI Muara Teweh, to determine the contribution of spending on the smoothness of loans at BankBRI Muara Teweh, to determine the relationship of collateral with smoothness, credit at Bank BRIMuara Teweh, To find out the importance of individual characteristics, income and collateral valuesimultaneously to the smoothness of credit loans at Bank BRI Muara Teweh. The research methodused is an associative method that encourages clauses namely research that aims to study therelationship between variables or more. The research results concluded; Variable individualcharacteristics have a significant influence on the smoothness of credit at BRI Bank Muara Teweh,the resulting positive effect. The better the individual characteristics, the smooth credit will alsobe good which can be interpreted that each increase in individual characteristics of 1 (one) unitwill increase the smoothness of credit increase of 0.437. Variable Financial expenditure has asignificant influence on the smoothness of Bank BRI Muara Teweh credit loans, the resultingeffect is positive. The higher the level of income, the smooth credit will also be high which can beinterpreted that every 1 (one) unit increase in income will increase the smoothness of credit by0.305. Variable collateral value has a significant effect on the smoothness of credit at Bank BRIMuara Teweh, the resulting effect is positive. The higher the Collateral value, the Smooth creditwill also be high which can be interpreted that each Increase in Collateral Value of 1 (one) unitwill increase the Smoothness of Credit Money by 0.448.This research can still be developed further, with recommendations Adjusted R2 Results of 56.7percent shows that there are still other variables that can affect the smooth rate of credit repaymentso that further research is expected to consider other variables such as capital, conditions of economy, number of dependents family and the number of dependents to other parties suspectedof having an influence on the level of credit repayment at Bank Muara Teweh BRI.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand equity, price discounts and customer satisfaction oncustomer loyalty of PT. Astra international Daihatsu in the city of Muara Teweh. The research methodused was a questionnaire distributed to the population in this study were the customers of PT. AstraInternational - Daihatsu who lives in Muara Teweh City and the number is unknown. The sample usedin this study is Consumer respondents who have already purchased Daihatsu products and Consumerswho live in the Muara Teweh area. The measurement uses a Likert scale with a weighting scale of 1 to5. The results show that there is an influence of brand equity (X1) on customer loyalty (Y), so thatincreasing brand awareness increases customer loyalty. Thus to increase customer loyalty at PT. AstraInternational - Daihatsu can be done by increasing brand equity. There is an influence of pricediscount (X2) on customer loyalty (Y), so the more discounted prices the more customer loyaltyincreases. Thus to increase customer loyalty at PT. Astra International - Daihatsu can be done byincreasing price discounts. There is an influence of customer satisfaction (X3) on customer loyalty(Y), so the more customer satisfaction increases the more customer loyalty increases. Thus to increasecustomer loyalty at PT. Astra International - Daihatsu can be done by increasing customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of employees before implementing the SKP-based work performance appraisal policy (Employee Work Target) at the Muara Teweh City Regional Secretariat, how is the employee performance after implementing the SKP-based work performance appraisal policy (Employee Work Target) at the Regional Secretariat of Muara Teweh City is there a difference in the performance of the PNS of the Regional Secretariat of the City of Muara Teweh before and after the policy of implementing the SKP-based PNS work performance assessment. This research method using this research is descriptive quantitative research, data obtained from a sample of the study population were analyzed according to statistical methods. The results of data collection are obtained. Given the reference value sig (2-tailed) in the above table display, the t value is 11.375 with sig 0.000 because sig <0.005, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, meaning that the average respondent's answer before and after SKP is not the same (different), while H1 was accepted because the results of respondents' answers before and after the SKP were not the same. The research results concluded. There are differences in employee performance before and after the implementation of the SKP-based employee performance appraisal policy at the Regional Secretariat of Muara Teweh City.
